Need options for notifications or updates
Promotional messages or notifications often get so boring and disturbing. You should allow your customers to choose what type of notifications do they want. Just like BKash did in their app. Will be really helpful if you guys give such kind of feature in your app rather than sending bunch of mails and messages to send updates. You can just give your customer more choice and more freedom.
Potentially.
It has room to grow. I expect more from this app.
Delivery charge onek baray disay. Books er price o beshi porey. Ager moto nai

Need annotation feature
Please add annotation fearures for ebook. It's very essential
App is not opening
It has been three days since I last updated the Rokomari app on my iPhone. Since the update, I am unable to use the app because it automatically closes by itself every time I try to open it.
Review
The products likely good but their delivery service is so bad
Alhamdulillah
App and service both are good.
Bad
So bad service…they don’t respond. Tell lies about deliveries. I ordered but passed 15 days and they don’t have any urge to deliver
Loved it
Delivery is fast. Easy to use. But the problem is you cant find the English books. And some bangla books r also not available. But otherwise it’s a good app
English font is not readable
In some book I have found iPad can’t read the English writing of the book
Review can be faked
Its a trusted site but the main problem is one can easily gibe review without buying the product!!! So reviews can be faked. So, the authenticity of the product can’t be verified. It should be accessible only for those who buy the products. Rokomari should change this system in the app. And using vouchers are way more complicated, and points are easily deductible and it can’t be used later ones deducted but didn’t use.
Rokomari
Very easy to use this app.and their service are too good
Unable to use the app at Iphone 17 Pro Max
I’m currently unable to use the Rokomari.com Mobile App on my iPhone 17 Pro Max. The app either fails to load properly or becomes unresponsive, making it impossible to control my Rokomari.com access. This is very frustrating since the app is supposed to make things more convenient, but right now it’s unusable. I’ve tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app, but the issue still persists. Please fix this as soon as possible, especially for newer iPhone models. Looking forward to a stable update.
Ebook Reader
Hi, This is Nur.I bought some ebooks from Rokomari. But the reading experience I got is not good. I wish if possible make another app for E-Book readers. Nowadays, most of the people use smartphones if we could get nice experience, people out there who preferred ebooks they will definitely appreciate your effort. Btw I use iOS devices.
Bad Experience
This apps not user friendly. Cancel button missing in apps. Offer is not good website and apps offer almost same
All are good except app crash
My app is crashing when I go to my cart. Suddenly I can’t scroll to bottom on that cart page and after a while the app crashes. Kindly fix it ASAP. I’m on ios 16.7.11
gret apps
i love this apps. this app is helpful for the book lover.
Worst Service
Don't want to buy from them again though I personally like the owner of this store
Great, but the latest updated doesn’t open
I like Onnorokom’s Rokomari app. I purchased from there too. The experience was great. But I think they can improve their design to make it more dynamic. After the latest prompt for updating, I updated it - but the app won’t open even if I restart my iPhone, delete and re-install Rokomari app. I hope I can bring this to the developers. Thanks for making this on iOS. I still gave you 4 stars because I like Rokomari very much.

They Don’t Check Stock Before Taking Orders .
Yesterday, I ordered a USB hub from Rokomari. They accepted my order, but suddenly today, they notified me that the product is out of stock — even though I had already paid in advance. Now, they’re saying the refund will take 4–5 business days. How unprofessional is that? They didn’t even check their product inventory before taking orders, causing unnecessary hassle for customers. I needed the product urgently, and now they’re neither providing the item nor refunding the money instantly. It’s truly disappointing. Please think twice before ordering from Rokomari, especially if your order is urgent.
Trustworthy platform with good service
I have been purchasing from Rokomari.com for more than 7years. Over the years, it’s been improved a lot. I have following suggestions to make- 1)Should include“একটু পড়ে দেখুন” option for more books 2) kindly reduce the price of books. Rokomari is a trustworthy platform. But compared to few other online bookstores, the price of many books really high. Please look into the issue .
