The game is fun and can be addictive but the ads are long and to often. The story games are fun but for every level you may end up with 4 or 5 ad breaks.
Fix the bug
I love this game other than so many ads! However - the daily puzzle has been stuck on the same one for about a month. I deleted the game & reinstalled. Got a new daily puzzle that day then it went back to the same one. Needs fixed or I'm looking for a different one.
Not perfect but good
This is one of the best cryptogram games with decent graphics, but I have two gripes: 1) It frequently freezes, causing me to have to literally turn my phone off to clear it, and 2) The ads option is awful. I’m willing to pay a one-time fee for no ads, but the only option is $3/week. I stopped playing out of annoyance once and am about to give up. Please change that and it’d be SO much better!
Not like the ad shows 😩
The ad I saw showed that you tap the number 7 and ALL 7’s light up. You click E and ALL 7’s got an E. Nope! You have to tap every 7 individually. It would be a great game if it did what it advertised. They evidently realize this, since they put it in their ads. I deleted this app during the first puzzle.
Daily Word Puzzle
This is one of my favorite games. Too many ads but I’ve learned how to get around some of them. Why has the Daily Word Challenge not changed for 32 days and counting. This is always a fun one to play. You also just reposted the Detective Story?
Repetitive
Keeps using the same clues surely there enough sayings,quotes in the world without using the same ones over. Not impressed.

This is one of my favorite games BUT I keep checking 'not interested' for compression socks and every single ad is for these socks!!!

Same daily puzzle for more than a month
The same daily “April Fool’s” puzzle has repeated for more than a month. I used to enjoy doing a new puzzle every day. When it was repeated on August 1st again, I deleted the game.

Why ruin what could be great
Ads during game play is that really necessary? Well I will probably delete the game sadly because I do enjoy it, but not enough to be forced to pay for ad free version so my game play isn’t interrupted.

I really love this game but for the last four or five days I have got exactly the same phase for the daily puzzle. Please if this is a glitch could you fix it as I know the phrase so well now I don’t get any fun out of solving it.

Same daily puzzle
The daily puzzle is the same every day. I thought I needed to update the app but that did not change anything. This is one of my favorite games to play but it is very annoying to have the same daily puzzle everyday.
Fix the freezing.

I do love this game, but some things still need to be repaired. Please, please, please bring the BLUE SPECIAL LEVELS back to the game and ensure that a large puzzle isn’t started with only 2 or sometimes only one letter.

This is one of my favorite games to play. I only have one criticism to say. The app freezes or goes to a random place sometimes, which is annoying.
Horrible
I loved playing this game but now being bombarded with ads, now deleted this game. In the middle of solving puzzles, interrupted by ads. It's absolutely ridiculous!
Good game, but buggy and so many ads
I enjoy playing the game and like the quotes and the daily puzzle. But there are so many ads, between levels, every few letters you solve, sometimes one will keep popping up from the bottom of the screen. And it will stick so your letter goes in the wrong spot, or freeze entirely so you have to close the app. At least they have fixed it so it doesn’t overheat my phone anymore, but still uses a lot of battery.

This game challenges your mind mind and is so so much fun. I am 82 years young and just love it!
Broken - No support
If you are like me and enjoy playing daily challenges, skip this game! It’s been broken for a month, presenting the same puzzle every day. And, after three emails to let them know the game is broken, there has not been a response.
Freezing frequently
I love this game and play it daily. Please patch the software or whatever you need to do to fix it. I may stop playing all together due to the frequent bugs and need to restart the app.
Too many ads!
Must have been an update, as ads are now occurring numerous times in the middle of a game. It’s ridiculous. I love this game, but I can’t keep playing with all the ad interruptions. Delete is on the way!

Great game! Helps your mental health
Good game, but…
You have a good game, challenging and informative, but once you hit level 100 or so, you start getting “ad breaks” in the middle of a game. By level 200, you are getting ad breaks every three or gour minutes, PLUS what I think of as “bonus ads,” ads that interrupt the game but are not tagged as breaks. And around level 259, you are getting ads every 90 seconds of play time… and the ads are two minutes long and unskippable. As I said, good game, but this “we’ll be back to cur ads after this short word from our game” business model just lost you a customer.
Fun game
It needs a clear cache option as soon as I reached level 100 the game kept crashing in the middle of the level. Or it needs some sort of way to clear memory. Game is great and fun though!
3-5 ads during EVERY game?!
Love this game and have been playing it for a while but I’m going to be forced to delete it and find another alternative because the ads interrupting each game is RIDICULOUS.

I absolutely love this game. The challenge and keeping my mind sharp. But OhMyGosh! The adds! Before and after each page, and Then intermittently while trying to solve a puzzle! Just randomly have to stop for another add. And heaven forbid you need a clue. Definitely going to limit my time here.
I love this game
Another update: they have fixed the game pausing problem, Yay! But from some other reviews I see, they have added ads in the middle of games. I will not be upgrading until they make it a requirement. Who has time to watch many 30 second ads? I would pay a one-time fee to stop the ads gladly. This is an update from my first review. I still love the game but it keeps pausing, locking up, and causing mistakes. It is very frustrating and I am getting to the point where I may have to stop playing for a while until it is fixed. This game is so well made. It is fun and educational to play. My only wish is that it does not become so difficult that it is no longer fun. I want it to be a challenge but not impossible. Thank you.
Obnoxious Ads
This game is nearly unplayable! Not only are there ads after every single puzzle, there are ads IN THE MIDDLE of your puzzle! Often numerous ads (3-6) while you're trying to complete ONE level, depending on how long the cryptogram is. Some of the ads are SO LONG that you forget where you even were. There's also a stationary ad bar at the bottom of the screen, that randomly will pop-up in the middle of the game. These reviews saying they love this game have to be either old, bots, or fraudulent. One recent review somehow has 5 stars but it ONLY complains about the ads and said they're deleting the app! How is that?? The puzzles are also repetitive. On Valentine's Day, the second time I even opened this app, I got a puzzle about New Year's Eve??? Which I already had last month!

I love the concept of the game but with ads and unexplained lag, I spend most of the game just waiting. It also seems to drain my battery.
The more you play the more ads they play
Great game. Have had the game for a couple months. Was almost to level 90. Ads before and after each game is bad enough but sometimes there’s 2-3 ads that pop up repeatedly out of nowhere while you’re in the middle of playing the game. I paid for a 1 week ad free subscription which still had ads in between games and every time you used a clue. When I declined to pay for more “ad free time” the ads were longer and even more frequent. I love the game but the endless ads took the enjoyment right out of trying to play the game. Seems as if most games have way too many ads anymore. Big waste of time.
