Love it
The BNPL feature is no brainer. What a fun way to spend. Also really well designed UI, UX Hope they deliver physical card with lounge access. Also statement for cards please
Bad
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. The payments don’t deliver, they have zero support. Such a useless app
A melhor que já usei até aqui.
Eu só acho que a plataforma tinha de ser mais intuitiva e que o cartão tivesse acesso ao saldo de qualquer moeda que fosse predefinida pelo utilizador, mas o restante é tudo maravilha.♥️
Good concept, unavailable in UK
As title says, seems like a good concept but I can’t write an honest review as it’s unavailable in my country. I’d love to check this out once it becomes available but as it stands at the moment I can’t select the UK in the verify identity section.
Cannot delete account
Besides poor customer service, which is only happening when it is in their favour and easy to solve, you will not be able to delete your account. It will always give you an error message so they will sit on your KYC data which I had to complete 3 times for no reason at all. Super red flag for me!!!!!
definitely recommend
I recommend it without a doubt
Buggy App
The scroll to continue doesn’t work sometimes. Sometimes the app can’t access my camera even though it did a few minutes ago. I do know not trust it with my money. Support is also slow. I can’t link my bank either, so my money is somewhat stuck
Unable to setup account
On the account setup page where it asks for SSN the keypad blocks the button to submit it and there’s no way yo minimize the keypad. Using on iphone.
Absolutely Amazing!
I have never instantly loved an app as much as I do with Tuyo! I originally saw the Buy Now, Pay Maybe thing and thought "oh, cool gimmick" assuming maybe after shopping a year a small purchase may be free or something. Boy was I ever WRONG! Third purchase I ever made with the card got covered, free dinner. Absolutely amazing! I originally joined for the self custody of your money aspect which I also love, but wow, thank you guys! This app and the support are amazing! You guys rock!
DOESNT WORk
Either app broke or what. Cannot hit continue
转账功能相当强
非常好用，跟美国银行一样
Bad support and Link verification problems
I used Tuyo during the initial promotions with cashback, but whatever recent verification via Link has been done does not allow me to add more funds to my account. Support is unresponsive and treats this with no urgency. I deleted my account. If it’s not urgent to allow me to use your product, you don’t need my money.
Amazing app
Pretty easy and an amazing app. Highly recommend
Unusable
Cannot set up account. on the page to input your SSN, the keyboard blocks you from going to the next step
Impressive
Finally a stable coin that feels global and seems to be on their game!
don’t do this app
sent $20. they had me verify my everything to do so. they wanted me to verify again. i did. they rejected it. i did it again. they rejected it. so these guys are just holding onto 20 dollars they won’t let me send back to myself. what a waste of a morning i’m on the phone with my bank
beautiful app, trustworthy
the yields are super consistent and the backend is very secure.
Can’t Even Up Cause The App Barley Works
The App Barley Works I Can’t Hit Continue! It’s Ether The Keyboard Want Get Off My Screen Or The Buttons Are Literally Greyed Out. I Didn’t Think It Would Be This Hard To Sign Up I Was Expecting 2 Mins Tops But It’s Been A Day And It Still Doesn’t Work
Wow
All that we have been wanting for years thank you so much
SCAM!!!!
They took my information, ID/Pictures and then suddenly when getting a card the app crashed and since then it won’t open. This is insane.
