The first time ordering my order in CHOOT App😊
Nice app and easy to use u should pakka check it out and I am very happy to say the process of the order booking in other appa it will take lot of time but I have filled in just 05 to 10 min
Bad app, worst service
I ordered from this app for the first time. They made me wait for more than 7 days even after my order was in the same city pune (I could track the parcel on ekart portal), even after that tey did not deliver. I contacted cahoot customer care, they asked me to wait 3 more days. Even after that the order was not delivered. Afterall i asked customer care for a refund. They refunded the amount but i don’t know why they deducted around 150 rupees. If you can’t deliver the order its your problem. Why have you deducted my money???

Fraud App
Delivery person collected parcel and app shows it is not done. Support team doesn’t respond. It’s really annoying. Tried reaching on phone, mail and WhatsApp. But no response.

Really Bad Experience
When I purchased an order and wanted to return it, they said that the address is not serviceable, and then I called the customer support, they said that you can move to another address after a month then we can change. But when I changed to another and contacted again, they are saying sorry we can’t do anything.

Very low quality
Please don’t buy products from them! They deliver very low quality the fabric is very bad and they charge 100 rupee per item if u return the product! Basically they fail to deliver the right quality and u pay the price for that! Please stay away from such fraudsters.

Awesome fashion brands
Top product in one site 👌👌…
Total frauds who are never going to process your refund back
Total scammers who are going to deduct shipping charge plus extra 100 bucks on every return item and still end up never processing the refund. Beware of these fraudsters, would seriously advice to never shop from this app.
