Dopo vari tentativi con scambio di informazioni l’assistenza ed il team di sviluppatori hanno rimediato al BUG ed hanno inserito nell’app la procedura di restart per il kyc errato…! Bravi..! 👍👍👍

Watch out—Payy is stealing identities
Watch out—Payy is stealing identities. I created a Payy account, but their system entered incorrect details during the setup process. Now I can't access my account, even though I can prove the ID card belongs to me. Support refuses to help because they claim I need access to the email address and mobile number—but those don't actually exist. So, my identity is linked to an account belonging to someone else. That is illegal.

Stuck on “Account update in progress, may take 1-2 mins”. Also, an option to order Visa card doesn’t appear on Android. I have tried to import wallet phrase on iPhone, but I can’t. I want to give a chance, but how!?
