Can’t buy more than one ticket at a time. Terrible App to navigate. I finally purchased tickets for the following day and said I had 4 hours to use the ticket. Being the ticket expired at midnight, I called the next day about this. They would not issue me a new ticket and they said there’s no refunds as well. FIX THE DAMN APP!!!!!

No monthly pass
The monthly pass for July 2026 is not available and called customer service. They tell me it’s a known issue but that I can buy it at one of two stations with an easy card. What is the point if the goal is to use this vs tapping on every day. I understand why so many bad ratings. The app does need an overhaul because it was made without any easy way to understand.
Tri rail bus at FLL airport train station
I have just recently been based at FLL and the past 2 days waiting for the bus , being the only one waiting the bus driver pulls up and pulls away . No stopping . I wave and he just gives me the wait finger and leaves . This is ridiculous. Just because I am 1 does not mean he can just leave me behind . Getting an uber again .

Fix Categories
The app is helpful. But please adjust the categories for the weekend single ride. The weekend rate of $5 is located in the PASS section. No one is going to look for the weekend single rate in the section to buy a fare pass. We were forced to buy two tickets at $7.50 and missed the weekend rate. Or better yet, how about having an app that knows what day it is especially when the tickets are only good for 4 hours?

Couldn’t Buy One-Way Tri-Rail
I was not able to purchase a one-way ticket to go north on the Tri rail. It offered weekend passes(even though today is Tuesday) and monthly passes.

I guess they don’t want you to pay.
Was having a much better experience with this app over Tri-Rails awful app. That was until I had to update my payment information, because I couldn’t. So back to paper tickets 🤦♂️

Payment after selecting ticket doesn’t work, just goes to a white screen. “Logging in” with you Tri-rail credentials doesn’t work either
Worst app ever
Impossible to navigate, goes blank repeatedly, all types of glitches. Who ever created this should not be a developer
Doesn’t Work
Hopped on the train last minute so I didn’t have a chance to buy a physical ticket. Of course the app doesn’t work so I got a formal warning when they checked for tickets and I wasn’t able to buy one. Thanks for not working.

App just goes blank when trying to add a payment method. There is no point in using this app.
