this app is amazing. many other apps i’ve used have the useful features behind a paywall. airhelp doesn’t (unless it’s compensation which is understandable to be charged for) its truly an amazing app
False advertising
I had a disruption with the airline and I purchased the AirHelp+ turns out that they still charge you fees even if you have the subscription. You need to purchase before you fly and not the day you are flying. So beware - they will charge you fees even if you have the subscription

Useless
Airhelp claims to get compensation for delayed flight smoothly but it has been over 5 months and there is no update from their side just status stuck at same place from months. It will be easier to get refund from airlines.

Great experience
I had a fantastic experience with airhelp from beginning to end. I honestly wasn't expecting much because I assumed the process of claiming compensation for a delayed flight would be complicated and time-consuming. Instead, airhelp made everything incredibly simple The app was easy to use, and I only had to provide my flight details and a few documents. After that, their team handled the entire process for me. They kept me updated throughout the claim, so I always knew what was happening, and I never felt left in the dark Also, I really liked the flight tracking in the app. It keeps all of my flights organized in one place and provides useful real-time information such as boarding status, departure updates, and airport gate information. It's a nice bonus that makes traveling a little less stressful and more organized When my claim was finally approved the payment arrived exactly as promised. The fee they charge is well worth it considering I didn't have to spend hours arguing with the airline or worrying about legal procedures I would absolutely recommend airhelp to anyone who has experienced a delayed, canceled, or overbooked flight. Their service is reliable, transparent, and genuinely customer-focused. if I ever run into flight issues again, they will definitely be my first choice

my cancelled flight
Well honestly I didn’t expecting too much about it at the beginning but it worked well since I downloaded this app the response was very smooth and quick the team handled my cases very professionally and warmly the truth is you guys are really fighting to get the right back which the money come back ! Thanks for all the team and who created this app I will keep using and recommend to friends!
Don’t use
Airhelp subtracts a hefty fee from your compensation. You would get more from reaching out to the airline directly. Also if you refer people with your referral link, even if you have proof they used your link, Airhelp will lie and say they did not use your link just to not give you a gift card. This happened to me multiple times. Beginning to think the refer a friend program is fake as I get the same generic response at first, then no response when I replied with proof my link was used.

My flight was delayed by 15 hours, and I waited 4 months for a response, and in the end they didn’t manage to resolve it, while other companies do their job properly. Avoid them.

The app was waited for a long time , before I used it only through the browser. App is working for for me with the same features before the website. They helped me a lot to resolve issues. Recommended .
Poor Service
Did not solve what they claim they would. Extremely slow service and almost no communication along the way. Just a short comment at the end saying: we couldn’t help you… Not worth bothering your time and energy with this. Maybe try with some other services
Got a real check
My British Airways flight from Milan to London was late by many hours. I used TripIt app for my travel. TripIt referred me to AirHelp to get money back. AirHelp got BA to partially refund my flight cost. They wanted me to put in bank account info to deposit check. I was nervous about that so requested a physical check. Today I received a check from AirHelp so this is legit. (I’m sure I could have contacted BA about this but didn’t want to deal with the hassle.)

App looks good easy to file the claim - but after you share all your personal data there is no contact from company - total fraud and they probably selling your data instead of fighting for you !!! DO NOT USE IT , BETTER FILE CLAIM YOURSELF ON AIRLINE PORTAL

I paid for AirHelp+ for 2 years. First time I got a flight cancelled, they put a thousand excuses to not cover a lounge access. I paid this service to not have to fight with airline’s support. What’s the point if I have to fight with AirHelp’s awful support? Don’t waste your money here

Nice idea but I had a clear case that should easily result in compensation but after a very long time of waiting and providing documentation it got rejected.

They get your information without your permission
So this is a company and it’s not an airline just be careful. You can get your claims from other Airlines not from them but what they do is they get your information from the airline when you miss a flight and they jump in between and then they charge you a fee without you knowing that. You can get the full refund from the airline directly, so they’re basically useless because you already had a claim with the airline itself. They just jump in between you and the other airline without you giving them permission to know about you missing the flight.
