Ik was een beetje sceptisch toen ik de slechte beoordelingen zag, maar gelukkig ging alles prima en heel snel! Leuk blad abonnement cadeau gekregen en nu 5 nummers op een magazine besteld.

I tried putting in my bar code multiple times but nothing. Even after emailing still nothing😩
Goede app
Na een fout van mij met taal keuze waardoor mijn bon niet werkte , wat netjes is opgelost per mail. Werkt alles na behoren Let even op dat België / Nederland geen selectie is voor beide landen 😋

Le code ed001 s’affiche constamment et ne nous permet pas de finaliser la réservation je ne conseillerais sûrement pas ce site

Recherche compliquée
Lorsqu’on veut retourner à la liste après avoir regardé les détails d’un hôtel, on revient à la page d’accueil et on doit recommencer au début
Bongo klantenservice
Ook mijn kaart gaf de ene foutmelding na de andere, maar een telefoontje met de klantenservice leerde me dat mijn kaart geregistreerd stond bij bongo-België ipv bongo-Nederland. Daardoor kreeg ik de foutmelding steeds. Ze kunnen dit ontkoppelen en dan registreer je je opnieuw. Je kunt ze bereiken op: 010-2880550. Succes!
Onmogelijk
Al een half uur aan het proberen een restaurant te vinden, maar een extra bon kopen wordt (te) frequent aangeprezen.
Frustrerend
Deze app is de meest frustrerende app ooit! Sorteren op afstand werkt voor geen meter & als je een beleving selecteert en vervolgens terug gaat moet je helemaal opnieuw beginnen!

Verschrikkelijke app
Verschrikkelijk moeilijk om iets te zoeken, laadt super traag, etc. Ik zal geen Bongo bon meer kopen door hoe moeilijk het is om een ervaring te vinden via de app.
Geen geschenk, een straf
De site werkt niet, de app werkt niet, nu moet ik tegen mijn vrienden, van wie ik dit geschenk ontving, zeggen dat ik niets kan doen met de bon. Dit is diefstal. Blijf weg van Bongo!!!
Application vraiment nul
L’application est vraiment nul à ch***! Tu met ta localisation, ça te met d’autre lieux. Tu quittes à peine l’application pour aller voir sur internet l’hôtel ou la localisation peu importe, ça te quitte tout, tu dois tout recommencer à zéro! Il serait vraiment temps de remédier à tout ça. Ça donne pas envie de faire des recherches ou de réserver via Bongo.
highly misleading! AVOID AT ALL COST!
Beware: Bongo vouchers are not currency; they are restricted "theme boxes." We have €760.72 in vouchers but are unable to book anything we actually want. The main issues: • Zero Flexibility: You cannot combine vouchers or pay extra to upgrade to a better hotel. • False Advertising: The high-end experiences shown on the website are rarely available for the vouchers you actually hold. • No Residual Value: If you don't use the full amount on their specific "selection," you lose it. This is a predatory business model designed to limit consumer choice. Save your money and book directly with hotels instead.

Au delà de la lenteur et du manque d’ergonomie, l’appli nous renvoie simplement sur la page Web de Bongo sur laquelle nous ne pouvons pas changer la langue. Aucun intérêt à cette application presque contreproductive. Retour au site…
