Rubbish
Created an account, registered my car. That’s all that has worked. Every time I try to use a function it tells me it has failed and to start the car. Massive disappointment after buying a new car.

For a car brand like JAECOO, I expected a much better-quality app for controlling the vehicle. First of all, I should be able to see clearly whether the car is locked and whether the windows are closed, but there is currently no information like that in the app. There should also be an option to stop charging the car directly through the app. At the moment, I have to go to the car and stop the charging manually, which is very inconvenient. Overall, I think the app needs significant improvement and should offer much more functionality for a modern car like this.

Overall great app, I find it very useful because I can activate climate control remotely. I found a bug in the app. User can configure One click automation for cooling or heating the car. The option to activate seat heating only works for passenger seat but not driver’s seat.
No funciona
Desde hace 3 días no funciona, no actualiza nada. Al margen de que sea una app que desmerece mucho y merma el valor de un vehículo que está intentando abrir mercado, una lástima. No hace justicia al vehículo ni a la marca y mucho menos al grupo matriz.

Potrebbe essere più completa con meno malfunzionamenti e sarebbe top. Ma intanto, renderla disponibile su 2 device simultaneamente é chiedere troppo?

Why have you made this app so difficult to register on?? Put password in and it keeps saying it’s wrong? (It isn’t) also will not send codes just comes up with “Scan Text” ???? Deleted account and started again, same problems! Gave up!

Carina l’app sembra che ci puoi fare di tutto ed invece non puoi farci quasi niente come ad esempio apri la macchina per prendere qualcosa che hai dimenticato ed alla fine non riesci a richiuderla perché da un continuazione errore 6 sportello aperto anche se lo hai chiuso e ti servono comunque le chiavi . Deluso sia dell’app che anche della macchina purtroppo

Fine at what it does but very basic functionality, I would hope for cars that seem to be all about the tech that the app would provide more. My previous car app would alert me if I left the car unlocked, windows open etc. I hope to see this app update during my time with my car.
Works great with my Omoda 9
In the UK this works perfectly with my Omoda 9. Can check charging, turn on the AC during the heatwave etc. Super reliable after 3 months of ownership. Wish there was an iOS widget for quickly doing things like AC/heating and seeing the charge level.
Can’t even log in
The screen capture is awful, doesn’t work. Tried over 20 times!! Deleted app
Bonne application
L’application fonctionne bien et est réactive avec le véhicule. Seul problème, malgré le choix de langue en français, certains textes sont dans une autre langue.

La APP funciona aunque tiene problemas con el refinamiento de los idiomas. A mí me aparece la opción de enviar los mensajes a soporte en francés en lugar de castellano, y cuando aleatoriamente pide un SMS por el teléfono aparece al supeponer la respuesta en ruso (cirílico). Como decía otro usuario sería interesante disponer del kilometraje del coche. También aviso de que te has dejado el coche abierto. Pero la APP cumple su función. Es verdad que en su momento lo del código fue un problema que arregló atención al cliente pero que hay que mejorar claramente
Funciona para su cometido
Al principio no me llegaba el mensaje para la activación intenté mil veces, pero al final llamé a atención al cliente y todo funcionó perfecto.

Poor layout and features
Got this as I have a omoda 7, there’s icons on the app with no labels, and It’s difficult to understand without researching what’s what. I actually opened my boot when i was about 300m away from my car in a cafe. Needs a redesign
It’s Ok - just….
Managed to log in and link my car without any issues. Occasionally it will ask me to re-enter security codes etc. which is not a smooth process as security codes sent to your very rarely- if ever - arrive. Would be good if the app also included a mileage / journey log. Both my last two car apps (Audi and Volvo) included this feature - I had assumed it was a basic feature that would be included with all car apps. The Jaecoo itself is great but they have a lot of catching up to do with their app - a lot of catching up…

Absolutely useless app. Asking me to agree to an agreement but there is no option to accept it anywhere in the app. Just keep taking me back to the login page. Pathetic!

Could be better
App is alright. However….. if it needs updating it won’t charge the car. So this morning I came to a car with hardly any charge as it hadn’t started charging in the night. Meaning I now need to pay petrol prices to charge my car at a random charging station.

Can't accept T&C's
Can't use it! Brand new car and the app won't work for me! It won't show a button to accept the T&C's I hope it's fixed soon as a part of buying the car was the capability to heat and cool the car prior to driving.
When car finish charging app shows 0km on EV and correct HEV range
When car finish charging app shows 0km on EV and correct HEV range, alo climate control shows 0 st C, to bring back values climate must be switch on or other remote action must be made. Car Omoda9-firmware 2.07. Rest of app works ok but sometimes in this firmware remote heat-up not enable driver seat (it’s on in app but not in car but on that firmware 2.07 is a car issue because car turn off just driver seat after short time leafing other seats heated)

Poor app
Not the greatest app I’ve ever had, frozen issues and the sat nav doesn’t work on either the car or the app. Disappointing.
Redelijke app maar mist net dat extra
De app is op zich prima. Zou fijn zijn als er net nog wat extra opties zouden zijn zoals kilometerstand en ritgegevens bijvoorbeeld. Zo kun je zien hoe veel elektrisch je rijdt of hoe zuinig je rijdt. Nu geen flauw idee.
Aún no hay para híbridos
Falta para híbridos y eléctricos, que añadan cosas prácticas para que mejore las condiciones de vehículo. Al igual de cada cierto tiempo se actualice el software como iPhone o otros …. Tienen de mejorar mucho si quieren ser mejores que sus competidores.

Ampiamente migliorabile.. sarebbe bello che le notifiche (inizio o fallimento ricarica programmata, allarmi etc) potessero essere mostrate anche ad app chiusa. Mi piacerebbe anche sapere la temperatura interna dell’auto per capire se è necessario attivare clima. Inoltre da questo aggiornamento ogni volta che apro l’app mi chiede di accettare termini e condizioni… bah.. 🥲

Absolutely appalling app which is in line to the absolutely appalling car. I grasp the fact that this is a cheap bottom end product , so I’m not expecting told Royce , but this whole product is literally unfit for purpose. The worst car and ownership experience I’ve had in 40 years

Aplikacja, jak na swoją świeżość w istnieniu jest bardzo praktyczna i ma wiele możliwości nadzorowania samochodu. Czekam na jej dalszy rozwój, żeby chociaż dostawać powiadomienia, gdy samochód będzie w pełni naładowany. Poza tym działa bardzo dobrze.
Necesita mejoras
La aplicación es un buen comienzo y es práctica, pero habría que mejorar la velocidad y añadir algunas mejoras para estar a la altura de un Jaecoo 7. Comparto algunas de las mejoras que considero necesarias: - Imagen del Jaecoo 7 en el Dashboard principal (aparece un Omoda) - Push notification nativas (súper importante para alarmas) - Live activity para estado de carga - Widget con estado de carga e información dinámica - Face ID para autorizar acciones sensibles - Llave digital de iPhone para abrir y usar el coche ¡Gracias!

App semplice ed essenziale, facile da installare, abbastanza intuitiva seguendo il video sul portale dedicato ODOMA E JAECOO. Se proprio devo essere critico in qualcosa gradirei vedere la quantità di kw/h utilizzati dall’autovettura durante la ricarica, funzione utile per chi non ha la wallbox.
Waste of time
Had this app a month. I understand the app is focused on the EV at the moment, however, my app says the car is linked but nothing in the authorised. So basically does nothing at all. More functionality in a brick!

No da valores de presión de neumáticos
En la última versión disponible, no da las presiones de los neumáticos, en los 4 neumáticos todos los datos son inexistentes. Estaría bien poder programar diferentes rango de carga eléctrica y por días diferentes. Estaría bien tener al menos dos periodos de carga programada para cargarlo en casa y en el trabajo en diferentes franjas horarias.
