Smooth shopping experience overall
Pretty good app overall. CartUp makes online shopping a lot easier ,I can find most of what I need in one place, and delivery has been on time so far. The app runs smoothly and the design feels clean. Only thing I’d like to see improved is the return process and maybe a little faster customer support. Other than that, solid experience and worth keeping on my phone

One of the worst E shopping app I’ve ever seen before
My experience with Cartup’s service has been very disappointing. Their poor management, customer service, and order handling are not satisfactory at all. After placing an order, I did not receive the necessary support, and I faced unnecessary complications and unpleasant situations even with simple processes like cancellation. As a customer, I believe the most important aspects of a good e-commerce platform are proper management, clear communication, fast response, and customer satisfaction—but Cartup clearly lacks these qualities. Based on my personal experience, Cartup’s service quality and management system need significant improvement. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their service and operations in the future.
