Wonderful fun word game. You need to get rid of ads that don’t go away. Candy Crush Soda ad for instance. Or I’ll just delete your game.
Have to purchase points
I like this game but you have to make sure you get the small amount of daily coins and then watch an ad for a few additional coins. After each round make sure you watch an ad to double your level winnings. Other than that you have to purchase more coins. No option to watch an ad to advance. Will not and have never bought points.

I am not playing this game any more. There are too many ads! Every two levels ( which take under 2 minutes) I have to watch an ad! I have better things to do with my time.

I like your game so much. I started playing it before you introduced the expert level, and my initial reaction was that it was too easy. But then you introduced the Expert level, And I loved it. After I had discovered that and thought it was the best word game on my phone, you suddenly threw me out of the expert level and wouldn’t let me play it again until I reached a higher number of basic problems. I worked my way back up, not enjoying it at all, and got some more expert games. You threw me out again for the same reason. You did that repeatedly. I quit playing the game. I came back a few days ago and discovered that after 50 games I could play the expert level. I did that — though I didn’t enjoy it — and guess what? Once again, you have thrown me out and are requiring players to play the simpler games until we reach another higher level and can get back into the expert level. I cannot tell you how much I dislike this. You truly are ruining the game for your players who enjoy a challenge. WHY won’t you just let us play the level we like best?

Expert level
There way too many ads in the game. They pop up after every 2-3 moves and are very distracting.
Broken?
This was my favorite game. Then, it stopped working. I’ve accumulated 70(!) hammers, but no more opportunities to build onto the little rooms. I removed the game and downloaded it again, but it dug up my old records - I was hoping to start over. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted. Now I’m done

It was fun at first, but then the deluge of ads started after every puzzle, sucking all of the joy out of the game. DELETING THIS ONE!
HELP
I love this game and play everyday. However, lately I’ve had two times that I was watching ad for my rewards from completing the puzzles and twice the ads hung up and the only way out was to delete and reopen app thus losing a total of 320 points
Kind of fun
It’s fun to figure out but gets real tiring when Ana’s comes up after almost every level. I will not pay to play but most games at least let you play a few screens before anarchy pops up. The ones that don’t, I delete from my IPad.

I’m on Level 330. The games definitely get harder and better as time passes. I have not ever had any repeats yet as someone said! It’s one of the better word games out there. Yes, there are adverts after every game, (never in the middle of a game though, as someone else said), but I simply switch off (and back on again if I want to play again), except every 3 games when the advert gives points, then it’s about the same as most free games with adverts. I took one star off as the adverts are long and tedious, but I enjoy the challenge of the game.
Terrible update!
This was one of my favorite games until the last update. Now the ads pop up in the middle of gaming…three and four times. The ads used to wait until you completed the game but not anymore. They made it worse, not better. Now it’s no fun at all.

I contacted the Developer about 2 offensive ads and received a response the next day! I believe my concerns have been addressed. I recommend this game for anyone who enjoys word games and challenges! It has become my favorite; however, I am close to finishing it and I’m hoping to find another by this Developer that will also be challenging!
Interruptive Ads
I fully understand that you have to show ads so you can compensate yourselves for the expenses of creating a game. And I liked the game very much as long as you were only showing ads after I solved one level and before I started the next one. But now you’ve started interrupting two or three times in the middle of my solving a level. That totally breaks my train of thought, and it’s unnecessary and unacceptable. There are lots of good word games out there. I’ll be deleting this one and finding a new one.

This game is so relaxing I really Recommend it. It’s amazing for all ages. You make words you don’t even know existed and sometimes level up your bookstore!!

This is a good game, very challenging in the expert level, but they bump you back to the easier level arbitrarily which is frustrating.

Speaking ads are TOO LOUD
Developer claims they don’t “manage” the sound volume of their ad! Such a shame they won’t take responsibility for this problem as it seems this problem doesn’t exist with other games. This game is violating Title IV of the ADA and will be reported! really enjoyed your game and would love to play it but I can’t because your ads are too loud! If had the money, I would sue you for making my hearing aids shut down because you allow ALL your ads to be too loud and with no way to silence them. Shame on you for mistreating the hearing impaired or disabled. Provide us with a setting to silence everything on your game site, including ads!!!
A French version please

Too easy
Too easy unless you get to expert level. Then you only have 10 levels then back down to easy for the next 50 tries! Need to find game with all expert levels for the challenge
Acting weird
I’ve been playing this for awhile and no problems. Now it’s doing things it shouldn’t. You buy a letter and it gives you the wrong one. You buy a letter and it tells you that you need to buy more. Although there is plenty of money in your account. Very frustrating. I’ll play for awhile longer but if it still acts up I’ll just delete b

Playing in a loop!
This is an excellent game but once you get to the 200+ Level, you are actually replaying the exact same puzzles that got you there in the first place! What is that all about?
So much unrealized potential
Been playing this for several months and there are no levels - only a few designated as hard or very hard, but not really all that challenging. Biggest disappointment - the puzzles never get any bigger such as was shown in the original ad - which is why I downloaded it. Building the library rooms? Don’t think that connects to the puzzles well - I just ignore it. The concept of this game is great - just needs to be taken to a much higher level.
Love the game, but won’t be playing
This could easily become one of my favourite games. I really enjoyed playing it, and looked forward to more tricky puzzles. I understand that you need to have some adds, but so many, and so long… nope. Won’t happen. I might keep it and play occasional, but not frequently.
