Great app… but
It is a great app for the price. Easy to use and very simple to navigate. My only wish is that there was a way to increase/decrease the weight in the middle of a workout similar to how you can change the number of reps.
Waste of money
Basic exercises and custom workouts are limited to basic moves. Not worth it.
Decent but missing key exercises
This app lets you build workouts, but the preloaded workouts are missing key exercises —rows, high pulls, no ballistic exercises at all, east/west planks, north/south planks, Russian twists…etc. it also lacks the ability to build true complexes. You can build what the app calls “supersets” but each individual exercise must be entered individually and toggled through individually during the complex making a true complexes unavailable. It’s a good app, but not great.

I have just paid £9.99 one off payment and my app still shows standard. No way of contacting developers either!? Will have to take it to Apple.

Don’t like that you can’t share workouts and progress via messages.

Good functionality so far but pretty basic. When it has more exercises to choose from when creating a workout plan, and the ability to rearrange the exercises that have already been created it will be a lot better. I don’t regret spending the money because it’s helping me just stick to a plan rather than make it up every time I grab a kettlebell. Keep up the good work!

Great App for A Newbie
I purchased my first kettlebells late October of 2025. I watch various YouTube influencers and have the standard grinds, hip hinge, presses, cleans in my arsenal. This app has been great for providing structure and not having to think. I recommend it for anyone over 50 trying to maintain their functionality.
Not worth it
Lacking a lot of exercises, so workout was too easy. Paid for premium but it didn’t really enhance the experience, not worth it
Ok but needs some extras
It’s a good beginner app. Heavy on the upper body. However it needs the ability to pause the workouts or have a “confirmation” that your workout is finished. I swiped out of the app and it auto cancels the workout. So I had to go back in and restart the whole thing and there’s no way to skip to the exercise I was on. Second, when it tells you what weight to use it would be nice if it gave you any indication that that was per arm or total when you’re using 2 kettlebells. I don’t know how long I’ll use this app with its limitations. Fortunately it isn’t too expensive.
Actually decent
I’m a NASM certified personal trainer and this app does provide some decent maintenance routines without bombarding you with ads. Can use it for free without being pestered, and for that reason I chose to pay to upgrade and track my sessions. Thanks to the developer

Over all it’s a good app
Wish it had compound movements and combination exercises.
A bit disappointed
Great interface but makes it difficult to set exercises for only one kettle bell. Also doesn’t generate exercises based on available kettlebells.

Best KB App
Been using this for a couple years to keep track of my routines. It’s very customizable and user friendly. Have added about 20 more kettlebell movements. Please add more stock photos or an option to add your own photo for your workouts.

I touched my phone, reaching for it, and exited the program when I came back to the program I had to start over again and fast-forward through everything. I wish the app still understood that I was not finished with the program. As a result, I finished the program and it said I worked out for one minute. Lol

Decent Start
The app is limited in capabilities. For example, creating a circuit workout is not really doable because it makes you have rest periods between every exercise and set. It doesn’t allow you to set it to zero between exercises in a circuit with a rest period at the end. It also has a limited exercise database so you have to create many of the exercises in your program. I paid for the app. This is a great start but I’d like to see the features built out more.

Ok but needs improvement
This is a good App but needs more kettlebell exercises added like Turkish get ups / Round the worlds / and more variety of squats and presses also customisable warm up and cooldowns added would be nice feature. I also wish you could just press start and it would run through each exercise and times for each exercise set was customisable you could adjust it to suit your individual pace with bleeps and start and rest times.So you don’t have to keep returning to press done to start the next exercise as i don’t find using this fluid enough to be enjoyable. But the fact that the workout routines are customisable is a brilliant feature and the app design is good just needs a bit more work to make it perfect. I would then use on a daily basis and design weekly workout routines.

Brand new to this
I read the other reviews and decided to try. I am brand new to kettlebell & this app has a allowed me to create a beginners workout that I think I can do & I’ll be able to build on it. It’s easy to set up & use.
Good app but missing some classic kettlebell exercises
I love the app and use it everyday, but would be good to include full range of common kettlebell exercises. For example some that are missing; Get Up, Rear Delt raise, Hammer grip curls etc, there are many other classic movements missing too. Would be great to see an update with some additional movements added.
