Rider Review & Suggestion
Riding is a very pleasant experience, the cars are kept very clean and the drivers are very kind. My suggestion to help both riders and drivers is to add a note or priority feature that helps let the driver know how urgently they need to be from one place to another.
For freebee
They are terrible in opa locka ! They drivers have road rage, their nosy always in someone’s business! I don’t not recommend this app! If you’re in opa locka don’t get in a car with Barbara she’s disrespectful & has terrible road rage she makes a lot of her drivers feel uncomfortable! I also don’t recommend dingo! He’s rude , disrespectful and is always in someone’s personal business they both made me delete the app because their character & vibes are so weird & unappealing opa locka needs new freebee drivers
Work only with wi-fi
Work only with wi-fi, when I use my data I get error : Network Failure, I am looking for solution
Timing
Yes it’s convenient but the timing on the rides is ridiculous. You wait over 2 hours just to get a ride. You can’t even change your driver in case the one you have is too far. And on top of that they take their sweet time to arrive to your destination. You order it ahead of time because the wait times are crazy and somehow you end up having to cancel because you’re not close enough to take the ride. And I don’t mind pooling a ride but if I was picked up first I should be dropped off first. Why are we taking the person that wasn’t even in the car when I got in to their destination before I get dropped off to mine?
Free with a cost
I was heading up to a job interview requested the ride at. 2 pm for a posible 10-15 ride. Needed to be at my interview 3 pm. It is 3.15 pm and the past 1.5 hrs the app read rider will be there in 3 minutes, 1 minute. I think 1 minute in what country? Because it has been 45 at least with the same message. Like the free ride and all but do not ask for it if you need to be somewhere at a certain time.
Free bee
I have been using free bee since it was started for Wellington destinations. I have the utmost respect for the drivers of this company. They have the the passenger in mind at all times and I feel confident and safe in their presence.
Disappointed
I’ve been taking this since the beginning, it was pretty fast for like 2 months then after that the ETA is 3 hours, 3 HOURS for the wait Time and now they want to charge like uber now by September 1st, i love Freebee and the drivers but im so mad right now and sad, this app it’s literally ruined 🥺💔 if you guys keep doing this to this app and people it’s going to fail and it’ll downgrade very bad, you guys can do better than that and you know that!
Fix the lag or bug
When I open the app and it takes little awhile to me to request a ride and it was like freeze the continue then not freeze the continue please fix it whatever what causing it
Pool doesn’t show full ride on a map
This device is great, however today I had a ride that was a pool, therefore shared wot another person. Te app fails to provide visibility on the full ride. As a user for safety reasons I need to view if the driver is following proper route and when my destination overlaps with the other rider
Very convenient and simple
Emilio was very helpful and me and my gf felt safe and the electric car is a nice smooth ride and had room for our groceries in the way back from our outing

Terrible communication
The app is ideal in theory but lacks actual features. How do I know if the ride I requested is confirmed and what time more a less would I be able to get a ride or who would be my driver what car to look for. This app only asks for location confirming location and that’s it nothing else that shows that the app is a functioning app. It is extremely extremely extremely frustrating! Oh and don’t click anything or it will delete your location 🤦🏻♀️

The app says 2 minutes. I wait an hour. Still says 2 minutes and keeps changing and then the driver proceeds to cancel on me. This app is a POS imo, but the rides are very helpful sometimes.

Freebee ride service poorly set up in Homestead, Fl
Whenever the Homestead service area opens for Freebee, all the Freebee drivers start in the same corner of Homestead, so it takes at least 1.5 hours for any Freebee drivers to reach the area near the Homestead hospital because of Freebee app’s algorithm. And you have to request a Freebee ride at least 2 hours in advance of the zone closing if you want to get picked up near the hospital or the Freebee ride request will get canceled.
Drivers and Other App Issues
Fire Enrique I literally get him just to get cancelled on, it’s like he picks up his favorites. Also remove the 3 cancellations it’s so useless and it makes it harder for me to travel from home to school and back. I might need to cancel and im stuck on a driver that’s wait time is 60+ minutes.
Needs better notifications
It would be extremely helpful if the app had vibrating and audible notifications. As it is I have to constantly be watching the app when wait times can often be extremely long. I wish I had the option to have a continuous vibration when the app needed attention so I could keep it in my pocket.
False advertising
First try. 15 min wait then old van shows up looking nothing like the one in the app. Certainly didn’t seem electric. 2nd try a: try to get picked up at toasted monkey together back home from where we wer dropped off. 40 mins later still no ride so we walked back home! Only good thing was the cost. Nothing. But it’s said you get what you pay for. How true
DOESNT WORK
I download the app and it won’t even work, it just freezes and won’t let me get past the login screen.
Don't bother
It can take up to 3 hours just to wait for a ride just because this app is just as Uber & Lyft & is on demand. Not ideal if you want to plan a ride ahead of time. The app's not always accurate as well; requested a ride yesterday & it went from saying it had 1-2 stops ahead of me to a few minutes later saying it had 4 stops ahead of me & would take 60-120 minutes. I would only use it to ride to UCF & back to go to college & have used it once to get to work but it can take up to an hour or longer just to find a driver.
Good but takes forever
Ive used freebee multiple times before and every time have been great but the only thing is that the driver takes forever to get to you every time my wait time is like 35 minutes to an hour
Awesome free rides
We are from the Philippines and the free rides are awesome for us tourists. We had no difficulty booking a ride with Elizabeth and Joaquim accepting immediately our booking. It was very hot in the morning and raining in the evening and Freebee was there for us to take us to our destination and back to the hotel. I salute Miami for providing this awesome free rides. Keep up the good job!
Extremely inconsistent
The app ride time is always 60+, but sometimes it goes down to 45 to 60 minute wait, then another 60+ wait. Today, my issues with the app stemmed from them constantly bombarding me with messages of “your ride has cancelled and we’re reassigning you to the queue” to “thank you for choosing Freebee” when I didn’t get to confirm it in the app before they sent me back to the queue. I turned off the app and waited for it to change, but it kept spamming me with these notifications. Awful service. Awful wait times. Awful customer service considering they most likely don’t see these reviews to consider fixing the app.
Glitchy app
It lost my password and was supposed to send me a link to change it. It never came, despite three tries. It also cancelled one pickup I was waiting for. However, the two drivers I had were very nice. PerryVee
Long wait
Such a commendable service, but the app belies the real waiting time, so leads to frustration instead of appreciation . I’ve tried to use this app twice and after waiting double the time I was initially quoted, I cancelled and took an Uber instead. Perhaps more cars/drivers are required to make this work.

I wanted to like this service but it really sucks, inaccurate times, slow drivers, cancellations… it’s very irritating when people have things to do.
Great service.
Been coming to St. Pete’s for years, Covid held us back for a couple years but now back again. Discovered this service and have been using it regularly. Think it is brilliant and give the option to dine out more in the evenings and enjoy a glass of wine or two and not worry about driving. Love it!!
This app sucks
This app is meant to be something convenient not great not even good. It’s just meant to be convenient, but even at the best of times it is not even that. If I order a ride at 5 o’clock and you tell me 10 to 15 minutes and there’s only one person ahead of me then that means I go next I’m not making up any rules here. That’s just how it is so when I get the next in line notification and then I immediately see that you add four more stops ahead of me and now my wait time has jumped from 10 to 15 minutes. Now it says 15 to 25, which isn’t even true because I ordered this right at 5 PM. It’s now 6:10. I just got another next in line notification and they add another stop ahead of me and now I have to wait till 25 to 35 minutes. How in the world does that make any sense? How in the world is that convenient and the answer is it’s not this is the worst app I’ve ever used go use Uber. Go use Lyft. Go use the wait and save literally use anything else, but this it sucks
Fine for Europeans
Works fine for UK numbers when you use the international dialling prefix (+44). Registered easily and received the verification text within seconds.
Dont bother.
They cancel rides and give completely wrong estimates. It will tell you 15 minutes to arrive when in reality you will be waiting 45 min
Ride not Guaranteed
I order a Ride 1hr in advanced and was fully dressed by the time i was next in line for a pick up the driver cancelled and i was giving another driver which i was next in line for that one but now all of a sudden i was push back to 60+wait time so i had to cancel i need to go to work. So guys no point of requesting in advance when a driver is not guaranteed
