Aiuto per rimborso
Ho per sbaglio comprato un biglietto daily x4 convinta che fosse per 4 giorni e non per 4 persone. Inviando la richiesta di assistenza su gtt, mi hanno risposto in tempi velocissimi e mi hanno aiutata con il problema, convertendo la stessa somma in 4 biglietti separati. Grazie ancora per tutto l’aiuto.
Do not use this app
This app is a rip-off and will steal your money. I don’t know whether it’s incompetence or corruption, but either way, find a different option. I wish I could give it zero stars.
Not bad and tourist friendly
App worked for me! Traveling in Turin for the first time and wasn’t too difficult to figure out. English is available
Paghi ma non ti dà i biglietti
Ho provato ad acquistare un biglietto ripetutamente, ma mi ha segnalato che l’acquisto non è andato a buon fine. Dalla carta i soldi sono stati scalati 3 volte però, eppure i biglietti in app non sono visualizzabili, anzi è proprio riportato che io non ho mai acquistato i biglietti. Non ne consiglio l’utilizzo.
QR non funziona bene
Per IOS, quello QR della validazione funziona molto male specialmente quando entrare il metro. L’NFC sarebbe meglio… inoltre ogni volta aprire l’app, nessun biglietto disponibile mostra, sempre si deve aggiornare la pagina.
Ottimo
Prima volta che lo utilizzo per i pagamenti funziona molto bene acquistare i biglietti puoi pagare Satispay Apple Pay e con la carta e funziona benissimo per chi di corsa che non può andare al tabaccaio per fare la coda

Idea is great but execution is terrible. Worked once because it never loads! Waste of money.
Worked fine for me
I’m an American visiting Turin—the app is a little weird but worked fine for me. Didn’t experience any crashes or other problems.
Doesn’t work on mobile data
It only works when connected to WiFi or hotspot. If I try to use it with my mobile data it stays loading.
Doesn’t work from polish IP
This application doesn’t work if I open with mobile internet polish provider

Quick ticket without registration
I visited Torino for 3 days and bought 2 day tickets to use the trams and metro line. I was able to purchase without any further registration (which would be annoying for a tourist) and pay with Apple Pay. Validation worked on the metro turnstile with a yellow sticker. They have a QR code scanner. I tried different methods until I found out. An in-app description how to validate a ticket would be helpful. (I used the English version)

Problem with the app
The app was so good and helpful, but since yesterday it is not working i deleted it and downloaded it many times and i still can’t open it 🤷🏻♀️
It finally worked!
Some tips if the app if not working or constantly spinning: make sure you turn your VPN off. The app will not load if it's turned on. I opened the app when I was at home and connected to WiFi. Then when I got to the station I turned my esim data on before activating the ticket. Not all turnstiles in the metro accept the app—usually it's just a few turnstiles at one end of the row. You will scan a QR code. If you don't scan it within so many servings, you have to hit a button to generate a new code. When you buy the ticket in the app, it'll bring you to a page to register. It asks for an Italian Fiscal Code, which I did not have as an American. But you can click "Not Now" at the top right to bypass registration and buy a ticket. It worked once I figure all that out 😊 Enjoy your travels.
DO NOT USE: Broken and disappointing
Launched once and looked really promising and I was happy I could get tickets directly, but then I cannot open it anymore, it’s just stuck spinning. Do not use.
It’s a shame
The app could be useful for tourists, but it doesn’t explain clearly how to use the purchased tickets. If you buy it you have to validate it inside a tram etc. We struggled to do so and we asked during a control how to use the tickets. Instead of showing us how to properly use the purchased tickets, the GTT employee gave us a fine. So, quite annoying experience with the app and with the company itself.
Incompetence on display
Mystifying how GTT managers allow an app with such a long history of bad reviews to continuously damage their brand.
Terrible
The app only works if you’re connected to Wi-Fi at home. If you are actually out using the transit system, all you get is the little spinning thing and you can’t actually use it to ride a bus. Is this some kind of ridiculous joke by the Torino Metro system?
App doesn’t work
App quickly and easily takes your money. Then, as others have said, spins endlessly without loading the ticket purchased (a day use ticket in this case). Went to find WiFi, which allowed me to get to the ticket, which loaded as a QR code in the Apple app. Boarded a tram, but there was no QR reader! Got off at the next stop to avoid getting fined. Terrible app.
Non funziona
Non usatela. Si blocca quando cerchi di convalidare i biglietti. Inutile. Nel 2025 non riusciamo ad avere un app come si deve a Torino.
Very unclear how to use, fare checkers unforgiving
Bought a 7 day multiday pass. Thought I had validated the day ticket by pressing “validate” and the QR code came up. Apparently I hadn’t as 10 minutes into my ticket was checked and I was fined €37. Welcome to Turin.
Does not open
On my iPhone and my partners Android, the app won't even open. Just stuck loading forever.
