Ads!!!! Heat
Ads are fine but at least show more than one over and over and over. The game also has moving ads in the background that keep you from moving tiles, and heat up your phone beyond use.

What have you guys done to this game!! I used to sit and relax whilst playing this game now I have the constant fight throughout the Game to get off yet another add and return to play my next turn which is very frustrating I dont mind after each game but the increase in ads spoils enjoyment GET A GRIP GUYS!!
I love this game, can you fix the gremlins
I really love this game. I am finding a number of issues. It hangs just ne letter frequently so you try play it then it hangs and you can’t. I play every morning then I get notice I missed a day, I was on 165, and I must pay or lose days to continue. It took me back to day 64. 😱😩😩😩. Please fix it.

Steals your money
I paid 9.99 for a year of no ads. Writhing first month I started getting ads that interrupted every turn blocking me from play. Sleazy! And no way to get support help!
Best word game but…
I’m about to delete it again as it is freezing up again which is very frustrating. I’ve been playing this game a long time but it’s only been in the last few weeks that it freezes even though the app is up to date. It won’t shuffle, add letters, take away letters, nothing! Please fix this or I’ll have to find another best word game.
Ads taking over swap; bad tiles after swap compared to computer before playing 1st game against any1
Advertisement took up swap. Had bad swaps compared to computer with test trial and app closed on me when their wasn’t the advertisement and open back up with the advertisement.
KEEPS FREEZING
I play every day for about an hour and in the last month, the game keeps freezing, maybe four or 56 times in an hour. I have to close it and then start it again. It doesn’t even help to close all the other apps on my iPhone. This is getting really old.

Worst trash ever
If a game is FUN You don’t have to put it in the title… Everyone will know it… This game sucks. I don’t mind ads after each round of a game but this is after each turn they try to either sell you something or have you watch a 120 second ad… yes I said 120, as in two minutes! This is ridiculous and all the while we are supposedly mid game with another another player… That tells me that their bots and that they don’t even have a live player playing you because nobody would wait. Two minutes for their turn doing absolutely nothing. Worst game ever. Lousy development, lousy creation, horrible and overly busy UI… don’t waste your time and it looked so cheesy, I should’ve known better. Shame on me.

There’s one thing that really bothers me about this game it freezes a LOT

An ad between every move? When I started there were no ads. I could even see an ad between games, but every move? I’m done!
Glitchy and too many ads
Don’t get me wrong — this game is fun. The graphics and sound effects are superb. There are three fatal flaws, however. 1.) The barrage of interrupting ads is horrendous. 2.) When ads run, the other player takes a turn and you cannot see their move. You can hear it. You can go back and see what they did, but that’s annoying. 3.) Worst of all and probably related, the app often shuts off in the middle of play or often right as you’re winning a round/match. The developers REALLY need to fix these glitches and cut back on ad interruptions. I’d play more and spend money on supplements helps, if the game were clean.

What’s happening?
The app is freezing & throwing me out. I’m using the up to date iOS for my iPad. I’ve offloaded the app then downloaded it & still no good. The “ support” option in the app is not working. I paid to get adverts removed & purchased in app credits so I don’t know if I uninstall & then reinstall if I will lose these? Help please?
I love the game, but
I love the game, but there are so many glitches it drives me crazy. A friend recommended it for me to exercise my brain. It’s great for that, but it crashes all the time and has many other glitches, especially with ads opening up my browser or not paying off the coins I earn or they disappear. Now, there’s something new. I hope it’s just because they’re working through being a new game. Most of the players are nice to compete with, even though there are a few you have to ignore. I do love the game, even at the price.
Feels bad to play
I liked WordWars so I thought I’d give this one a shot. This unfortunately just feels very unsatisfying to play matches, coming down to the fact that you will constantly be one or two letters short of perfectly filling a line (especially the longest letter word line) and are just at the mercy of shuffle to give you some good letters to work with… which typically it only makes it worse. I do not feel clever even if I do luck into good letters because I feel like I had to rely on random chance to get there, so it’s still not that satisfying. There is a modicum of strategy in which lane to go for, but it still feels too limiting when trying to fill the longest letter word lines.
Sluggish game - is not working at all today
I like the game, but some of the games will not work at all.

It would be a fun game but it is nothing more than a bunch of ads. There’s ads at the beginning of a game. There’s ads in the middle of a round. There’s ads across the top of a level. This goes way above keeping the game “free.” This is nothing more than a money grab. Don’t waste your time.
Too many ads
I get an ad after almost every word I play. Don’t even get to see what my opponent played and they’re waiting on me because I’m having to watch an ad to play again!! Please fix this!!
Fun but too many glitches
I do like this game but it is continuously freezing up to the point I need to restart app several times (during each turn). The commercials are outrageously LONG some over 2 minutes. This makes the game suck

I used to love this game, but suddenly, it’s been taken over with ads. Too bad, I loved this game.
The AntiMom
I have been enjoying this game- it’s challenging enough to keep me interested. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that: 1) The ads are obnoxious. Do I really need to see an ad almost between every move? Then I just switch games. But a bigger issue for me is: 2) The ‘add a friend’ option. Or to be more precise, I fat-fingered adding a friend and I can’t find the option to UN-friend them. So now I deleted the game to see if I can reset it. People play games for various reasons, but I don’t want to be stuck having to socialize with them.

I would have given 5 stars once I played a while with constant ads. I finally decided to give in today and pay the “sale” price of $7.99 to be AD FREE for one year. I just paid that and resumed playing. Still getting ads after every level. THIS IS NOT AD FREE. I want to be refunded since this was deceptive and I just paid this less than a half hour ago.

I really enjoy playing Word Roll , it’s fun trying to come up with random words keeps the mind sharp.
Update needed
Since the last update this app freezes up constantly. You have to exit and reboot each time to continue play. I love playing the game but it is very frustrating right now. When you click on app support, it doesn’t give Word Roll as a choice for help in the games. I’m not sure where to turn to get it resolved. I have deleted and reinstalled several times and cleared my cache. Any help and suggestions is appreciated.

To many interruptions
I love this game!!! But the long, and frequent adds are very intrusive. I’m finding myself annoyed, when I should be enjoying a game in my spare time.
Frame Freeze. Constantly
Fantastic game but is constantly interrupted when the game freezes and most of the time you don’t know that your opponent has played. You have to shut the game off and go back in. Most of the time I can’t locate the opponent I was playing. It is aggravating to the point it’s no fun. 🤯Please fix this, because when it works it’s my favorite game.

I love this game….when it works. Every time I play lately, the app either freezes or exits me out of the game before I have finished making the words. I never get to know what a win is, even though I always have a higher score than my opponent. I even deleted and reinstalled the app hoping it would work correctly. No dice. It keeps crashing with no easy way to get it fixed.
So many adverts
I love this game but there can be 3 or more adverts in a single game. I know this pays for development of the game but this is excessive: I wish you’d reduce this regulatory as the game is really good but I’m so often tempted to delete it.
Freezing after the last bug fix?
I have been playing this game several minutes a day for at least 18 months. I never had any issues with its performance until the last update. The game freezes every time I play it. Not cool.

I love playing this game. It’s challenging and fun. What’s not fun is having ads between levels that are two minutes long. Get that? 120 seconds of ad. As much as I enjoy this game I am deleting it from my phone. I really don’t understand how their rating is as high as it is. Two minute ads-delete.
