Stuck in Tutorial
I redownloaded this game after the most recent update, hoping that the tutorial bug was resolved. It wasn’t. I’m also unable to access the help thing that we get as the response to negative reviews.
Crash error
Such a solid fun game. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but I have trouble with the game crashing when I start doing all the draw activities. Or if I switch to another app and return to the game, it will close out and reload every single time. It’s not a huge issue, but definitely annoying to have to wait for the game to start back up again.

i love this game put the game dose not open or load on my tablet any more i give it 5 stars if it opens i can play it if not mabey 1 star i like to play it again please make it work again

The game is great, but it lacks a Russian language option. There are a lot of users from Russia who like this game and want to invest in it. Please try to add a Russian language option in the next updates.
Cool game
Played a few rounds before the guided tutorial softlocked the game. The upgrade tutorial doesnt register when you press upgrade

App completely reset and lost all my progress
Update Issues
I updated this morning prior to logging in. I then tried to redeem draws in the Mounts Encounter, when the animation would show the light rise out of the crate the game freezes and doesn’t show the prize and will not advance. I tried closing and reopening the app and the draw was taken but no prize given. I attempted the process again thinking it was just a small bug only to have the same thing happen again. Two draws lost and no prize given, I do not wish to continue playing until I feel confident I will be able to do so without losing my prizes. Thank you, I hope this resolves quickly as I do enjoy the game
Can't play
Game looks so fun and exactly the kinda game I wanted to play.. except it's bugged and unplayable. During the tutorial you get to a part where it prompts you to click the upgrade tab, then when clicked, the prompt stays there. It doesn't let you click anywhere else and after reinstalling it thrice now, nothing fixes it. Their discord didn't help either, considering their FAQ on "tutorial bugs" answer is "no reliable solution"
How much is AI and how much is man-made?
I loved everything about this game. The pixel art, the music, no ads, it was like my ideal game. Until I discovered the song Infinite Requiem and Suno AI. Suddenly, my favorite app to open up everywhere I go, I feel I can no longer trust. I mean, it makes sense really. Pixel art is something that can take years to master, let alone how time consuming it can be. I thought there must be a great team of artists working hard behind the scenes. But how is that team of artists getting paid for all their work when there aren’t any ads being shoved down your throat. Sure, there’s the option to watch an ad and be rewarded for it, as well as the many micro-transactions available, but I sure as hell haven’t spent a damn penny on the game, so how are they able to keep up with quality content and updates? Or is that just AI’s job now? It truly is a damn shame. I really have enjoyed my time playing, but if I can’t know for sure who or what made the very thing that has wasted hours of my life, then might as well drop it all together.

good mix of playing for free and having fun and choice of watching ads for upgrades and free stuff, even in game currency. doesn’t force you to watch ads and you still have a blast

Whats the point in locking the amount of diamonds you can earn almost like they don't want you to progress an waste your time an get you to use your money and pvp is dumb
Great game overall
This game is really awsome and that’s basically all I can say about this game. Bored on road trips? Well Heroll does not require wifi (always a plus). Quite a bummer that it crashes a lot but I think that’s just a me problem (I have an iPhone 8) but yeah. There are a lot of cool things about this game and I am just getting into it, so I am looking forward to updates!
Average pay-to-progress game
Fun concept but I need to warn everyone that this game is 90% luck based. Every single action is determined by luck besides picking items and using a potion. Reason for low stars is that there is WAYYYY too much pay-to-progress mechanics. Just so greedy

Stuck at tutorial upgrade!
Stuck at the beginning on tutorial upgrade. I uninstalled the game twice then installed it and its the same thing happen again.
Claw machine can soft lock game
Got the glue upgrade on the claw machine and tried to get a legendary loot item claw got stuck to/under a few of the pieces of junk and didn’t have enough strength to pull everything up claw needs a bit more strength cus now my game isn’t able to continue.
Annoying bugs, pay to play garbage
They keep releasing new updates with new bugs and take forever to fix them. It’s a standard pay for rewards platformer. Hop here, bash bash bash, hop there, etc. It’s boring, a time sync, and expensive if you want any real rewards ($10s to $100s).

Actually no required ads
One of the first games I’ve played that ads are 100% optional. It’s nice to log in and do your thing without having a forced add everything. Is it pay to win…kinda. If you want the good stuff you have to pay. But the basic stuff is obtainable without money or ads. Want to boost your reward? Watch an ad. Want to just play without being interrupted? The game is great for that
Ai generated ads
It’s a good game but every ad you make for this game is ai generated. Every ad as well does not convey anything about how the game works.
Arena’s tutorial needs a fix
I got stuck in the Arena’s tutorial where they ask you to equip potions. I can never press what they wanted me to press, and of course, can’t get out of that screen until I force close the game. And it happens 100% of the time.
Could have been great...
It looks super unique and interesting until you see that it's the same ole schtick with a dozen different ways to spend real money to make your char better. But there is obvious hard coding in the game that defies normal odds. Spend money at your own risk.

It’s a good game but it never loads it’s quicker to uninstall and redownload it then it is to sit in the title screen

Used To Be Great - Update Ruined The Game
Getting rid of Auto in campaign mode made me uninstall so fast. Will reinstall if I see a new update reversing it.
Bugs on boss fights
Everytime i land on the dark red spots that happens from the boss event, some times it freezes, majority of the time the character is just idle, theres no boss to fight so i have to refresh the app and start new round
Marketing is great game is mid
Marketing: S+ Game: C- The gameplay loop gets very boring very fast. It’s (obviously) repetitive considering it’s a rogue like but it’s a very hands off rogue like while still requiring you to pay attention anyway. The dailies take forever to complete and get old quickly.
Watching ads for fun?
So I noticed that in the beginning ( starting play the first day this came out) if you would watch the 15-20~ second ad you get a few cool perks or currency. Cool fair trade in the micro transactions side. What is bothering me is that now: If I watch an ad, I can’t get out of the ad itself. So I have to completely exit the game. And I don’t get the reward. It’s a fun game, but it’s got its flaws.

AI Usage
I really enjoyed this game lots when I first played it. But then on other games I would start to get ads for Heroll where there was obvious AI usage. The game is good on its own but using genai for ads has made me uninstall the game and no longer wish to support it. It is a shame because it is a good game but usage of genai is an immediate turn off for any game.
Actually a good game, lots of flaws
It’s super obvious lots of love and care went into this, unfortunately they also still really want your money and for you to spend about a million years on the game. I’ll come back when the blackjack game has reasonable odds (it’s so hopelessly rigged against the player atp) and the “prison” and “lock” block are about 50% less common because those are not real mini games and get really boring the sixth time arbitrarily losing half your health right before a boss fight. I understand it’s a dice rolling game, and in the essence of that you can get shafted by luck, but this is unbelievable. You don’t have to be a mathematician to see how rigged the blackjack game is. The dealer hit 21 four times in a row for me, lol. Google says that’s a .0055% chance.
Disappointing
Fun for about 5 minutes than the insane rng ruins everything and with literally everything being luck based you really aren’t doing anything and it’s not engaging at all. Many blue ties are straight up useless and hardly have any benefit, bosses minions are more difficult than bosses, item passives degrade for no reason meaning rarities are completely useless, a lot of waiting for things to finish up like dice rolling and board tiles changing that need to be skippable. Just because it does a few things right doesn’t mean it’s perfect and should be mindlessly glazed.
Doesn’t currently work
The game stopped loading and won’t open anymore. Started acting up on 7/24/26. I was enjoying playing prior to this issue.

New player game broken glitch
While in the tutorial once you get to upgrading the game becomes unplayable. The tutorial can’t be advanced and you are locked out of everything else
Wish there was more variety
While the game is fun, I wish there was more variety. A class system for example would be nice (Warrior, Ranger, Druid, Necromancer) as examples.
Ridiculous update times
I literally open the game, down for maintenance, kicks me out. Wait an hour, open the game, play for 30 mins then a forced update tells me to update, I click it, no update, decided to reload the game, down for maintance again? My god get good at coding and clean your cache and actually check for logic errors

so its a beautiful game, graphics, art style. it is. but content is lackluster. its the same board with a different boss who does the same thing evrry time.. a boss needs to feel harder. needs a better variety.

Great bgm, fun and engaging, lots of mini games. Devs obviously put attention into this and care about the game.
WAS perfect
Lots of fun, I like the various ways you can upgrade your character. Devs seem to be very involved and are coming up with new content which is awesome and it played amazingly until the newest patch. Suggestion: GET RID OF THE “COPY AND PASTE” GENERIC BOSSES AND GO BACK TO HAVING A UNIQUE BOSS PER LEVEL AS WELL AS HAVING LEVELS BE DETERMINED BY NUMBER OF FLOORS RATHER THAN PER ROLLS. You downgraded your whole game with those generic/filler boss levels and each level being determine by number of rolls rather than floors also sucks because often you are forced to fight the ultimate boss without ever reaching the shop for the last time with a bunch of unusable points.

Awesome game. Love it! I really like the different mix of game genre too. It’s very subtle but it reminds me a little bit of monopoly and rogue like game style. The updates have been great. A lot has been added to make it pretty fun. I really like the fishing mini game. Free to play with very limited ads is really good (limited meaning only bonus ads). It’s always annoying when ads just pop up randomly not expecting them to. This game does NOT have that. I haven’t had to purchase anything and I don’t feel forced to purchase anything either. But I probably will eventually. Oh and the pixel art graphics are very nice. It’s got a great music soundtrack and fun sound FX. I do have 1 gripe about something though. I finally tried the mini game, relic drop. A “Plinko” like mini game. Not very good. You can’t choose where to drop the balls from? Really? I understand it isn’t Plinko but the reason it really bugs me is cos the way the pegs are laid on the board. Almost seems intentional to limit your point hits. A ball rarely ever hits near the middle baskets at the bottom. I dropped like 600 balls in one run and I got A middle basket twice maybe. And I don’t remember hitting the highest point basket once. I mean seriously, have the developers ever even played Plinko? Sigh, stupid mini game… But this whole game (the rest of it) is a lot of fun, despite the horrible “Plinko” clone like mini game. Still giving it 5 stars since the mini game isn’t the actual game.
The adds they have on other games are too much
Every add on the other games I play opens a web browser link that opens into the App Store instead of just the pop up store. Super annoying and will not be playing this game anymore because of it
Great to play but feel missing content
Like the idea and the art style but there isn’t much strategic control over each game play, so it’s easy to get bored after couple rounds. Adding some in game items to control over dice will be preferable. Game balance is not so great as well, you can easily feel you spend a ton for a tiny improvements that won’t even important to the game run.
Really Fun- Not good on Apple.
This app is very very fun. Nice little game. That’s all the good I have with it. I’ve purchased the VIP pack to get the double speed, no issues. My issues begin when every time I open the game, my data is rolled back to a day profit, including all progress , purchases, and loyalty with the game’s daily login incentive. Please fix the data desync issue. It’s infuriating to lose hours of progress over and over again.
Not bad, but…
Difficulty does not scale linearly. Bosses 1-7 were quite easy, then Boss 8 suddenly became super difficult. It also takes way too much gold to upgrade gears etc, which means you end up playing the same stage over and over and over again. Some events don’t make sense either. Like the Claw Machine shouldn’t exist if it’s just going to drop everything and never let you get the legendary gear.
