TERRIBLE
Awful. Complained twice about service and glitches: day after my access to maps was GONE And still NONE as an coercive measure. Update: after I keep up complaining they blocked my access to the app
Much improved!
It has taken years, but now this app has reached or exceeded the level of what used to be available before the pandemic. I’m talking about the information. I can find on buses and trains, I can’t speak as well to how good it is for purchasing tickets although I’ve done that with it and it seems to be OK. Thanks for continued work on this app. So why haven’t I given it five stars? I think with this app, there’s always some room for improvement.
Major UI changes needed
As someone that’s worked on software development, this app needs major changes. The app is cluttered, confusing, and doesn’t offer much functionality. It’d be cool for users to be able to type in their destination and get a variety of different outputs of how they can get there. I know this app attempts it, but it needs a lot of work

Worst App ever
Very frustrating to buy a pass and then disappears from the APP I bought the 7 days on Friday it’s Monday and I no longer see the pass I added $10 cash value to the Easy card and no money available on the balance. The drivers don’t care and I cannot show the. The ticket.

Maps don’t work since update
The maps don’t work since the last update. This has been a problem that has reoccurred time and again over the years. Maybe we’ll get lucky and they’ll fix it when they update again in six months. Edit: I was excited because they updated the app much sooner than they usually do. Then I went to use the bus-tracker maps. They still do not work. Whomp whomp!
Update the Favorite tab!
I just updated the app and it does look cleaner, so thank you for that! The only thing i urge the team to update in the app is bringing back the labels for north/south/east/west bound in the favorite tab for every street you favorite. If I have 2 opposite directions favorited for the same street, it’s just more of a hassle to click on each one to find out which is which. The way buses/trains appear in the “nearby” tab, for example, is perfect and that’s how the favorite tab looked like in the previous version of the app. This feature was super helpful so I hope this is taken into consideration. Also, it would so super helpful if there was a saving mechanism for your favorites (whenever you’re signed into the app) as every time you redownload/update the app, they all disappear and we have to add them all back.

This app sucks as much as the Miami Dade transit system. Inaccurate and never on time. What can we expect in this corrupted city.
Great app
The App. Is really good, but sometimes when I try to spot bus stops on the map in my iPod touch, the App closes unexpectly.
Can’t log in
The app keeps automatically logging me out and now I can’t log in. It says “network error” in red letters.

Will be nice if the app works offline, cos tourists like myself do not have Internet access everywhere I go. (Maps, timetable, etc.)

Don’t Use this app
Make them fix the tap to pay with card. This is their excuse to not do it so the city doesn’t pay for fees. They want you to buy THEIR cards. Bring back tap to pay
Took My Payment - No All Day Pass
App took my information, but I had to submit several times. Last time, it went through, but not digital all day pass yet. It’s been about 40 minutes.

O app é ótimo se vc tem conexão com internet, mas ele seria muito mais útil para turistas (como eu) se funcionasse offline pelo menos com itinerários de linhas. It really help, but it must be offline app to be complete usual.

This has to be the most confusing app ever. There is not logic to it and obviously was never user tested by people who actually use the app. I would rather pay the extra money at the station than spend another minute trying to buy a ticket on this app. The only thing worse is trying to use Apple Pay at your stations. To be a world class city you would have to at least provide minimal services that work.
