Horrible app
I have the highest tier subscription and all of the biggest manga haven’t added any new chapters in almost a year. This is a completely useless app
Add more books to one piece
I think you should add more one piece books.
Interface good. Nothing good to read.
While the interface is great and easy to use. The big issue is there’s just a huge lack of content. Crunchyroll seems to have a lot of licensing issues. Naruto only went to I think it was 300 chapters. And after a while of waiting they never got the rest and also most of the other stuff that’s on there is undesirable.
No chapter UPDATES!
The app itself is easy to use and it has a bunch of mangas. However THEY DO NOT UPDATE manga volumes/chapters. I’ve been waiting for months for them to update new chapters of current mangas I’m reading on their app. I thought that maybe the creators of those mangas have taken a break or something but nope after 6 months of no news or updates I looked online and there is far more chapter to read if you just buy the book through kindle or paperback. You can even read it for free on websites that have a couple of pop up ads. Tbh if this is how the app is going to be I’d rather stop paying for the top membership and just buy/read the books elsewhere. After 6 months of not being able to read those mangas I’d rather just stop paying for the app and use that money to buy the books or just save the money and read for free elsewhere.
Gachiakuta manga
I really love this app, as it has some of my favorite mangas. I just really wish it had Gachiakuta manga that’d be nice. But yeah great app :)
Premium for EVERYTHING
Now I’m not saying it’s a bad app. But I’ve clicked on over 100 books and they all are saying “premium to read”. Which is dumb, some people aren’t able to buy premium so.

when reading the app reload get me back to the first page. sometime loading page will move you some page backeord or forward it will be great to have a fonction to pine where i am to read when it is small volume not problem but the big one can be an issu to remembrr
Out of date
Decent app in my mind, but the lack of completed series, even those that were finished years ago, is frustrating.

So it’s good and all I just don’t have any account then google But if you can add where you can sing in with google I would really like that and it would be great! Great app!
this has to be a joke
manga isn’t anywhere near up to date. The reason i upgraded was to read the mangas for the shows i watch to get caught up. I can’t even do that. Most of the chapters barely cover first season
My review
wonderful app and very easy to navigate. only gripe i have is that the pre-existing manga almost never get chapter updates. it’s hard to not want to use other sites when the manga you want to read never gets chapter updates
Lack of Manga chapters
It’s nice to have but it doesn’t update all the mangas. For example Apothecary diaries and black clover and those have been out forever.
Romance stories
I wish they had more romance options especially with princesses and princes and reincarnation.
Wish for certain manga but like the app
I really wish that this had stories like Yona of the Dawn or snowwhite with red hair, but I do love the selection and I’m enjoying the apothecary diaries
Not worth it do not upgrade
The catalogue might look so big but they have limited volumes if you’re hoping to be up date with your favorite series be ready to be dispointed with only 5 volumes

This is really good but it doesn’t have all the books I like

Frustrated
The app says unable to access, I changed my subscription to the fan manga bundle to have access and it hasn’t been a month and I somehow can’t access the app. Before this, I had have no problem,except not knowing when the ongoing stories were going to be updated. Miles better than their previous app, but frustrated that I can’t access it for some reason.

I want to scroll? Why can’t I easily find how to scroll on this app anywhere? Getting very frustrated. I’ve read manga on my iPhone for years always scrolled this is a huge preference for me

Library needs updated
The app itself is great but they are way behind on available issues. If you want to read the current issues of many mangas or all the issues of ones that are complete then you’re better off going somewhere else.
Lots of incomplete series
While the app itself is decent & easy to use, and there is a large selection of manga to choose from, I’ve encountered a number of titles that are missing the last volume(s) of the series. Several titles that are at the top of my list have been completed now for many months, however Crunchyroll is missing the last volume(s) or chapters of the series - it’s very disappointing when a number of manga titles that prompted me to sign up, end up being incomplete.
Please add more Bleach chapters 🙏
The app is great and i have no problems with it, I just wish there was more Bleach chapters to read, is there gonna be more chapters added?
Needs basic functionality
This app has no ability to bookmark anything. It loses what page you were on every time it restarts. I tried taking screenshots to get around this, but it blocks those. Most maddening manga reading experience of my life!
Needs more updated manga chapters
The app itself runs flawlessly but I hate that almost everything I want to read doesn’t have enough chapters. A lot of the manga posted are completely finished yet this app doesn’t have a majority of it. I feel I’m not getting my moneys worth if I can’t even read much since it’s not available.

Many volumes are incomplete and don’t provide any real incentive of upgrading your current subscription. Avoid at all cost! You’ve been warned!

I love the wide variety of manga, but it just seems like the wide variety is a cover for not having all the volumes of the manga. Like some of the manga is behind the anime. It’s almost not worth it

I was checking mangas but it kept saying I don’t have internet so I deleted it and now I’m re downloading so please fix this bug
Great Manga!
There is tons of Manga to read and can’t wait for the updates ! The only problem is that you can only save 100 titles in your library. While there is tons of titles, and you want to follow as much as possible until they update. But with a limit of 100, you can only get updates about the ones you can save. The rest are still there, you’ll just have to remember which ones you’ve read! Other than the library cap, this is a great manga app!
Subscription
Why do I need to pay $3.50-$4 (depending if u have fan or mega fan) more just to read manga when I’m already paying? Also I’m not paying for the manga version of my subscription but I do know you can just read the manga in the normal app so why even download another app, if you were to make a new subscription for $5 that’s just for manga I would pay for it but I see no use in paying for this when there are many downsides like not having all chapters and other stuff, please make a $3-$5 new sub tier for only the manga and my money is yours!
An ok app but.
This app Crunchyroll Manga is great they have so many manga’s on this app but you have to get a subscription or whatever you want to call it for everything, if you want to read a manga for free on this app it’s not free you gotta pay. Overall great app :^

Bad selection
Pretty much nothing worth reading, and what is worth reading is so popular and widely available you’ve probably already read it or watched the adaption. Lot of isekai and romance slop if that’s your kind of thing I guess.
Selection is good but need more frequent updates
I do enjoy the selection, however after reading a manga through what they had available I did an Amazon search on the series and noticed there were new chapters available. The other issue I have with this app is if reading landscape, the image is too zoomed in so anything on the edges is lost.
Awesome concept
It’s an awesome concept there aren’t many choices at the moment but having the available to read otg without having to have a physical book is awesome I think if overtime more anime’s get added it will gain popularity and people will have a better opinion on it, so far it looks like people expected that sense it’s crunchyroll that you would be able to see whatever your want but adding things like manga will take time!
Awful iPad controls
Anytime I want to minimize and go to a different book, it is easier to close the app then to figure out this stupid apps almost non existent controls.

I love Crunchyroll manga
So my issue with it is the fact of the choices of manga there’s really not much choices and choices They do have there’s not up-to-date there’s just not more chapters of what they have available so I have all these mangas that I’ve read on here but I’m just stuck on because there’s no more that they have even though there is a lot more out there.
