Se l’autobus è in ritardo, dalla app non si riesce più a seguire il trucking della navetta , perché considera il bus già partito anche se non è ancora arrivato

L’app funziona bene, ma purtroppo c’è il bug di non poter aggiungere il biglietto su Apple Wallet, spero che i programmatori possano correggere il problema.

Tickets can not be added to wallet! Timetables are on one way, like both way buses are available in every direction at the time indicated, it’s a joke! Bought a ticket can not be added in the app. Search open a website, if you can manage you app then just don’t do it!

Just be careful, it may ruin your plans
I don’t know how they work, but my shuttle to Budapest airport didn’t come, so I had to change my plans and find how to reach my destination other way. I was so stressed (hopefully Budapest has better bus transportation) I’ve got full refund for the ticket (I wrote to Flibco by email), but no one can return my nerves back.

Failed to open
I tried this app but it opens on a page about data protection, and this can’t be swiped away or scrolled past it seems locked and frozen so it’s impossible to even access the app itself

Tickets were easy to buy, and the driver picked us up in time and we even arrived in advance, and he was friendly. So overall, our experience was very good.

We booked a trip to the airport to pick us up at our place and they never arrived. We had to take an uber to the airport last minute

Contrairement à certains avis que j’ai pu lire, j’ai été très satisfaite de mon expérience avec Door2Gate. C’était la première fois que je réservais une navette pour venir directement chez moi à Bruxelles et m’emmener à l’aéroport Charleroi. Mon vol était à 8h et j’avais demandé à arriver à 6h à l’aéroport. J’ai reçu plusieurs notifications, dont une m’indiquant que la navette arriverait à 4h50, et j’ai pu suivre son trajet en temps réel. Elle est effectivement arrivée à l’heure prévue. Fait intéressant, la navette était partagée uniquement avec des femmes ; nous étions 7 passagères en tout, plus le chauffeur. J’ai trouvé cela appréciable et sécurisant. Le chauffeur a conduit rapidement, probablement pour s’assurer qu’une des passagères arrive à temps, et nous sommes arrivées à l’aéroport à 6h, comme prévu. Je recommande donc vivement de réserver des navettes Door2Gate plutôt que de prendre un bus Flibco à la Gare du Midi.

Good app, but major necessary function doesn’t work.
The app works well in general , able to buy tickets, fast, etc. Unable to open your trip from the “Planned Trip” - menu. It just keeps showing the loading symbol, but never loads the ticket. Have to go to my email to find the ticket to be able to embark the bus. Which works, but is very frustrating and inefficient if you have an app that should be able to do that.

Planned trips issue
Quando provo a visualizzare il mio biglietto su planned trips, l’app carica all’infinito e non riesco a visualizzare il mio biglietto. Devo per forza aprirlo da google. Sistemate Perfavore, ho sia una connessione veloce che l’ultima versione dell’applicazione.

Un’idea bellissima e davvero molto utile per chi viaggia e vuole viversi il viaggio dall’inizio alla fine con tranquillità e comodità. Servizio ben sviluppato semplice ed efficace
Apple Wallet,redundant questions and inconsistent dataset
1. The purchased ticket cannot be added to the Apple Wallet. Considering that this app is for buying/storing a ticket, is it asking for too much having this functionality working? 2. If I am buying a ticket from point A Town to point B Town Airport, why should the user be asked, once again, to provide data regarding which airport the user is going to, considering that this information has just been entered as a key information when selecting the outward journey destination? 3. If I have just purchased a ticket to an airport , why the same airport cannot be found in the selection list at point 2? 4. I seriously wonder if the poor ranking this app is getting by the users, is actually being taken into consideration by this operator to make significant improvements, particularly considering that some problems are consistent and never fixed.
Non funziona con Apple wallet
L’app è generalmente fluida e consente di visualizzare e comprare i biglietti per le tratte e gli orari desiderati, però, a differenza di quanto scritto sull’app, non risulta compatibile con Apple wallet! Dopo aver acquistato un biglietto, se si clicca “aggiungi ad Apple wallet” l’app per giunta si chiude! Vi pregherei di sistemare questo bug subito!
Great app
I'm glad I found this app, it's really worth it! A very nice and pleasant trip. The prices are more than affordable, it allows significant savings. I highly recommend it and I will use flibco again as soon as I need it.
Doesn’t work
The app remains stuck on the welcome screen. Despite pressing “done”, the screen remains stuck and the app cannot be entered.
No Login with Apple
Login with Apple is not properly implemented in the app and is absent on the website. Regular account handling is user-unfriendly, impossible to change username/email address in account section on website.
