guys i have put the exchange around 15 days ago and i have given the item before and waited 15 days for my exchange today 16th day i haven’t received and yet they are not picking up call or replying on msg they say a agent talking but its ai reply are too late and ig im not able to get my exchange jab order lena ho toh badi chaldi paise lete ho abh exchange m tumari ma chud rhi h?

This is hands down the absolute worst, most pathetic, and incompetent customer service I have ever experienced. Your support team is utterly useless, completely uneducated, and acts with zero professionalism. Dropping a paying customer's call instead of resolving the issue shows how terrible your staff is. I paid for a service, not a headache. I demand an immediate update right now: When exactly will my exchange issue be resolved? Stop wasting my time with your incompetent team and escalate this to a senior manager immediately

Fraud and hidden policy
This is the brand but they are scammer and they are frauder. I was ordered but they where detact money from my refund as hidden policy. I'll be expose again and again and I'll post every where because i got the fraud.

UI/UX needs an update very badly - NO REVIW PRODUCT BUTTON (only Re-order button )
I brought a product and if I go to my orders to review the product. 1) I’m not able to click on each of the product that I have purchased and it will not navigate me to that product so that I can place a review. 2) when you go to my order option it shows re-order instead of asking me to review the product there is no dedicated button to review the product so whatever the hype in social media please avoid this product they don’t want you guys to review their items Customers should not find it difficult to navigate for the product they have brought this is really a poor UI/UX design
