It took a wrong email address automatically and now not allowing to change. The app should allow changes email address and validate it. Unable to make purchases because of this.

This app is really pathetic instead of exploring item or shopping half of the time goes to the OTP.
Things to Improve
Wishlist Option should be introduced and after adding to cart it’s being in cart page, it’s not letting me to go through the remaining products for continuing my shopping. When I come back from cart, I should start the filter again which makes user to loose interest.

They will not do return pickup and ask you to courier through Indian Speed post. Don’t buy from this app.

Poor delivery management
Every company has an option to redirect the courier to the preferred address. Previous order went to Mumbai which was asked to redirect to Banagalore and it seems this feature is not available and hence had to process refund and then again buy new to get it delivered at Bangalore. So my money is stuck for 5-7 days and new amount for purchase is being paid by me. Pathetic customer service. Make your experience customer centric. Or else all will prefer and go to partner portals like Myntra etc not downloading your apps due to poor delivery and basic issues not being corrected
