Goeie App
Als het goed is mag het ook eens gezegd worden. Gebruiksvriendelijk en handig, ook voor de verplichte registratie van je rit. Fysiek abo meehebben is zelfs niet nodig dan.
Zwart rijden
Tot nu toe heb ik altijd mijn ritten betaald. Waarom wordt er niet meer controle gedaan op het openbaar vervoer. Als kind hebben we het nooit aangedurfd om niet te betalen. Blijkbaar is het nu geen probleem om met de tram mee te rijden, op te stappen en de volgende halte reeds terug af te stappen en niet te betalen.

Lateness and tracking.
I really dislike this app, and its growing continuously. Today i got ready and stood by the bus stop. I waited and waited over the exact time, nobody came! I am now 20 minutes late. On the tracking, it says it comes in 5 minutes, however it nevet comes. I ended up waiting triple that time, and after that i go to figure another route, the bus ends up coming. The tracking system just doesn’t work. Unfortunately there is ko other system, however this system is not in my interests. I also wish they added english, they send me many emails in my inbox on the app and i cant understand them!

Soms happerd de app als hij op 4G moet werken maar voor de rest raadt ik hem zeker aan !
Uren kloppen meestal niet
De uren die in de app vermeld worden (via live tracking) en de realiteit is soms toch wel heel erg ver zoek. Ik woon gelukkig op een locatie met een uitgebreid aanbod, maar ik begrijp echt niet hoe dat kan.

Quand on clique que l’arrêt s’affiche avec tous les bus qui passent par l’arrêt ainsi que les heures de passage. C’est mieux

Echt gemakkelijk in gebruik en helpt perfect om de jou de correcte routes, op het juiste uur, te laten nemen.
Always delayed and deviated!
This is the worst public transportation system that I have ever seen in my life (after living in 6 different countries)! The app shows you a bus schedule but buses never come on the time predicted by the app! Meanwhile, they often have temporary rout deviation but normally it is not notified in the app. Very disorganized and it wastes my time everyday. NOT recommended!

Do not tap the mobile on the machine inside the bus. It changes you automatically 7.50 euros. The most expensive tram/bus trip I have see in the world.

De app is gebruiksvriendelijk al in het worden sommige trajecten met verbinding niet gemaakt, krijg je geen correcte route bvb Minderbroeder - Mechelseplein geeft tram 10 tot Nationale Bank en dan te voet naar Mechelseplein de link tram 4 of 7 wordt niet gedaan
App freezing quite frequently
The app has been freezing quite a lot since 1/2 weeks ago. I deleted the app and reinstalled still the same. Perhaps there is a bug with the current version. Please check and fix it it’s very annoying. I need to close and reopen the app frequently. I am using iPhone 17.

De bussen en trammen komen nooit op tijd, elke keer wanneer ik refresh verdwijnt een bus/tram gewoon die normaal moest komen.

Ik begrijp niet waarom jullie de route van lijn 45 vanaf Lanaken CC niet meer langs de Bosseweg laten rijden! Jullie verliezen veel omzet omdat daar twee camper plaatsen liggen en de mensen maken veel gebruik van de stopplaats aldaar! Nu rijden de lijn 45 en 63 op zeer korte tijden achter elkaar over Caberg met dezelfde haltes!! Het is maar een tip!!
No Apple Pay
Seem to think typing in card details to buy a ticket is a good thing, when Apple Pay would make payment for tickets simple

Aangezien er zo veel stakingen zijn is het een goed idee hiervan een dag van te voren een melding van te versturen. Ik kom vaak te laat aangezien er zo vaak stakingen zijn! Het zal geweldig zijn als ik hiervan op tijd op de hoogte van ben.

Jullie zulken minder moeten staken vooraleer ik jullie leuk vind. Op de aangegeven tijden bij een halte stoppen zou ook al een grote stap voiruit zijn… Succes met de verbeteringen!!
Slightly better version
This version now shows a working app, with language options for both Dutch and English. Signing in still is a farce (I've forgotten my password, and there is no password recovery option). However, signing in is now not needed to use the most important function of the app: the buying and using of tickets. Not a smooth ride, but after a while my purchase showed up and could be used on the bus.
Winning
Always nice to be on the Tram, clean area with friendly people to chat with and the AC needs updating, some Trams are newer and very comfortable and some older ones are needing some maintenance 🧑🔧😉❤️
Useless, particularly if you don’t speak Dutch
Created and account, tried to sign in, said incorrect password, about the only bit in English, I’d not just typed it correctly twice to set the account up then immediately forgotten it! No option that I could find to recover the password, app immediately deleted.
Deutlich verbessert
Die letzten Jahre war diese App nicht wirklich nutzbar. Das hat sich geändert (2022): - Tickets kaufen, bezahlen und aktivieren funktioniert. - Zeitplan in der App (inkl. Verspätungen) entspricht auch der Anzeigetafel Einzig Zusatzinfos die für den Buchungsprozess notwendig sind wie zB Fahrradmitnahme, Preisermäßigung für Kleinkinder etc. sind nur auf der Webseite zu finden.
Vrijwel onbruikbare app
Vrijwel onbruikbare app, wat een geknoei. Heb het maar met Maps uitgezocht en kaartje uit een automaat gekocht. De andere daar deed het trouwens niet.
Engels astublieft?
I haven't used this app yet but it would be a lot easier to use it when I move to Belgium if there was an English option. I understand that I should learn their language so I don't mind if there won't be, but it would make transportation directions easier for me! Dank je

I found this app very useful on vacation in Belgium. An English option and better station search options would have made life easier though.
Location issue
There is no way fix the location missing warning because the lication settings are missing!
Personally I don't like the new UI
Not a big fan of the new UI. Maybe some time to get used to it. With the previous version, you could see the estimated arrival time for every stops and you could navigate to any in-between stops easily. Now it's gone.

Betaling lukt niet via de app
Betaling met mastercard lukt niet. Je kan de gegevens wel ingeven maar wanneer ik de betaling moet verifieren bij mijn bank (venster opent in app) dan kan ik de code niet scannen met mijn cardreader omdat die code maar voor de helft te zien is. En nee ik kan mijn Scherm niet kantelen of kleiner maken of wat dan ook doen om de code volledig op het scherm te krijgen.
