Recently became Unusable
I like this game and have over months progressed to high levels. Recently it started freezing on the Ads and I reinstalled which took me back to level 1. Again started freezing in the ads. Could be iOS 26.2.1 update or this latest App version related but I have had to delete the game. Unusable. Also disappointed to read that paying for the App does not remove all Ads. If they changed this crazy policy and removed all ads and fixed the major bugs I would pay $10. Updated vs 2.5.1 has fixed the freeze issue.
No way to report bugs
Fun game but buggy. Formatting issue so sometimes you can’t see the last word because the icons are overlapping it. No way to report bugs either in game or on their website (contact just brings you back to the homepage).
Enjoyed the game
It was fun up until level 650 when they started recycling the same boards

There’s a damn tutorial for every damn level acting like we’re 2 years old if we need a tutorial I wish there was a damn option but I can’t even play in peace without a fudging tutorial every sec.
Good game but pay and still get ads
Fun, challenging sometimes, but when I finally decide to pay to remove ads (knowing that I would still get ads if I wanted rewards) there were STILL too many. Didn’t get much at all for my $9.99
Poor game quality
I love this game but the screen freezes too often and you can’t go past day 56 with daily challenges or rewards. It stops at day 56 and you must delete and start over or forget about daily rewards.
Fun game some issues
The game is really enjoyable but the bottom row of letters is sometimes hidden under the boosters so you are unable to see what the letters are if there are any or it’s hard to press on them without accidentally pressing a booster and using your coins.

I was enjoying this game a lot but now every time I play it freezes up. I have to end up shutting my phone off to even get out of the screen. Now I’m afraid to play it any more
Great app, recent bugs
Love this game but experiencing some glitch recently. The app hangs and lock the display of the phone and starts flickering! Please fix this. Miss the game when it used to work fine

Ridiculous unskippable tutorial
If you have above a room temperature IQ and you need this tutorial then you shouldn’t be playing the game at all. The freaking tutorial is actually patronizing. There was no reason for the tutorial several puzzles long I cannot enjoy a game, where they force you into tutorials for something so simple as a Word Chain puzzle I need Game writers and developers to understand that we are not so incapable stupid that we need hand held through the easiest words in the planet and then forced to use bonus or helpful items within mere seconds of opening the game. It is unplayable when the tutorial is FORCED on me. Developers think creature without brain stems are playing their games. Kindergarten level words and you think I need an unskippable tutorial. It’s insulting.
Game Freezes
I enjoyed this game but it glitches and freezes constantly. Almost every two rounds I have to exit out of the entire game and enter again. This ruins the experience and becomes frustrating. For this reason I’m uninstalling the game.

Seems like a fun game but definitely not worth $8 a week - ridiculous. Can’t play with ads as there are way too many and they are long; half the time the ad won’t close after watching g either .

Playing this game helped in my stroke recovery as I developed new neural pathways. While every stroke is different, I’d recommend giving this a try to see if it helps you too.

Ongoing Tutorials Are Too Much
The tutorials drag on one after another, knock it out in one or two then let people actually play!

Brilliant
This game is great fun really put your brain to work and if you have a brain disorder, it helps you to focus on something fun. That is also helping you. with constructing words began small.
Glitches
This game could be so fun, but the app freezes every few seconds. I’ve never made it through a full round without it freezing. I have tried different things to see if it would help. I bought the no ads thinking that would fix it. Nothing. A waste of $6.
Would have been 5 stars but
The game is great. It makes you think differently to all others, but one big gripe and one sealer one. The main gripe is there is no cloud save on the game, and as a result a friend who is on level 236 lost all her progress when the game suddenly would not boot, and had to be reinstalled. She was about to pay to remove the adds, but I told her not to, at least until cloud save is an option. She likes the game so much she has started again, but will not if it happens again. So please incorporate a save game feature. Next onto my little annoyance. The daily is way too hard. No clues at all. Just blank boxes. I have stopped doing them, and just collect daily’s. Mainly, please, please add the option to let us save our progress.
Keeps freezing
The app keeps freezing until I turn off my screen then back then I have force close the app. I finally just uninstalled it.
Couple of serious complaints
This WAS a great game. The concept is still very good. For some reason, the daily challenge plays for one series and never reloads. So, no extra goodies for months & months. Most importantly, I DESPISE the new numbering, telling me how many times a letter will be used in the puzzle. It dumbs the game down and makes the challenge nearly nil. I’m very disappointed. I SO enjoyed this game. Now? Meh.

This game is amazing I love it
Freezes
I could barely play the game because after clicking just a few times to answer the game would freeze up. The only way to move forward was to force close it. I had to attempt to power my phone down to get it to move off the screen once—thought it was a fluke. Did it again right afterwards, so I deleted the app. Barely got past the tutorials because of the freezing.
Ads are too long!
I love the game but the ads are way too long! For gameplay, I would give it a five star rating, but because of the long ads I give it a 2 star

Game freezes constantly
Quantity on letters?!?!
I don’t know why there are now numbers on each letter tile that lets you know how many times that letter can be used in a game. It dumbs down the game and it is also VERY distracting to look at. You might as well tell me all the answers. I don’t know why developers choose to make these “upgrades” when it wasn’t necessary in the first place. And don’t even get me started on the quantity of ads. They are out of control.
It’s okay
I enjoy the game for the most part. I wish there was an option to turn off the like color tiles though. It makes some of the puzzles SUPER easy when half the word is already solved. That part takes a lot of the fun out of it.
