Awesome
I’m definitely enjoying everything from the workout videos, to the meal prep ideas, to my food and water intake.
Workouts
I was hoping I was able to see videos of the moves. I wear reader but not to the gym and I can’t see the small picture of the moves.
Global Vibes
Nicci’s conditioning moves are worth it! It works
Many Movements Cannot Do
The system isn’t tailored for alternative moves especially for those of us who have bad knees and backs. Burpees and mountain climber alternatives should be available and it’s a shame. It would be nice if these programs took various levels into consideration and not just design workouts for those who CAN execute the moves with little friction.
Good way to keep active.
I had the app for some time now. I love how much it has to offer, from the meals to the mindfulness and the workouts. You have the option to work at your own pace or follow the videos. I would love to see alternatives to workouts. For instance if it requires a barbell can there be a way to show the dumbbell version.
Can’t get it to work for me
Can’t get the app to connect to my watch
It’s okay
I am writing this review respectfully. I love the YouTube content, but the app itself, what I actually paid for, does not seem to include the same dynamic workouts from content. It’s the same workouts in different order, and I am disheartened by that. Nice app, maybe for beginners, but I don’t want to do the same workouts over and over.
Not worth it imo
I really wish there had been a free trial for this because it would have saved me money. I follow Nicci on instagram and love her workouts so I went ahead and paid for a month of this service. A few things that are massively disappointing: - the AI food logger does not work which is a big reason I bought this. I get an error message anytime I try to log food and the voice analysis just straight up doesn’t work. - there aren’t workouts you can pick from. It assigns you a workout each day and that’s the only one you can access until you do it. The workout is 58 minutes. I really wish there was a way, at the very least, to adjust the duration. I was hoping for access to library of workouts I could pick from depending on my goals that day. Between the food logger not working and an inability to adjust daily workouts I am unfortunately having to give this a low rating. I spent the $20 yesterday and have already canceled my subscription. Major bummer.
Easy app to use with everything I need to meet my goals
The workouts are great and have different levels of intensity. Everything you need is in the app especially for beginners. The app is easy to use and the cost is affordable. Worth the try. I really like the different ways I can log my food using Ai.
It crashes a lot
Anytime I try to use the app with Apple Music playing it stalls, or stops the workout entirely. It’s messes up the flow of working out. Wish they would fix this. Or else I’ll need to find another app to use
Great but wish AI wasn’t used
I’m happy with the workouts but AI is irresponsible and honestly makes the voice prompts sound flat and uncaring, while trying to be motivational.
Great App for functional Training
I discovered her through YouTube and decided to purchase the app for a year. I love the different types of training included in the app and the different programs she has to tailor to what you desire in a program. Her program is the longest I have committed too!
Downloading workouts takes way too long
I’m sitting here ready to start my workout as a busy mom, and it’s taking 30 minutes to “download”. Ridiculous and no excuse.
Love the workouts, not the meal tracking
I love the workouts on this app. They are challenging and I like that. I can choose the time limit since I go before work. However, I do wish that if I do a single workout, it counts towards my workout streak. I think the meal tracking needs improvements. 90% of the things on the meal tracker are incorrect. And it doesn’t give you the option to add a food if it’s not available by the barcode scan. I wish I could connect this to the Carb Manager app because this app is exceptional in tracking your food! And you can add your own recipes. The meal plans on this app are nice, but there’s no option to increase to more than one serving and the recipes mention using a glass of this and a glass of that. I don’t quite understand what measurement that is using.
Operation Body Back!!!
This app is the most comprehensive I’ve seen. I’m inspired to stay consistent. Well done sis!
Love it but needs some small features added
This is a great app! Love the workouts and the meal plans! However, it would be nice to be able to just stop a workout plan and take it off of the calendar without having to start a different one. Also, being able to restart a workout plan from the beginning if you don’t end up starting on the start date you originally put would be a great touch. Right now, it just puts you back on the day you were supposed to be on because it saves, but there is no restart option.
Sad
No music. I paid $79 for the year and I have no music while working out which is demotivating. It’s not allowing me to connect my Apple Music
My very own workout buddy
I enjoy this app more than the gym. I have everything I need on this app to assist on my journey to a better body. I feel great and look better. Thank you
Great
I started this app about 1 month now. I love the intensity of the workouts. I work out 6 days of the week and the programs I choose make me feel great towards the end! Accomplished. It lets you choose the intensity level. I’m on medium and it makes me push myself harder to become a better me. I will keep using this app. I recommend it!
Love Nicci & the App
So far, things are going well. Overall, I enjoy the functionality of the app. I have two recommendations: first, allow the workouts to be cast from a mobile device or tablet to the television; second, improve the connectivity with the Apple Watch. At the start of a workout, my watch is connected; however, on a few occasions, it has disconnected. Additionally, I have experienced instances where my watch was connected to the app on my phone but not on my iPad.
So far so good!
I recently signed up on a free trial and will be continuing with a paid subscription. Although I’m only at entry level, the workouts are intense and exactly what I was looking for. Similar to the first review, the only thing I would suggest is providing a way to reschedule your same workout to a different day if missed. But overall I’m very pleased and look forward to things only getting better with this app.
