Suporte pessimo, não deposita os cashbacks devidamente e ainda fiz 80BRL de depósito, o dinheiro não chegou e o suporte não resolve nada.
Great option
Great for an additional international spending card but they don’t make it clear (until you sign up and look around) that it takes several thousand dollars of spending- all in a single month- to get a free physical card. Other services provide it free. This service charges $45 for it. Still works with a digital card but disappointing.
Disgusting
1 Star – Completely useless service and nonexistent support I paid for a virtual card specifically to use it with Apple Pay, but the feature simply isn’t available for my account. What makes it even worse is that my friend verified his account with the exact same Thai documents, and his card linked to Apple Pay without any issues. When I reached out to customer support, they completely ignored me for over 24 hours. They promised to send a follow-up email, but I received nothing. The support system is completely broken: I can’t open a new ticket because of their system limits, and my existing ticket is being totally ignored. To top it off, I tried ordering a physical card as a workaround, but the address validation system is bugged and won't let me submit the form. I paid for a service that doesn't work, and there is zero way to get help or reach a human. Absolute waste of time and money. Avoid this app.

Não é a primeira vez que o ether.fi não credita o valor na conta. Tenho passado raiva e transtorno com esse app. Tomem cuidado ao creditarem valores altos pois o app segura seu dinheiro por mais de 30 dias. Se for emergência vai passar aperto, minha experiência com esse app não é das melhores. Suporte é uma loteria!! Não recomendo e não indico a mais ninguém!! Só dei uma estrela por que não tem zero!!

Apple Pay not support now
I used to use this card everywhere with apple pay but now i cant add to apple wallet: contact card issuers and ether.fi support can’t help me either so idk how to use this anymore

Es una increíble alternativa a ARQ, con quien tuve muchos problemas. Además de lo sencillo que es mover de Crypto a fiat. Ideal si cobras tu salario en Crypto.

A dias venho tentando me comunicar com suporte e eles me falam de contas pendentes que nao estao no meu extrato de gastos e quando pergunto sobre quais contas eles somem nao dao suporte necessario tomem cuidado com a retencao de saldo bancarios sem motivo aparente! Nao recomendo colocar grande valores

It’s great to finally use crypto every day. I put a credit card in my apple wallet and am using crypto with tap to pay. The app is very clean and undertable and so far everything just works!

App horrivel, conta toda verificada e validada. No momento que mais precisei para usar em uma viagem internacional o aplicativo não funcionou de jeito nenhum, não puder enviar nem receber saldo. Suporte lento! Voltei de viagem após dias, e o suporte não resolveu, apenas responderam que estavam trabalhando para resolver. Não recomendo. Péssimo! Falho e sem suporte.

Llevo poco tiempo pero me funciona bastante bien.
Good until the fees stay low
Good if you don’t have a local card of zero fx card. For me it’s 1.5% but is covered in cashback twice. So far so good. I don’t like their kyc provider since it worked for my wife but didn’t for me. That’s absurd
