This app is absolutely garbage and cheats you out of money either at the tables OR worse you play the slots like I have and WIN!! Only to have the slots screen change one place after it’s already stopped. This is CLEARLY a glitch in the program and cheats users out of winnings. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!

Never really in control
I have been playing this game for four years daily. I believe the game is rigged so that you can never really make any meaningful points unless you purchase something. Is it a coincidence that whenever I win a big pot or collect money from some of the side games that are going on that I usually give it all back within 15 minutes after being set up for a bad beat. They say the game is legit, but I find that hard to believe after this much time playing my experience show that whenever you bring in a big score you usually lose it a few minutes later.

Game is rigged. Lost to 4 of kind to my full house more than 4 times in under an hour. Random play does not give that many 4 of a kind in ONE SITTING. Keep your money.

Timing Out
Let me start by saying I love this game. It’s the best Texas HOLD’EM game I have found. The only thing that irritates me is when I am trying to adjust the bet to where I want and it folds my hand. I have lost lots of money that way. I understand that if you aren’t doing anything for it to fold but it should give you longer when you are using the slide bar. Or let the person betting to see color change or something to warn them.

This game is a scam. You’ll get lots of great hands in the beginning but once you hit a certain level you’ll lose consistently unless you buy chips. Don’t bother
Good game but some oddities
Game is well set up, good UI for poker. Not many problems, although I did just run into a hand in an event where a simple pair of 4s beat my simple pair of aces. Not too sure why that is, but errors don’t happen often. Overall a good app but I wish they offered PLO and other versions of Poker as opposed to or in addition to the insistence on unrelated minigames

I've used the app HOLD'EM or FOLD'EM off and on for a while to practice playing Texas HOLD'EM for live play. I've tried all of the different tools and toys built into the app and really tried to enjoy it. I would purchase from time to time to improve my chip count. I'll say that the interface is confusing and it's often hard to find the hidden links to find chips. I have no idea how to redeem red diamonds. The poker games are unrealistic on card play. Everything leads to purchasing more chips. Leaves me to believe that "odds" are better available based on purchases.I have grown weary of expectations and the app has left me wanting something better ... something less cumbersome and more realistic. I will find a better app and trash this one.

Hand manipulation
Obviously, this is a machine and it can be manipulated. I have found that if you win too many hands because you’re a good poker player they put you in some sort of a box where suddenly you can’t win a damn thing. Idiots are betting tens of millions of dollars with nothing and are winning against good hands over and over again. I think these people are actually part of the machine. I understand the whole purpose is to sell you chips so if you win a lot of chips, they want them back. Prove me wrong!

Hands are rigged. You play against bots who call every bet. Not fun, not realistic. Tons of runner runner suck outs too.
Game Decent, Players Not
The title is a bit generalized because there are players who know how to play the game but the majority anymore think you play poker like lotto. They obviously don’t understand the game and go all in hoping they get numbers that match or make a hand. I personally can’t stand them for long. But if you can find a good table with players who know the game it can be a lot of fun.
Computer picks the winner regardless if you have a winning hand or not
4 whole tournaments and only 2 hands won out of 4 whole tournaments. That’s absurd you need to fix that.

I was looking for a semi-realistic poker app. I downloaded this app and started to play. I got 5 flushes in my first 9 hands. I deleted the app immediately after.

Don’t purchase chips
I climbed the ranks rather quick. Once I had the option / access to larger buy in casinos I took the option of purchasing a couple of the discounted chip offers that always pop up. One reason being I figured I’d go from 1+ billion to 2+ billon and have some fun making big bets and if I lost that extra billion no biggie just return to my normal tactics and continue advancing, simple right? Second reason I WAS really enjoying the game and the physical money contribution would be a thank you to the creators. NOPE! Big mistake. It’s like from the moment you make a purchase you get locked into an algorithm where you either fold 60% of the time or just lose over and over. I put it down for a week or so thinking no it’s just my bad luck. Nope, no change. Downloaded on my work phone that has a completely separate Apple ID. Got up to 500 million, made a purchase and bam constant early folding and lost after lost.

Fun but too many crashes
Been playing on and off for a while but finally had enough. The gameplay is fine when it works and has good choice of tables but recently it’s been crashing due to connection issues. No other game I play has it, usually happens mid game and during tournaments so u like your coins, finally had enough as it happing too often. If they fixed the issues it would be a 4.

Right now I have 81,000 hands under my belt and, what I can tell you, based on my experience playing Texas Hold ‘em here and elsewhere, is that this game is absolutely rigged! You’ll can write to them about this issue and you’ll get some BS answer from a bot about the site’s integrity. Or you can hear from ppl, like me, who have experience. And they are constantly trying to sell you stuff. Very disappointing!
