Doesn’t Work
I wish this app worked. It worked the first time. Then nothing. I’m using iOS. The organization is suffering due to this glitch. Since I can’t complete the prerequisite training that is on the app, I also can’t register for paid retreats.
Practice this and your self and your life will be transformed for the better. Trust me.
Accessible yet powerful content of you’d only practice it ;)
Give yourself a break
My life started changing for the better when i read The Joy of Living by Mingyur Rinpoche a few years ago. He offers guidance in such a clear and approachable manner. The app is easy to use and offers his keys to settling more comfortably with your at times problematic mind.
Tolle App
Vielen Dank dafür – macht weiter so!
My favourite app
I am really glad I found this app after I read two books of yongey mingyur rinpoche and practiced meditation with just a couple of videos of him on YouTube and after that with the balloon app. I like the amount of humour of yongey mingyur, the originality and the great structure of the lessons in this app very much. It brings me so much joy and understanding of how to live happily and aware! Thank you yongey mingyur and everyone who helped to make this app possible!
Expansive enrichment
Grateful to have found resources like this, to have on hand when times get tough; empowering education.
Baby steps
Love the course but looks like the app doesn’t have the main course tet
