This is the ONE
This is an amazing start for a full-scope kettlebell workout and programming app. I’ve been following Vadim on YouTube for the past couple of months and doing his EMOM workouts as a beginner with just one kettlebell — and I’m down 34 lbs so far! Having everything organized into an app makes the experience so much better. I especially love the instructional clips for every exercise, the notes on proper form and common mistakes, the front-and-back body diagram for choosing muscle groups to target, and the ability to filter workouts based on whether you have one or two kettlebells. I’m currently on the free trial, but I’m seriously considering the $30/month subscription. If you’re thinking about starting a kettlebell routine, I definitely recommend giving this app a try. My biggest wish for future updates would be more health and device integration. I track a ton of data through my Apple Watch, Apple Health, Hume Pod, and ChatGPT, so being able to sync workout data with Apple Watch/Apple Health would be incredible. I’d also love the ability to cast workouts to a TV, since following along on a phone screen can feel a little small during a workout. Overall, I’m really impressed with what they’ve built so far and excited to see where the app goes!

Great App
I’ve been using this app for about a week and I absolutely love it. The one major downfall is after each part of exercise, you are unable to input the weight you used for each individual exercise. You can only put the weight in for the whole part which you may not have used the entire time.

No Apple Health
The app itself is a decent UI and is easy to use, but it does not connect or share information with Apple Health. There is also no Active Energy, Calories, or actually workouts tracked and synched. For a paid app that’s a big miss. It kind of makes the app useless if you want to track all your calories burned and activities. Using this app you will need to enter that manually or get basic information running Apple’s Workout app in parallel. For a paid fitness app those features should be considered standard.

Tried to use the trial period and programs, but none of the videos load. Just spinning circles. Guess not.
Effective Program
Easy to follow and well explained programs - only gripe so far is that I do enjoy my music being played from my phone - so if we could find ways to not disrupt it on every set, it would help! Otherwise well out together

I used the app fine no problem but now it's asking me to disable my internet security. The hell type of bs is this!!!! Needs to be fixed or apps needs to be taken off.Its unsafe!!!!!!!!

Decent KB app
Workout’s are hot or miss. Some are great some just ok(filler content). Needs to be able to save workouts to create your own weekly planner.
Excellent app, only missing Apple health and fitness connectivity
Fantastic app. Easy and straightforward. Automatic counters and video previews to understand each exercise. Only thing missing is connectivity with Apple health and fitness apps. Please add!
Total confusion
The app isn’t very clear. From opening it feels slick and asks relevant questions but as soon as they’re answered: nothing. Blank screens and no ‘Program’. Very disappointed
Smart watch?
Loving the app and workouts are clear concise and effective. However I think it's heavily missing out on apple/smart watch or tracker integration
Workouts are good, just doesn’t connect to health app
The app seems pretty good, just doesn’t connect with Apple health app. I still have to track a workout separate from the app. Not an insurmountable issue but the one click and record feature of other apps would make this one easier to use. Wish I knew it didn’t work properly before I signed up for a year subscription. Not going to renew unless that is fixed.
Game changer!! Pick this one if you struggle to stay consistent!
I’ve been at it for about 8 weeks now, and thats something I’ve never been able to do in the past. The move by move guidance, timing and coaching makes a massive difference. If your struggle is staying engaged, this app and its programs are for you. Great tracking of progress too!
App won’t load
Multiple times I have tired to open the app and I just get stuck at 66% multiple times.

Love the app and what it provides. I wish there was an easier way to figure out how to change kettlebell weights or 1-2 kettlebells. Still haven’t figured out how to do that could just be once the program is finished.
Synchro Apple Watch impossible
Les exercices sont tops, bien expliqués, mais impossible d'avoir la fréquence cardiaque liée aux exercices. La synchro sur l'appli Santé est vérifiée, réinitialisée tout est ok mais rien ne se synchronise c'est vraiment dommage
Everything in one app
I’ve been loving the KBMH app finally found an app that provides a wide range of difficulty from beginner kettle bells to more advanced. There sis something for everyone. My kids love to workout with me. Using their body weight or light kettle bells. It’s a great app to do as a family. I love the Ai builder and the community share feature as well. I’m never left looking for something to do .
Feel Duped
So I blame myself for not thoroughly checking the app before buying the subscription. But here goes your pushed to buy the 1 year subscription for 50% off ($50). What do you get? 0 video demonstrations for exercise demos. 0 written descriptions for how to perform any of the exercises. An exercise library that doesn’t exist. You can’t even click on any of the pictures of the exercises to enlarge it. Do yourself a favor and download Kettlebell Wizard. It is free and is 1000 times better than this app. Update: as of 2/14/26 I have gotten a response from the developer saying that all that I’m saying is untrue. However every time I go in the app to look up exercises in the exercise library nothing shows up. I cannot even click on the exercises shown in the program as I do them. I am simply showed a picture that I can’t even enlarge. I’m being critical because the app doesn’t work as intended and I PAID MONEY FOR IT! So rather than trying to address any issues the developer just says I am lying. Ok bro, not gonna change my rating, until you fix the issues.
Good but needs a few tweaks
I’ve been enjoying working out with this app. It’s super easy to follow during the EMOM sessions, but in Complex sessions there aren’t videos examples linking all the movements together. If you’re new to kettlebell training, like myself, you may not understand how the movements are linked and to do them, it can be frustrating.

Great app and easy to use. Even if you’re crunched for time you can find a workout or use the AI tool to create any type of workout you want to do.

Fantastic. Takes all the guesswork away!
I work a 9-5 and just don’t have the capacity or skill to create my own guided workouts that give results. This app does all of that and more! The only thing I wish they had were programs that targeted specific muscle groups. Sometimes I feel like, with the current strength program I’m on, it’s all just legs and shoulders, and every other muscle groups just kind of gets the secondary burn. Other than that, this is probably the best fitness app I’ve ever used. Easy to understand, visual demonstrations and high customization. Worth every penny! Also, the AI build your own workout option is incredible. I’ve been using this app for about two months and am already noticed results.
56 years strong and getting strong stronger
Seems to be working. Week three I’ve been dealing with a little pain in my knees from running. I’m doing this to help with my running and doing about two or three days a week just trying to hone in the workouts that I like!
Promotional offer not honor
I did trial for 7 days but got never used it, did not want to be charge the absurd amount of $100 plus. Then on December 30th, I checked back in on my phone and got a promotional introductory offer to pay $49.99 only for the entire year. Days later I check reviewed my most recent charges and found out that the developer decided to charge the full amount$109.00 or so. Not cool at all. I have cancel the renewal already, never heard nor got a reply from their customer service regarding the charges, that goes also for apple support. Bad business practices

Pushy sales
Right after opening app for first time you are immediately prompted to buy the premium version and it is pricey. Only get an option to start a free trial if you agree to paying full price for a year. If you decide to skip, so you can look around, it prompts you again! This time it gives you a discounted rate and makes sure to tell you that this deal will only be offered one time only! Like how the heck you supposed to know if you’ll even like the app if you have not even used it yet. Should offer at least one week, no strings attached or agreements before ever doing that bs to potential customers.

For a while I was looking for a program I can do anywhere with guidance and structure with a single kettle bell and this was the winner. Worth every penny.
Nope
Asks you for your email and a nickname before you can even search through the app to see if it’s worthwhile. Interface is way too busy with small images and fonts, hard to navigate. Not beginner friendly.
