I just began today
I am so excited about this project. I would like to understand how the American people to talk in English. I hope to learn more about this culture. Thanks for Growing with me in this way.
Scam
I spent 10 minutes going through a questionnaire, only to end up having to link my card without even being able to try the service or read anything. Seriously?
Not for improving English
I can able to set my English level, listening high level is really hard so I will cancel my account
Trophy
As a non reader I was able to relate and better understand how to deal with people that challenges me daily.
No refund if you miss the window
Like others I also missed to cancel the free trial and the very next day when I requested for refund through apple the claim was rejected and no reason was provided. The apple support team raised their hands and asked me to make better decision in my life. The free trial is just to lure you in as you always forget to cancel the free trial.

scam app
said there was a 7 day free trial, but they charged me 699 pesos after. Now I can’t get my money back. it’s not even as they advertised that the texts are moving like a teleprompter, it’s just another app where you can listen someone else’s reading or some pdf you can actually ready for free. Waste of money.

Unsatisfactory
I was trying to subscribe for free trial but instead it debited 3999 and 2999 from my account i need the refund for both the amounts immediately as i was not intended to buy a subscription
Stop Asking for Data Prematurely
Extremely disappointed with this approach. An app that hasn't even demonstrated its utility or value immediately pushes a setup test or requests the submission of personal data. This is unacceptable. Before sharing private information or spending time on detailed configuration, the user should first have the opportunity to evaluate whether they even need the application. Provide value first, and only then ask for something in return.
