Great app
Unsure why the bad reviews as this works perfectly for me and not one issue. Have plenty of color options and even have a timer set for on and off. Highly recommend.
Big problem
My controller has to be within 8 feet to change anything. Worked for one day at a longer distance and then just quit. This means I have to go outside go down the side of my house all the way to the back to change any settings. I did installer out three times he says it’s my problem. The installer suggested $375 to replace It has to be reconnected every time you want to do anything with Wi-Fi. Can’t get anyone at the company to return my call. Never again will I deal with anyone who just knocks on the door trying to sell me something
why should there be a sign in for lights??
needing to sign in every time you log into the app is ridiculous, why need to log in at all? lights are not confidential information. I hope whoever made the app can take into consideration that needing to sign into lights is just a bit too much for simple led lights!
Works well for me
I’ve experience no issues with using the app and connecting it to my light. I really like all the different settings I can access through the app!
App is garbage
Logs you out and then when I try to reset password it goes to a dead end rendering the app and associated hardware useless. Do not buy from this company. It’s all junk.
Failed login
Constantly having to delete the app to then reinstall just to try and change the light mode, ridiculous.

Pues está rara esta app la tenía hace un año y me falló me sacó de la app me pedía mi contraseña y usuario y los ponía y no me dejaba entrar chequen eso porfa 💜
Sucks
I was able to log in one time to set the lights. I can no longer get on the app or connect with Bluetooth. The app sucks and the lights suck. I will be removing them and replacing with another brand. Thanks for all the “help”

It says I have to sign in with an email which is fair enough but it says my email address doesn’t exist i also checked my google account and it was the exact email address but it still says it doesn’t exist
Works great
Seems to work just fine for me. Many more options then the remote that was delivered with the Christmas lights

Will not allow you to register and therefore cannot control the lights

The app is crashed at the moment but when it works it’s ok. Not half as good as I expected.

This app is so confusing, you have to fool around to try and figure stuff out. Not surprised it’s mad in china
Signing in!
The functionality is fine, but why, oh why do I have to sign in every time I open the app?? And then it often doesn't recognise my email address or password, so I have to reset, or reinstall 🙁 And no Face ID to make the pointless signing in easier...
Doesn’t connect to my phone
I have spent an hour trying to Mae this app work. What a joke!
don't create account
this app asks for your email address to create an account while there are other that work with the same devices automatically, like LotusLamp X, installing and playing, no personal data required.

it was a 5 star when i first got the app but keeps logging me out and wont let me log back in. made 3 new accounts and still cant keep it logged in
Only worked for a week
App became unresponsive to my password and will not allow me to reset password I keep getting network error
The worst ever
The app logs you out whenever it wants and it requires a password reset which is an email in Chinese that always goes to junk mail. AND NOW the app will NEVER send a password request email which makes it completely locked out of the app and therefore NO app control of LED lights. The worst ever. Can’t even register a new account. The company is probably out of business.

This app hasn’t worked since the day I downloaded it. Then it kicked me out and won’t let me sign back in. Don’t Waste your time with it

No support access. Lost access to login and no access to recovery. Waste of money.

MocmoHome app needs a major overhaul, also needs more preprogrammed events added. What they have preinstalled now is not much to speak of.
