Golf Tour - Golf Game reviews
4.0 out of 5, based on 213 reviews.
What people like
- No annoying in-app purchases for power
- Feels like playing real golf courses
- Simple, elegant, and relaxing to play
What they complain about
- You only get one round a day
- Game crashes or stops working after updates
- Wind and slope mechanics feel unfair
- Support never actually helps with issues
Great game.
Other golf games have more realistic graphics, but this one is more fun.
Not worth it
One game a day unless you pay is pretty stupid
Golf anyone
Game is ok fun to play when you have friends playing while partying
Issues
Unknown if crashing issue is resolved, swing button is not working now so can’t even take a shot.
Good game
This is usually a great game to play but it does cheat you. You set the shot for the wind and it doesn’t move with it. Then a 1 mile an hour wind and it moves like it’s 10. Then the putting. You set it for the slope and then it goes in the total opposite. I was on for so many personal records then it cheats. Why is there no tournaments?
Simple fun golf game
We need more of these and less golf clash. GC is great, but I just want to rip a few balls and then be done.
Scam
Just a poor App that is a money grabbing scam
Tee it up
I’m real happy that I downloaded this game because it’s like I’m on a course grinding it out as usual. It keeps me thinking and dares me to go for it. Just like the real game, I’m no good at this either.
Love the game, but ..
It stopped working when iOS 18 was installed .. Now I can play 2 holes before it just exits screen. This is on a brand new iPad .. Not sure any fix is forthcoming
Lj
It will be better if there would it be coin’s
My fav golf game app
I love this game. It’s simple, easy, elegant. Unlike other golf games that seem more preoccupied with coercing ‘in-app’ purchases, this game keeps it simple and gets you playing quickly.
Ching Ching
The game has charm and if you don’t mind paying for each round download it. The old game by this developer was really good at the time, but, the developers kept tweaking it now when you putt the ball you have no clue where it will go. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Niners1946
I like this game but I wish you could play different courses!😊
Rated from new user
Clunky Awkward to use. Hard to navigate Not that robust Not lots of options to switch clubs For a supposedly free app, I was not expecting to pay to play. But, great selection of courses. And fun flip to score. Also has a straightforward golf game, without gimmicks.
Freezes up
When the game freezes up in middle of game your screwed, what can one do
Hole in one
Thanks I’m enjoying this game it’s awesome
Poor
Will not work on my iPhone. No directions on use.
Easy
I play it about every day. Great game
Disappointed
I tried this game and apparently you get one round for free. I also purchased Birdie Golf from this developer and could only go so far without having to purchase coins, and that game is no longer on the App Store! When I "purchase" an app, I would much rather pay a higher price up front to get the full app, not an intro to it that requires more and more coin. The games offered are fair but to me the questionable advertising and constant need to support the developer are not. My advice is to look elsewhere. I will be deleting this game and I guess Birdie Golf as well since it has become as useless as this one.
Not enough play time
Like this game a lot. Only get one coin a day so can only play one round. Wish it would let me play more.
A challenging game
I have been playing this game for years. Yes, like another reviewer said, it does not have all the flash of other golf games, however, this game has lots of charm. What I like about it is the realgolf feel it has. Real courses which make it more realistic. I alo like that you buy a pack and you can play a customized game. You do not have to pay for everything, including more power, etc. bottom line is that this plays like a real golf game and it is relaxing. That is why I have played it for years and will continue to. Looking forward to more updates......

Because I can’t give zero stars. Free version was really nice, but I paid $10 for more courses. That didn’t happen, plus I went from playing daily to playing once a week unless I buy more coins. Developers email is not active so I can’t request help. I have never written a review before, but this was so bad I couldn’t let it go. Don’t waste your money.
Good courses
Many different courses but needs more
Great Golf game.
This is the best golf game out there in my opinion.
Poor
My God! A bit dated! Played 1 hole, and deleted app straight away!
Good
Don't make it so you have to use the coins for playing time only for extra stuff because I only get to play once a day change that and I'll give this app five stars
Review
Great game play everyday
Swing Button not working
I tried hitting the swing button, and nothing happened.
Okay game
This game would be better if you could play more than one game a day
Awesome
My favorite app. Play at least once a day. I'm too busy to play real golf, so this is the next best thing.
No good instructions
I have tried this game. Its looks good and promising but give nothing to be excited about. I think the best things that can happen for anyone who purchases this game is to ask for an immediate refund.
Great!
Great game!! Lots of fun to play without all those in app purchases! Would love to see more challenging courses and to be able to customize one and two players without being online but highly recommend!
Pointless
Waste of time, as i cannot play this game on my iphone 6 plus because the ad bar is directly over top of the swing commands. If i could give it zero stars i would
Good
Works better then most golf games
New update
New update and new course don't work . Update ruined perfectly good app. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
