- Renovation images look weird and glitchy
- App crashes or freezes often
Awesome
Phenomanal game
Cool concept, poor execution
This has a cool concept but it literally uses AI to edit photos very poorly into an “renovated version” but it’s essentially the same photo. It says the house value is increased by an absurd amount, but realistically all I did was waste drinking water to do literally nothing.
Great game overall
I have to say this is a pretty fun game. I love real estate and house flipping so to be able to pretend like you’re on Zillow or something like that is pretty cool. I would say the only thing I wish would be that it didn’t take so long to get hearts or the hammers for repair. Maybe have an option for players to watch an ad or something because it takes a very long time. Other than that, the game is pretty solid.
Disappointed
Was fun for a little while but nothing new gets added, takes forever to do anything unless you get membership. They stopped sending me notifications for some reason so I lost my high daily streak and then they wanted $10 to repair it. Pretty scummy but whatever it was fun for a short time. Likely won’t think about this game again.
Great game…..but
This is a great game and a fantastic concept! Unfortunately, as in a lot of great games, the fun is taken out of it by having to purchase a lot of hammers to renovate. I don’t mind spending a few dollars on a great game and I bought some, but they’re used too quickly and it costs way too many to enter events. So, as I enjoyed the game, after 3 days, I uninstalled because I realized it going to cost way too much to enjoy the game, great game though!
Game
I like this game, this feel so real, and it feels just like the real estate world.
Eh
Concept of the game is fun I dont like how long it takes to renovate things or how rverything requires some type of cadh upgrade . If you want people to enjoy your game speed up the times and offer videos to watch or something to recieve hammers quicker
The wait is too long.
I like the game but my only complaints are it takes too long to do anything 😭 and there aren’t enough speed ups to even make it fun.
Costly
They don’t give you enough hammers to renovate or play mini games. Everything cost money. Don’t be fooled when you get the monthly pro version it gives you zero benefits. The free game is better.
Renovations
I am enjoying so far but can’t do to much or play much when the renovation times take so long without dumping real money in so not sure if I will keep playing or get bored of waiting.
Intense
Fun
Ai issues
This concept was fun at the beginning. Until it started to show you a house to guess the price of but its pictures were all of four different houses! The “renovation” part of the game is really just an ai updated picture as well. Half of the time it’s a botched ai picture anyways. It has potential but there needs to be lots of fixes before I will continue to play.
Fun but need better instructions
I really like the game and find myself going back to it a lot. However, I think better instructions or need it and I can’t find them anywhere. For instance, what do you receive if your group takes over an area? What do you get when you reach different levels? How long does it take to get a new region added? I also think it takes too long to renovate a house or to sell a house. I just renovated a house and it says it’s going to take four hours which I find a long time. It is fun to use different styles to see how the house is going to turn out and the side games are fun.
Well tha the odd
So thinking I was gonna get charged 3.33 a MONTH I decided to give the game a try, they charged me for the full year for the game. That was not cool at all, hence the two star rating, I feel that was very misleading and not cool from the developers at all. Other than that the game seem really fun if I wasn’t so angry over the one complaint
Free adds don’t work
I really enjoy the game, but the free ad option does not work for me. I’ve tried it three separate times, and each time the ad gets stuck and never finishes. I have to close the game completely to get out of it. Please fix this issue!
New beginnings
Just started this game and I must say Boom! Development really has gone above and beyond Everyone should know about this!!
Won’t even load
Tried every way possible to to start the game. Either gets stuck while signing in or loading and stuck at 50%.
Very fun and addictive !
Absolutely LOVE the game and is very addictive and love looking at all homes. Only caveat is it’s very expensive to go premium and generally more expensive than I believe it should be. Since it’s very addictive, if you don’t have the premium it feels the game moves so much slower and there’s less you can do. Also when I’m doing some of the renovations the results sometimes aren’t possible due to overlapping furniture (glitch with AI) or when I renovated a house with a broken ceiling the renovation didn’t fix the broken ceiling but just put random other mismatched wood on it. I think with a few tweaks the game as a whole would be 5 stars and I love the concept of playing realtor.
Just a vibe coded AI-filled game
You buy an apartment in NYC. You renovate it. The AI changes the picture of your living room and all of a sudden your high rise apartment is in a forest. $200,000 profit. Repeat.
Very fun game
Very nice game but I wish that you had unlimited lives.
Love the game
I love this game. Will you all add other cities? Such as Denver, Portland, Or just any new cities
Nah
Once you choose an area, you’re locked in. Can’t change it until you level up. It takes hours to sell a house. No thanks. I played for like 30 minutes and I was bored.
Great Game - Needs a Little Work Though!
Just started playing and it’s super enjoyable so far. Love that there are no adds, looking through Zillow listings is fun, I’m focusing on Tampa as my first location because I ❤️ the city and interesting to see prices. Appreciated the quick earnings for touring and the earnings on owned properties. A few tweaks are necessary to hold my interest for the long haul: - Takes far to long to get adequate hammers for sales and renovations - Renovations are poor at best. It would be way more fun if all photos of a particular room were updated to illustrate a complete renovation. For instance the entire kitchen versus just one wall. - Reno’s and sale listings are just too costly to do often, especially for the higher quality, but this is required to move up and complete tasks. - I’ve already spent money on the game but pretty evident that full satisfaction would be very costly 😢 - It would be nice to browse other teams prior to leaving the one I’m in. Currently they aren’t super active and I’d like to check out others to decide if I want to change.
Fun game, if you spend money
The game is fun for the first 10 minutes until you cannot do anything without hitting a paywall. Even if you buy the 40 dollar per year for “infinite hearts” you still can’t progress in the game at an entertaining rate. After waiting 48 hours to get enough “hammers” to do one singular thing, you now need to wait multiple more hours while it completes the action. Great game if you want to pay 40 dollars to guess the prices of houses
Only Fun In Paid Version
Update 08/2026: Still a fun game, but a few notes: WOULD BE COOL: - If they have you a chance to build your own house or buy land. PROS: - No ads! Please never change that!! CONS: - If you are using the free version of the app, it is very hard to succeed through levels and every single aspect of the game will be prolonged. Ex: in the unpaid version, you have to click on each city and wait for it to count the revenue from each house. If you leave too quickly, it was not give you the full revenue and you have to go back. You have to wait for the bubbles to stop floating and when all the houses turn into check marks you can exit out to the next area. When you have 40+ houses, it’s annoying. - I don’t like that listings expire. I know it’s trying to be realistic to the true nature of real estate deals, but it’s pretty annoying to do a bunch of tasks to generate enough hearts to sell a house and then you come back to an expired listing if you’re not constantly on the game. Then you have to start the process all over again and sometimes you don’t have enough hearts so you can’t play at all (unless you pay). - I let someone play the game and they wanted to see if they could join another team. They left the team I was on and when I joined agin I was locked out of all the cities I helped them take over. There should be some kind of warning that pops up and tells you that you will loose your status completely, including millions of game dollars in Takeover Tax, if you leave your team even if it is just for a few seconds. - One of my areas is Eado, Houston. For the past few weeks I just keep getting shown the same homes in tours so I just keeping buying and selling the same houses over and over. Boring. So I don’t care about playing in that city anymore. ——- 05/2026: I love this game! I like that it shows real neighborhoods so it’s real-world understanding of the housing market. This is a great tool for someone who is a new agent or wants to be because it helps you master learning how to price homes based on market and property/land value rather than what they look like aesthetically. Will definitely be playing more as they continue to improve !
My favorite things
A great app and game. Simulated buying and selling of real properties with current rates. Helps you understand the value of properties in different neighborhoods and allows you to view listings of beautiful homes. I love Zillow and exploring the market and this is a great way to do it. Looking forward to more cities coming soon!
app doesn’t work
stuck at 50% loading and never lets me into app after signing in
Milking for Cash
Dude. This game. I had a 72 day streak. Now the game is saying it was broken and that I’ve used my monthly repair except I never broke my streak…. But for $10 I can save it. It’s bad enough they force feed you the Pro version. But this? This is insane.
Use to be better.
Game use to be more fun! Now they’ve made it to difficult on tours. So now it’s to hard to finish any tasks.
Fun but annoying
Pretty cool concept, the only thing that bothers me is the renovation part.. it’s takes wayyy to long.
Zillow dreams!
This has been so fun! I havent played alot but if it stays free , then it will be my new facorote game! You can actually renovate properties that are on the market! I wish they had more ways of getting closer places to view!
Disappointing amount of gameplay
You get about 10 seconds of gameplay out of the game every day. It takes way too long to collect enough hammers to do anything. It’s a useless game since you can barely even play it.
Excellent idea bizarrely executed
The price guessing mechanic is straight up bizarre and unfair. I hate that it gates more content for you to get through. I even paid for premium or whatever it’s called and I still find the touring to be offensively unsporting. Otherwise, it’s a fun idea. Cool way to see the world of Zillow while building a real estate empire. Update: The guessing has become better I guess. Less grueling. However, the payouts from owned properties is really low still. It would take real life months to break even on buying the in game properties with in game cash.
I like it but it’s not working properly
Loving the premise so far, only on level 2, but there seems to be a few bugs. My screen will go unresponsive and won’t let me progress to the next page, and I end up having to close the app and open it again. It also will randomly glitch to the collect income prompt even when there’s nothing to collect. There’s no way to clear the prompt so I again have to close out the app and open it again. This happens like every minute and a half while playing
It locks up
I love this game but it’s frustrating to be working on a competitive level to win an area and have it consistently not let me in. It loads to 50% and will not load
Cool
Pretty awesome game
In app purchases are a scam!!
I bought the $7.99 pack for renovation hammers with my Apple Pay. But after it went through, both my Apple Pay and bank sent immediate notifications that I was charged for $48. Literally what the heck?? What kinda scam is that? Don’t make any purchases unless you want to be charged for way more than you’re told.
Incredible! Recommend some changes
This game is super fun if you love “doom scrolling” Zillow! Really cool gameplay and easy to understand. I know it’s still new so I would recommend the following changes: maybe allow users to watch advertisements to refill their hearts! Hearts refill way too slowly, maybe it should 60 minutes to refill ten hearts? Instead of 10 hours? Also can you make the map more detailed? So we can get a better idea of the neighborhood from a glance? Thank you! Great concept
Repetitive game cycle
I’ve played this game since August now and have completely lost interest. The only remaining tasks have become such a grind that there’s no fun in playing anymore. Having a “complete 15 tours in under 30 seconds at 100%” is just ludicrously hard and when you have it in multiple zones it’s just not fun anymore. I’ve removed my pro and will be deleting my account, was fun for a while but quickly becomes a boring grind.
Way too expensive for a game
Super fun and cool concept however society can barely afford their income as it is and these game costs are getting out of hand. Absolutely ridiculous to think it’s cool to charge that much. Deleted the app hopefully that changes ! To the response I got from the developer. You can only play free up to a point ! You will have to wait 9 hours to get play credits again. You have to wait 3 hours to speed up you run out of hammers after one renovation because you only earn 20 but it costs 200 to do something. Your customer base isn’t people with money to blow on games. You want people to play ? Make it logical. Instead of getting defensive take positive criticism as an opportunity to meet your players at their level.
Renovating
This game is fun & addicting! I feel as though I get to scroll through Zillow looking and saving my favorite houses (who doesn’t do this?!) - but now I am able to renovate the rooms that need some help! The reno option is great and they have a thumbs up/down option afterwards so you can let the artist team know if they need to improve or if it’s popular! I’m still learning all the different reno types! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
not working
didn’t even get a chance to play or even sign up. won’t load.
Help
This game is so fun, but it isn’t letting me select any more vacation homes! I can’t fill my boarding pass anymore because I have no vacation homes left, but how am I supposed to get vacation homes if it won’t let me?
Too much waiting lol
Have to wait 3+ hours for everything unless you pay money to buy the items. I only played this for 10 minutes, enjoyed it, before I ran out of free ones and had to wait the 3+ hours to play again
Awesome but issue
Awesome game and great concept, but I’ve encountered an issue. It asks me to tap on the task button highlighted with a pointer hand emoji, but when I do the next screen freezes and I cannot do anything. I’d really like that to get fixed so I can enjoy the game.
I’m Hooked!
I downloaded the app and have now been playing for almost an hour. It’s so fun, I love real estate, and there’s always something to do!
Too many bugs
Completely inaccurate regarding accuracy. Try to input one thing and it does something else. 0 stars!!
Almost Perfect
I just got this game yesterday and I’m already obsessed. The concept is awesome and I love that it uses real listings. But man, earning hammers without having to outright purchase them takes WAY too long, especially given how many hammers it takes to do so many different tasks. I’ve read reviews from the last few months that complain about the same thing and it seems that issue still hasn’t been addressed, unfortunately. That will be the main thing that will keep me from playing because I’ve already spent a little money on the game but I won’t continue to do so. If that issue is fixed, the game will be SO awesome. Edited to add: After playing for a bit, it’s become much easier earning hammers and I seldom run out. I’ve played this game like a crazy person and I love it. Maybe in the future, make the starting amounts of money and hammers a little higher so it’s easier to get going.
Controlling teams shouldn’t exist, and game optimization should be drastically improved
I just made the update, and now there are teams that take counties over. At first, I just wanted to play on my own and have my little things going on, which includes that the completed counties don’t have any tasks and they would only make money. Now that teams can control my counties, my completed counties have tasks again… is there a way to disable that and play in solo mode like we used to? Also, the game uses WAY too much battery power and crashes out very often when collecting money or when clicking on a house that’s just got renovated or received offers. Probably the animation/images/phone vibrations is the cause. Please check on the optimization of the game so it doesn’t require the whole phone’s resources.
Fun but takes too long to achieve anything
It’s a fun game and cool concept. I hate waiting so long for selling houses, getting hammers etc, if there was an option to speed up process such as ads or subscriptions etc might be more fun idk
