Unable to get past age verification
Have been playing this game daily since the first day it released until a few weeks ago when they added age verification. The game is good but the age verification doesn’t work and now I’m locked out of the game. Ive reached out to their support team and sent photos showing the issue as well as sent a thread on twitter of other users that are having the same issue. Their response was actually pretty insulting, they told me to turn the phone off and back on and clear my cookies/cache and that there was no issue, then proceeded to tell me it must just be my environment that is the issue and that they will not be responding to my issue any further. Extremely disappointed as I had put hundreds of hours into this game and now am not only able to sign in but also now that I know this is how their support team handles issues have lost the desire to support this app any longer.

Age verification update
Since there’s no redirect back to the app when finishing the age verification, it’s practically useless. Fun game but ruined by a brick of a poor age verification system.
Wing Unit Assembly & Endless Waltz development chart bug
I did the current event Unit Assembly (Endless Waltz), and pulled the SSR Epyon. But now, when I go to the EW development chart (I haven't unlocked the Endless Waltz stage yet), the app suddenly freezes, leaving me with 'the black screen before the development chart loads (and it doesn't), and forcing me to close the app (then open it again so everything's normal). Please help.

Absolutely love this game
By far my most played and beloved app game! Constantly playing and one complaint, there’s no guild system and friend system. Please add something along those lines so that friends and players can work together for a common goal. Maybe even something along the lines of Gundam wars! Which would be pretty cool on top of the awesome arena we already have.

Game Stability Problems and Random Crashes
I really enjoy SD Gundam G Generation Eternal because the gameplay, animations, and Gundam collection are very fun, especially for UC fans. The battle scenes look great, and building teams with favorite mobile suits is enjoyable. However, I often experience crashes and sudden app restarts while playing on iOS. Sometimes the game becomes unstable during missions or menus, which can be frustrating and affects the overall experience. I hope the developers improve optimization and stability in future updates. Despite the technical problems, the game itself is still fun and has a lot of potential for Gundam fans.

Very FTP Friendly
Most gatcha games quickly devolve into getting the latest thing to win but this one is different, while getting the latest thing is useful it’s not necessary to clear any content. The game itself is very fun & easy to understand, plenty of stories from various Gundam series to play through plus they have events to play through. The best part is units/pilots from when the game first launched are still viable & can be used to clear any modern content provided you have a decent enough strategy. If you’re a gundam fan looking for something fun to play that doesn’t require you to spend money on it to win then this is the game for you as winning boils down to strategy.
Most crash prone app I have seen
Japanese devs are well respected for not rushing out unstable, bug infested code like their Western counterparts are known for. Unfortunately, this one is an exception. In the rush to pump out new content, it feels like QC is taking a backseat and the app now crashes frequently - right before an animation plays, right after hitting the summon button, or even just in the middle of managing your inventory. It is almost guaranteed to crash within an hour every time I fire the app up, and given the long startup loading time, it really adds up and becomes a chore, making the experience rather unpleasant overall.

Drop Rates Decreased
I have had this game since launch as a big Gundam fan from the US. I have really enjoyed how you used to not have to spend much to get new UR units. The key here is the use of past tense. Recently, I have made over 10 10x draws across various banners and have not seen a single UR. I used to pull at minimum one UR per every 10 before the anniversary events. Since they ended, I’ve been struggling to get any UR drops. I am unsure if they secretly decreased hit rates or if they started backdooring accounts that are spending less, but it’s been VERY suspicious and frustrating. Be careful with this game now if you want the units you enjoy.
Fun, but AP consumption is too high.
The AP consumption on a stage should be 5 instead of 10.
For the Gundam Sickos
As a rule of thumb I generally don’t like gacha games due to their predatory nature and the ever lingering specter of competitive power creep. Oftentimes it feels like to keep up with other players the game is goading you into spending money to get that shiny JPEG that does the magic numbers that make you win. Eternal- for the most part- sidesteps this due in part to the fact it’s an online experience built on a tried and true single player game franchise. While most Gundam fans will roll their eyes at the fact they’re playing through the TV shows for the 10,000th time, the game makes up for this by having a truly staggering catalogue of Mobile Suits available, from picks as obvious as the Zaku to obscure side story designs like the Le Cygne. Fairly generous with rewards, and it’s quite easy to stockpile resources. The game keeps things fresh by having an always active rotation of events; be it boss units, story adaptations of shorter Gundam media, or challenge levels, all of these bring their own boons that reward the player for investing time. The difficulty is modtly neglible so you are more than free to boost your favorite characters and mobile suits to maximum to get the most out of them. I did mention that the game *mostly* sidesteps power creep, because it isn’t free of a competitive PvP mode, and as long as playerbases can intersct with a game a meta is bound to form. What you get out of the Master League— which is entirely optional anyways- depends on if you’re really willing to experiment and use units you normally wouldn’t. Overall, this is my “main” mobile game and I always play it at least once a day. I’m happy to have a game that features my favorite deep cuts.

I’m enjoying this game, it just crashes a lot on my iphone. I like how you can change the BGM for each phase, and how lore accurate it is with the story versus how strong each gundam is. Combat effects are nice, the game feels a bit easy. I would give it 5 stars if it didn’t crash every so often. Cheers for the great game.
Good game/Battery drain and overheating bad
As the title says, the game is good especially if you like Gundam. But the battery drain though and overheating adds much frustration.
Overrated
Idk why the reviews are so high. The 1980s anime aesthetic is nice and all, but the mech battles seem pretty standard. Very little terrain or cover, each unit has short mid and long range attacks. Noobs are expected to control 7+ mechs or use auto mode to battle enemy which feels it can take a long time. You have to download 20 MB for every battle due to the new cut scene - wish there was an option to just skip into battles for people who didn’t care about story.

Gundam Fan
I’m a fan of the SD Gundam series and this is poorly optimized for mobile play. I recommend getting these titles for the Nintendo Switch versus Mobile if you enjoy the style of the game and the gameplay but don’t care for PvP.
No English voice options
The game looks cool but it's a grid based battle system and it seems that all the voice acting is in Japanese only which makes it hard to get into the game for me.

The app has been closing itself. Can’t play more than a few mins before having to open and restart the app, it just keeps force quitting in middle of battles or just sitting on main Home Screen
Excellent but heavy P2W vibes
Graphics are great, good content early on, definitely need to strategize and carefully craft teams. However, there’s limited sources for in game currency. So the game heavily favors whales. I will spend when there’s value packs, which this game needs more of.
Fun at first
Been playing since launch as F2P. Loved the game at first but now it’s daily skipping missions for redundant upgrade materials and very little to do that is meaningful. Glad I didn’t spend any money on this game. No daily free summon, no incentives to play.

Would be a 5* game easily but I feel locked out of content for the story/first event because of the spike in difficulty for each stage and can’t use the stam pots that I have collected to grind lvls to attempt to beat said stages because we’re limited to x a day

As someone who’s just getting into the series I’m really impressed with the amount of story available.

The developers need to fix this problem. A player should never be in a situation where they have spent all this time on a mission only for their progress to be revoked due to an update. As long as even a single issue of this magnitude exists, the aforesaid rate stands.

I have reported over and over for the past couple months to no avail no help just a reply to my inquiry of we will look into it. I have spent money on this game and feel robbed bc you won’t contact me and fix whatever corruption happened. Like I have screen shots of everything that’s missing as well as you can see yourself on my account what’s wrong I ask someone in support to for the love of god please get back with me and help low rating bc the issue and the no help for my problem please help me. You can see in my account what was acquired and what is missing everything I have currently I have repulled but I still would like my units restored
Musics and more series
Would have been nicer if you guys used each series own musics during scenes and battles, instead of one generic for all them Also, hoping to see more series from the main UC and it’s side stories and alternate stories. And more Alternate Timeline, like Age, G-Reco, Stardust, War in the Pocket, 08th MS, Igloo
