Used to be a great game but greed has put too many ads in the game in an attempt to annoy us into spending money to remove them. Sadly, will delete yet another good game that ruined itself with a money grab.
Useless bonus coins
Game offers bonus coins but other than getting a discounted price, they are useless. Can not be used to eliminate ads for hints.
Fun & addicting
I have played this game everyday for 8 years. I have mastered all of the achievements and played every single puzzle. I'm sad that there are no more puzzles to be had.
Doesn’t work anymore
New loading screen, gets stuck on that and never loads. What’s happened?
Love, but one request
I’ve been playing for a while and really like the challenges. But would you please add an off button for the music? It can get quite annoying, but I have to turn the sound off on my iPad and hence can’t receive any alerts while playing. Thanks!
Ads are three years long
Really trying to enjoy this game but I've never seen ads this long. I'm literally just watching someone play a whole level of some other game that I don't want, and it's so boring, and I end up not wanting to play any more.
The ads for the clues are terrible

A Favorite Daily
This game has been a favorite for me since recommended by a young friend years ago. I was pleased when they changed the daily to offer choices on the puzzles as I am pretty much pop culture illiterate. This meant frustration in trying to connect the words for song titles or other words tied to a celebrity. Each day, I scroll through looking for the ones created by ‘Bill from Baltimore’, and I confess to being enough of a word nerd to let out a small cheer (of sorts) when one of his is an option for the day. I know it’s going to be a great one that keeps me engaged for a few. Stellar work, Bill! I do rather miss the excitement when a new ‘Jumbo’ package appeared - which almost made me rate as a 4. But, I love this game enough to offer a rousing endorsement and one day may create one of my own for consideration.
Political BS
What a shame. You guys should never have gotten political. I’ve enjoyed this game for 2 years until today. Trump is corrupt was one of the answers. Forget it. You guys suck.

Very relaxing to play
I used to play it a lot, now I barely open it because of the constant ads
I've had this game for many years and used to always play it every day at a minimum, but the puzzles are now only provided by other uncompensated users for many years now, and now it's constant ads as well. I maybe open it once every few weeks or months and then play the one daily game (again provided by users, not the developers) and exit before the ad starts. If developers wanted money, this is the absolute wrong way to go for it. Everyone I knew who played the game on the regular now avoids it and most have deleted it.
Much good stuff
Me am enjoy. Me am bought no ads and double coin. Much good. Me think coin packs two expensive. That not for me. Me am like anyway. Good when on throne and need distraction.
Making me pay again to remove ads
Several years ago I purchased the remove ad option. I have tried to restore purchases but the ads still pop up. When I choose Support under tools, it brings up a blank website that says “Access Denied”. It’s a great game but has no value with the ads.

GREAT game to kill time!
This is an incredible way to kill time. You’re testing trivia knowledge, pop culture (past and present), almanac-type knowledge, all that.
Ads…lots of ads
Yeah, you get through 1 puzzle and then an ad that tanked twice as long as the puzzle.
Problem
Waaaayyyy too many Royal Kingdom ads that run waaayyy too long.
Badly-conceived clues.
Some of the clues and answers are illogical and ridiculous. Almost impossible to understand how the puzzle could have such absurd answers on particular levels.

Very white male oriented
Mostly I enjoy this game a lot because there’s no timer, it’s varies in its level of challenge and makes me think of things I rarely think of. However I’m continually rolling my eyes at the lack of diversity. Almost all the categories where names are involved include white men only. All the scientists are white males, all the film directors, all the secret identities, almost all the super heroes. Please do a little research to include more women and BIPOC. (Black Indigenous People of Color) There’s a wonderful educational slant to this game and wouldn’t want it to contribute to the perpetuation of racism and sexism.
Ruined by ads.
I played this game for many years off and on and really enjoyed it! However a recent couple of decisions have made me uninstall entirely, Firstly the pushing of paying for in game currency has been upped significantly. Every time you open the game it begs you to buy a starter pack. Previously the game would offer extra daily games if you watched an ad, you could watch an ad for a hint, etc. I love this. I’ll usually watch more ads willingly that way. But now it’s just serves ads to you. After a couple of days of ads after daily challenges I was mortified that this was the new norm on top of the pushy purchases. I understand developers have to make money but this game has been around for such a long time now it feels cheap to just throw ads on like this.

Love the concept and the game but after a while you run out of levels as all the levels cost a ridiculous amount to unlock especially jumbo ones and I’m not gonna pay money to unlock them.

One of today’s(4/12/26) daily puzzles is titled SYNONYMS. THEY AREN’T! They are homophones. Totally changes the solutions the player is looking for! Up until yesterday I was really enjoying this game. If I got stumped I could watch an add to get a hint. One was usually enough for me to get an answer. Suddenly that option is gone. If I have to use points to purchase a hint I will no longer play. Very poor strategy to remove a feature like that from long time players. I hope it’s just a temporary glitch. I’ll revise my review if it’s corrected. This is an update to my original review. Problem seems to be corrected. Thank you!

The clue is People in Uniform. Answer? Fireman. The clue is Pole. Answer? Fireman again. The clue is People Who Deliver. Answer? Pizza Guy. Come on! I’ll play a game that has smarter writers, thanks.

Great game ruined...
Great game, really makes you think. However, it is ruined by the fact you have to buy a majority of the puzzles (or do one per day). I'm uninstalling.
Great game but last update is buggy

Used to be really good, spent many hours playing and bought plenty of extra puzzle packs but now it’s just constant adverts that play with audio blasting after every round, and extra small icons to mute/skip. Real shame but they ruined it to try get more money. I’m deleting it.
