What people like
- Fun and addictive gameplay
- Great graphics and style
- Good for casual family fun
What they complain about
- Ads interrupt you constantly
- Energy system limits play time
- Waiting for energy feels unfair
Love this game!
Been playing it since I had iPhone 4. I’m playing on the 11 pro. Awesome!
Waste of time
The ads in the game last longer than the game itself. And if you watch a video to refill your energy it takes way too long, and you only get a piece of energy, not the whole thing. The game itself is boring and removing ads is too expensive. I’d be better off deleting this game.
Lots o fun - Rediscovered
Played this all the time on my tablet and then when it failed, I forgot about it for 3 or 4 years. Man I’m so glad I remembered it and downloaded it to my new iPad. Great way to spend the afternoon. Thx
Alright
Good game, that’s just infected with ads. It’s just non stop which has led to me deleting it
Great app
Nice to play.
Undeserving
The game is great. My boys and I are horrible!
Ads after every time you play.
I used to play this game all the time like actually play it without all these ads. and now i feel like i get more ads than any game ive ever played on my phone
Gillet788
It’s a fun one, however they need to give you more options to get more energy.
Too many Ads!
Another great game, absolutely ruined by ads at any chance possible. I used to play this game all the time, and recently re-visited it to find how often the ads were. Another company sold out to ads.
Relaxed
Very entertaining to the body and brain
Good but sometimes hard
It’s super hard to flick it but really I always get a hole in one and this game is super fun so u guys should come on join us right now
Doesn’t count previous purchases
I bought the original flick golf and in app purchase without ads (gotta love those ads) and eventually apples new iOS rendered it outdated so I am assuming the developers here, instead of updating the app I paid for they just built a new one and now I not only have to watch ad after ad to the point that it’s no longer even an enjoyable game but I will also be clearing up the extra space on my device by deleting this app. My purchase did not transfer over and even if I wanted to purchase the “no ads” in app purchase it’s just not available. Well done you guys. All these developers just want you money while they shove more crap in your face. You all are the reason the internet is ruined. Anything great man discovers has to be destroyed.

Death by ads
Fun game. Unbearable ads. Why...
Fun, but...
This is a fun game. I played it a few years ago, then picked it up again recently. The only problem is the advertisements that just won’t stop. The older version was much better, because you paid up front and there were no ads. Once again greed ruins a good thing.
Feel the burn
Flick Golf is a good game. You can feel the burn of missing an important shot, just like the Pros! Good job, keep up the awesome work. Looking forward to a new game too... All the best always D L McAfee
Too many ads
Couldn’t deal with all the ads. Deleted - too bad too. Seemed like a fun game.
Flick golf
Be a lot better if you didn't have to wait as long for an energy or you had more to start with
No energy
I enjoyed the game but after a few minutes playing I can’t play anymore unless I purchase some more energy. Deleted. Don’t waste your time.
Ad,ad,ad,ad,ad!!!
Very fun game, but every time you finish a round you have to watch an ad.Also in Turtle Cove you have to get like 18,000 pts. To go to the next level, when I can only get 7,000 pts. But very, very fun game!⛳️🏌🏻
Mince meat
Mince meat Mince meat Mince meat Mince meat Mince meat Mince meat Mince meat Mince meat Mince meat Mince meat Mince meat Mince meat Mince meat Mince meat Mince meat Mince meat Mince meat vegetables!!!!
Older version great
The new version is terrible and even after paying to remove ads it is annoying and nothing like the HD version that the new IOS version doesn’t support. Fix the old version for us that paid to enjoy!
Good Game
Its a pity I can't keep on playing, not enough ways to get more energy.
Ads
After every play there is an ad
Free play anyone?
I love the game play and the graphics. Would like an option to just play 9 or 18 holes (time limit off). Ads ruin it - like every other app that has ads, makes it a real pain to play.
Fun
I can’t stop, I just want to better my game.
How to ruin a good game
Adding an energy system and constant advertisements to this game pretty much ruined it. It’s a shame that even ‘older’ games like flick golf have started adopting many of the greedy features you see in modern free-to-play mobile games. Oh well.
Flick golf
Great game
Fun game but....
Ads ads ads and money money money
Such a shame.
With great graphics and a nice play style this could be a great golf game from tee off to cup. Instead it's a freemium mini game that shoves ads at you constantly and limits play time unless you pay for the privilege. If the mechanics were made into a proper nine hole style golf game then I'd be happy to pay upfront for it. It's a pity that's not how this world works anymore. Add a treasure box with rare items such as skins for ball and courses then charge people for those but keep it aesthetic only. Don't affect gameplay with money grabbing.
Flick golf
This game is good for when you have nothing to do and it’s fun would recommend to anyone
Used to be fun
Wow, this game used to be great! When I played it years ago on my Android it was so fun and very few ads. I purchased the game for $1.99 to remove the ads. There was no energy in the free version either! I literally downloaded the game and opened it and got an ad. I was looking at different gameplay and an ad popped up on everything I clicked on! I did not get to play because ads kept popping up so I just uninstalled! Now the game is $4.99 for unlimited stamina but who knows if ads still pop up!
Flick golf
Excellent wee golf simulator style game, however my current handicap would be chopped in half and I would be in single figures less than 8.
Not great.
Takes to much time between shots. Not worth the money. Wants more money after you buy.
Mo money
Good game but I'm not paying for shots 👎🏻 very limited from early versions.
Good
Very good app!
Ads
Was a great game. Too many ads. Uninstalled
Flick Golf
Cracking Game. Nice and addictive
Good game, adds are overwhelming
I would enjoy the game, if there wasn’t an add for every click you make.
Good game needs longer go though
Too long between credit refreshes but a good free game non the less.
Flick this app with a big ole thumbs up
Addictive , fun , family oriented, challenging , if it had unlimited tries instead of waiting to refill, it would be perfect..,,great gaming even for us old timers...
Slow down on the ads
Way too many ads. I played for 5 minutes and watched probably 5 minutes of ads and deleted the game.
Fun game
Good game
Adverts!!
This game is such a good idea and such a good game!! It is completely ruined by adverts. In the eliminator, I was playing for about 3 minutes and I went through about 8 adverts. Good game is ruined. Deleted. 😭😭😭
FAR TOO MANY ADVERTS
This is a disgrace, can't play the game longer than 15 seconds without having to sit through an advert....why do all good game creators have to sell out to their customers by throwing adverts all over the game? Is it impossible to make an enjoyable game without having a million adverts and waiting to get lives back? We play games to kill time, not to wait until we can play it because we've ran out of lives.
DeezeNutz
Great Game!! Need More Practice Rounds
Nope....
I’m so sick of games and their ads. It’s gotten so ridiculous. You used to be able to, you know, pay some money for a game with no ads. Now you pay to play nonstop not needing “energy” but still have to struggle through the ads AFTER EVERY HOLE that lasts maybe 20-30 seconds. I like this game and have played the original version for years. But I can’t give this version any money. Sadly. I know what will happen after I pay 4.99$ for unlimited energy. I’ll get so sick of the ads in an hour and delete the game so I’m just gonna save myself the 5$ and delete it now.
Flicker golf
Great
Fun game too many adds
It’s got far too many adds to actually be playable. Great concept though.
Slow
For every minute of game play, there's another minute of waiting for the thing to load, waiting to move between screens and waiting for the in-game adverts to disappear. And this concept of needing energy to play courses is outdated and annoying. 3 stars is very generous...
