The Worst Parking App I’ve Used in the US and Europe
This is by far the worst parking app I’ve ever used. The fact that you can’t set the parking duration in advance—and instead have to manually stop the session—is a serious design flaw. It’s completely counterintuitive. If you forget to stop it after leaving, you can end up paying for an entire day of parking, which has happened to me more than once. To make things worse, the app is plagued with frequent bugs, connectivity issues, and other technical problems that make it hard to activate parking at the right time. I’ve even received fines because the app didn’t register the parking correctly. I don’t know any other parking app that works this way, and honestly, it makes the whole experience incredibly frustrating.

Tarif de stationnement hors de prix je suis payer 14 Eur de l’heure pour nettoyer un local . Je dois donc payer 4 Eur de l’heure donc par heure de travail prester au final je suis payer que 10 Eur de l’heure ! Stop à cet esclavage ! Ont nous soutire de l’argent de partout ! L’Appli veut tous le temps avec le mode de payement qui est soi disant plus dispo ! Donc à chaque fois soutirage de 0.02 cent pour confirmer mon mode de payement . Vol déguisé

I am in the USA and planning a trip to Belgium in June. I am trying to activate the app and it needs to send a code to my US phone and I have tried multiple times. Do I need to be in Belgium to receive the code? If so would be super helpful if this was mentioned!! Thanks

Never receive the verification code
I’ve tried using this app multiple times whilst visiting Bruges but I never receive the verification code so I’m unable to use the app. Pointless.

Good Features but no localization
The app is easy to setup and use, but the main problem for foreigners is, that the app is not even close to be fully localized to other european languages. Not even english. When parking in belgium, you can choose between a regular ticket, payment via sms (only for phone numbers from belgium) and this app. For tourists the app is a convenient way to pay the parking fees, but therefore they should provide better language support.

As an American who moved to Belgium I find this system incredibly simple, of course it would always be easier to not pay but I do understand why. I've been using this app for a year or so now and I have no recommendations to change anything.
Starts charging without telling
I set up the app in case I needed it in the future. The app randomly activated a parking session while I was nowhere near the parking spot. Told support and they said too bad you have to pay anyway

Instabil. Frequent error messages. Unreliable and with a subsequent high risk off expensive penalties.🔻 It can’t find the appropriate location or only after several renewed attempts. 🔻Despite good connection, frequently contact loss (or interrupted) with “4411”-server. 🔻 🔻Additional transaction costs of € 0,25 each time !! CONCLUSION: good concept and friendly help-desk BUT poor execution👎🏻.
Can’t create account with UK number
With a UK mobile number, the app does not send the code by sms/text to activate the account. There is no alternative way to create an account.
Wouldn’t let me register and parking in town wouldn’t take any other method
The machine would only take coins which I didn’t have, so I downloaded this app and tried to register but although it allowed the UK country code, it wouldn’t allow entry of a valid number. It kept adding extra numbers and when I deleted those it said it would send a registration code by sms, but that never arrived. Pointless app, I asked my brother who has lived in Belgium for 10 years whether he could set a session for me, and he’d never heard of this app so doesn’t seem to be widely used.
