Not sure if this actually works, or if I just donated 40 bucks to this company.
This is supposed to file all the claims for me, but every single claim sends me to a third-party website.
Mislead
It said that I was eligible for over $800 and then said I had no claims once I paid. Also had to really search for the claims it asked me about when I signed up so it redundant. We will see if it improves

Money back guarantee is lie
Dont trust their money back guarantee. Their idea is pay for the subscription, try to open some cases and because its taking too long for those cases you will forget and end up not getting anything
Doesn’t have up to date settlements
The app is pretty glitchy and doesn’t have up to date settlements also with a subscription cost of 34 dollars and considered most class actions are 20 ish dollars you aren’t likely to get much
PAY ONLY
I don’t think it’s reasonable to mark an app as “free” but then block it completely with a pay wall. People should be able to do a certain amount for free a week or something. Update: Thank you for responding and considering the idea. I think it would give people an idea of what you guys have to offer as well and to see how reliable it is. If that makes sense.

Asks for you to pay subscription
It asks you to pay a subscription before you even know it’s legit or if it’s robbing your identity. I’m not going to pay money for something if it doesn’t offer or show what I’m about to pay for or share information for. Untrustworthy

I was eligible for $158, but it demanded a subscription. I don’t trust anything until it’s proven to work the first time, if theres a way to get my settlements without having to subscribe then I’ll be interested

Fraudulent practices. Predatory marketing.
There is nothing unique about this app that warrants charging money. It is so glitchy that it will kick you out of the app at random. You will have to try multiple times to submit your forms. You will be shown dozens of class actions that you are not eligible for. You will waste more time trying to confirm your eligibility then it would take to find these on your own with Google. Pretty much all of these class actions require you having an email or a letter meaning that you would have already known about this. And the kicker is that their refund policy is created to scam you of your money— they tell you if you haven’t received payment to cover the cost you will be refunded. They don’t tell you that you cannot be eligible until a year passes. They also do not tell you that regardless of the access you give them to your personal email and a lack of eligible class actions, you will be denied your refund for “not doing enough”. Keep in mind that I communicated proactively to understand what was needed to qualify and there is no information provided that I had not already done. Btw, the timeline also falls out of the 3rd party refund policy timeline for Apple and any payment method— intentionally creating a loophole that prevents you from getting your money back.

You can fill out claims online for free. I would NEVER pay a subscription to anyone just to get settlement money I am owed. I couldn’t care less what feedback these people have, I just want to inform possible consumers that this is meant to be FREEEEE

This app is BS never got a single payment even filling out all the forms and if you read the fine print they take a big percentage of your checks. Just go on classactions.org and you can actually get paid. False advertising by people on social media that don’t even know what they are talking about.

Misleading. Paying for a search engine that claims to prefill claims, but I haven’t had that yet at all. Unsure of where all the positive reviews come from. Maybe bots?
Automatically charged me
The SettleMate team deceived me by putting an automatic subscription on my account when I created my account and paying it through my Apple balance I wasn’t able to choose my own payment method so I’ve been stuck owing $16 for about two months now and I’m not gonna pay those 16 because I canceled my SettleMate subscription minutes after it was automatically enrolled. I talked to Apple support and they want me to pay the money when I was misguided and lied to
