Refund
I was charged for a subscription without receiving the features I expected and now I can’t request a refund it is too difficult and frustrating
Người hướng dẫn
Phần giải thích hơi dài, việc học mất nhiều thời gian
Lag
Hội thoại chậm, hay lag
Atractivo
Today is my first day but it’s nice

misleading advertising
It's a lie that you read books; the advertising is 100,000/10, but the app development is -1,000,000.

Cancellation
I’m having a problem canceling subscription to this app. It always says sorry that you have to unsubscribed it to apple app but it doesn’t appear in my apple subscription. They keep on charging me every month when I don’t even use this app. Is someone can help me? Thank you

Not worth the subscription
The AI responses are repetitive and often inaccurate. The app did not meet my expectations, especially for the subscription price. I hope the developers improve the quality.
