Crashes all the time kicks you off in the middle of tournaments most of time in the middle of a poker hand . When you do get to play you wait for good cards and you still lose .. I mean, you can have a pair of aces in your hand and the other person has a 7 2 off suit most likely the person with the 7 2 will win over your aces. Cause that’s what this game is about. It’s about the algorithm, letting the people with the worst hands win

There is a bug in the slot room?
I go to seat down and play. After couple spins my screen starts to bug out and starts lagging all over the place. Or makes me look out side the map. Can you please fix the problem. This is on mobile phone play
Play in VR if you can, still recommend
TLDR: IOS is not as optimized as VR and has glitches and crashes, needs more improvement, otherwise is a great game, would recommend The IOS version is generally stable but can be fairly buggy at the moment and has frequent to constant crashes (just lost a spin-n-go because it crashed every hand!) when it’s stable witch is at least a fair amount of time, it’s grate but it crashes at least once every OTHER session, but it could be more or less often than that (from being a rare to common occurrence, all the way up to unplayable depending on how stable it is, and I’ve experienced all 3). In addition some of the items and features don’t work well or at all for IOS, the VR version is very stable and way better experience if you can, I’d rate it much higher if it wasn’t buggy (especially in tournaments) and worked as well as VR, I hope it improves to be as close as an experience as possible (I’d recommend being able to play with a 2D mode for mobile my help with stability) if so I’d up the rating to a 4/5 I love the VR experience and mostly play here for some extra fun with free time or to punt, rather then as serious as I play on my primary Vr account. The tables have a great player pool and fun experience* definitely still give it a try on IOS, and if you have VR and love poker, this is the best

I really want to like this app
I really want to like this app because the graphics are great and the table games like blackjack and roulette are enjoyable. However, there are a few major issues that keep me from rating it higher. The biggest problem is stability. The app crashes or closes itself multiple times a day, often in the middle of a poker hand, causing me to lose chips through no fault of my own. I’ve also noticed what feels like an unrealistic card distribution in Texas Hold’em. After many hours of play, it seems like certain cards show up on the board far more often than they should, which makes the game feel less like real poker and encourages strategies that wouldn’t make sense in a live game. Whether it’s a bug or an issue with the RNG, it’s something worth investigating. Finally, the slot machines feel very outdated compared to other casino apps on the market. There’s a lot of potential here, but I’d love to see improvements to app stability, poker gameplay, and the slot experience.

I really like this game, I really do. But it’s become so overwhelmingly obvious that something is amiss. So rigged and buggy. I just can’t anymore. I’m sad to leave, but I just can’t ignore it anymore.
Best casino game out there
Amazing game with all the attention to detail and huge selection of games but their is a really annoying bug on both meta quest and iOS where it will just randomly kick you out of the game and it majorly affects my enjoyment of this game but if that gets fixed it’s a 5 star game IMO
Crashes too much
This is a fun game however, when it crashes and prevents you from calling or betting during game play it becomes too frustrating losing tons of money and support doesn’t always refund lost money.
Great Game, Horrible Glitches
I love this game, however, when playing poker the app crashes or it won’t allow me to bet, call, fold, etc. I’ve lost a ton of “money” on tournaments and regular table play because of it. At the point where I may just delete the game and play poker elsewhere. Which is a shame because I really like the game. Fix the glitches… please. Note, the game works fine on a VR but terrible on iPhone or iPad. 3 stars because it’s a fun game that I unfortunately can’t play poker on without frustration.

It’s a fun game to kill time just don’t expect to win a lot of money. It’s definitely designed to get you to pay to play. You’ll lose more than you win specially on the slots.
Great game but crashes frequently
Using an Iphone 15 pro the game sometimes works fine and other times crashes on start.
Things that need to be fixed
Lags really bad and sometimes you can’t even bet when your on the table and on phone you almost can’t use props.
Constant freezing
Constantly freezes or closes itself, even more annoying when you know your gna win and it cuts out after you’ve betted nearly 1 million. Tried un installing and re installing multiple times, checked all settings, cache the lot, no fix so far, hopefully a future update will bring stability, until then, stick to Vr version or console.

i enjoyed this game since 2021 on VR and im glad that they came up with mobile version! Although the app shuts down randomly sometimes... Hopefully that gets fixed then itll be 100 stars!!! 😆
cant open game straight to black screen
when ever i open vegas infinite it doesn’t load and stays on the black screen and i have tried deleting and redownloading and still nothing i have spent a lot of money on this game so please resolve this issue thanks.

I first played this on my quest vr and fell in love immediately, very fun and you can meet good ppl however you will run across racism ppl throwing the n word around and nothing is done about it, besides that very good game you can tell they put a lot of hard work into it.😜
Game crashes on mobile more times then it dont
Vr is semi reliable only crashes sometimes but the mobile version is an absolute joke game wont run on i phone 17 pro max updated to latest version of ios tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting phone ect nothing helps

The game overall is amazing at its own but the one letdown is Say you win big then the game takes that off of you by making you lose mostly all and thats what makes you buy ingame chips
Unplayable mobile app
Honestly an impressive amount of glitches and bugs. To be this careless when creating an app and not fix anything after two years is insane. A ton of fun in pc but still will run into similar bugs just not as frequently. Recently I redownloaded and when I tried to play I get nothing but a black screen… tried reinstalling restarting my device clearing my caches and still nothing…

So the new update that supposedly came with bug fixes still does nothing to stop the app from disconnecting while you’re playing in the middle of a hand and this has been an ongoing issue since the app came out and not two minutes after updating and playing I get disconnected again, this company is focused on nothing but promoting the paid membership which is a complete waste of money and other useless packs you can pay real money for while they ignore all of the bugs and issues with the game and the app and only cater to the people who spend ridiculous amounts of money on this game that regular people can’t afford nor want to spend hundreds or thousand of dollars on and it’s pathetic, not to mention they’ve been promising new items and stuff in the game and they have yet to deliver

1.0.46 constant crashes
Since last update the game disconnects way too often. Haven’t been able to stay at a table for more than 8 hands before the game disconnects or crashes. If I’m lucky enough, I’ll have my action buttons like call or raise or fold disappear or do nothing.

Super jeu, je l’adore, ayant jouer en vr je suis content de l’avoir sur mobile mais un gros detail manque. On ne peut pas modifier nos mise et mettre ce qu’on souhaite. On peut miser soit le pot soit faire un all in. Il manque un système pour miser ce qu’on souhaite par exemple pouvoir miser 1600 en 100/200 comme peut le faire un joueur vr en le choisissant manuellement. Comme sur plein d’autres jeu, avoir une barre pour miser et modifier sa mise plus précisément

Great game
This is the best poker game on line but mostly when experiencing it in VR, I like that they made multiple platforms to play but wish they kept them separate. When playing on VR it’s difficult playing with CP people, would be much better if each platform had their own tables.
Underwhelming
I downloaded this game months ago, I check in quite often and I do the free spins. I’ve also invested hundreds of dollars of my own money into this game just to try to have some fun and to be honest I’m not really that pleased with it and here is why. Reason number one is the slot payouts are terrible. I have played through millions of coins on the slots. And the way the algorithm is built you get one or two big hits a day and then it just sucks you dry. The payouts are not random like they should be and after playing for quite some time, the pattern is always the same on a daily basis. The second problem I have is with the free spins for coins. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come in spun the wheel. It says I win a certain amount and then I don’t get it. I will say it will give you something but like today I spun the wheel. It said I won 110,000 free coin and all I got was 10,000. I stopped spending money on this because the payouts are so low. After spending hundreds of dollars into this game, just trying to have fun overtime, I stopped buying coins just to see that since the game took everything I’ve paid into it so far if it would at least give me something back based upon what I’ve paid in so far. The answer is no… now I am not expecting every day to be a win and to constantly have tons of money in my account, but at least a day here or there where I could spin for some free coins and at least be up swing in the game for a day or two would be nice to look forward to. But thus far every day that I’ve gone in there, I play the game for 10 minutes or less. Because it just eats everything to the point of where I have no more money and I have to wait another 12 hours for another free spin. Because like I said, in the past, what’s the point of spending real money to play longer if it just keeps eating it over and over.

Kicks you off all the time
Constantly kicks you out of the game so you have to sign back in. By the time you get back to your table, you’ve lost a pile of chips. Needs a lot of bug fixes before it’s worth playing.
Good game kinda hard to get premium tokens
Very good game lots of options easy to get money but it’s kinda hard to get the tokens to buy props and cosmetics you get one per minute but most cost 1000 + although they do do giveaways that’s my only down side
Glitches at the worst possible time
Every time the game glitches I have a very strong hand and a lot of chips on the table which disappears with the glitch . It happens so frequently that it cannot be random. Too bad because it’s a nice game otherwise. I am suspecting that they just want people to loose chips so they will have to purchase them. Also Pokerstars definitely had bunch of robots playing erratically and winning with nonsense hands. Not sure about this evolved version
Good but randomly shuts down
I’ve been playing a while, and while I on the iPad it shuts down, it has costs me 100’s of 1000’s in credits when shutting down in big cash games. This morning I lost 500k when it shut down while I had Aces full. Rushing to log in, I had lost the hand. Please fix this random crashing. While playing on VR is does seem very stable and I do enjoy it. Fix the constant crashing and it will be worth a 5 star rating.

This game is awesome, Love to play with my boys after a long day. I had one incident where I had bet $80,000 in the roulette gamemode and I had gotten kicked out. When I rejoined I had lost it, Aswell with my earnings. I’m currently at $10,000.
Drops
It’s very frustrating as I constantly get dropped in this game and it happens many times in the middle of a good hand. Also, I’m using an iPad and the features/functions are not easy to use.
Not terrible! Not Amazing, but good overall
Not a terrible app but could be better. I crash on load sometimes and there has been issues in game but the support team behind the app are always quick to fix the issues and or supply compensation. The table views could be better but overall I’ve been enjoying my time! Completely different experience than any other poker app
