Another IAP bodge job
Controls interfere with reachability and no controller support to act as alternative. Another ‘premium’ game on Arcade that has a scam currency because level design is less profitable than IAP. A bad game trying to cash in on IP goodwill with no good reason to exist but bilking people. Arcade itself is a scam exemplified by this game.

Fun at first
The levels at first start easy. But then immediately start getting more difficult faster then I could improve. Also the time for most if not all levels is to low.

Ein seltsames Crossover das für mich leider nicht zu Spielspaß führt. Das man ständig auf Schüsse der Invader warten muss, nervt. Hätte lieber mehr arkanoid.

Old school et presque parfait
J’ai toujours été fan du jeu Arkanoid sur les diverses plateformes sur lequel il a été porté depuis 30 ans. Space invaders étant également un grand classique, le croisement des deux détonne : c’est très bien fichu, et les niveaux sont de plus en plus difficiles. Je regrette juste qu’il y ait cette manie de complexification à tout-va, notamment avec les personnages dont on ne comprend pas très bien comment les pouvoirs sont activés. Il y en a beaucoup, beaucoup trop, et au final ils ne servent pas à grand chose, si ce n’est nous perd un petit peu : cela lui fait perdre une étoile. J’ai l’impression que les éditeurs et les développeurs perdent de plus en plus de vue l’un des points essentiels du jeu vidéo : un plaisir simple, efficace et immédiat.
Schlechte Ballance
Nach Update, wurde ein grundlegender Bug behoben, welcher das Spiel für viele unspielbar machte. Allerdings werde ich es trotzdem wieder löschen, da die Ballance der Belohnungen total miserabel ist. Sogar auf dem hohen Schwierigkeitsgrad bekommt man nur wenig Münzen. Da fehlt mir persönlich die Motivation. Es dauert Ewigkeiten, wenn man mal einen Booster gekauft hat, bis man die Münzen für einen (!) weiteren Booster zusammen hat. Als ob nur der In App Shop entfernt, aber der Rest nicht angepasst wurde. Schade!

I beat this game on 2/19/2025 I love it I love the characters please make an update soon I like the challenges oh and by the way I REALLY get sad when I see a bad review on such a good game. Except you do not face ALL different types of invader bosses you only fight the crab and squid. PLEASE MAKE AN UPDATE!!! I would really like to visit more planets. And what is in the Nebula??? If u give a bad review u r stupid:)
Not fun after level 46
I don’t think the developers understand how a ball is supposed to deflect on angles. The time limit is stupid as well. Just avoid this game unless you love being angry. The paddle should be under the finger and not above, App switch keeps enabling and ruins the game. Deleted.

This game is awesome
I’ve always liked Arkanoid and Space Invaders, so this is great. Most levels are easy enough, take a few tries to beat. The hard levels are juuuuust hard enough that I get frustrated, try a few different characters, eventually get it, then move on. I agree with some reviews that it can feel more like you win by random chance sometimes, but for the most part it’s a skill thing. And for people that are complaining about it not being just Space Invaders? I would suggest Galaga+. My actual issue is that when you have a skill that only functions during attack, you lose any remaining time on your skill when the attack ends. Anyway, I beat it. Looking forward to updates. Also, what’s the deal with the “tap Nadia icon” challenge? Never seen a Nadia icon, don’t know where to look for them. Never been given any instructions on what this is.
Just not fun due to so little time
The time constraint just removes all the fun. You just have to play to perfect which takes away the casual play. It’s like a dark souls version. Idea is good but again ruined due to removing casual play.

Adequate but soulless
It runs well and is indeed a game. With so many other games to play, why on earth would you play this?
Too difficult
I like the game but am I the only one struggling to get past level 36?!?! It’s way too hard IMO and the coins are too slow to bank up so you’re grinding levels to get more coins for the expensive powerups.
Great for Old Heads
Love the classic arcade titles and combining these two makes for a stupid fun time. People rating low must’ve never grown up with the arcades which is really sad to think about

It’s okay
This isn’t a bad game, but I don’t know that it’s a good one either. In mashing these two games together, it sort of feels like it removes the aspects that made each of them fun in the first place. I’m still early, so maybe it gets more fun and challenging as it goes, but so far it’s just kind of okay. It’s going to be challenging coming back to this when I’ve got Balatro RIGHT THERE.

I really enjoy this game and the difficulty spike as you progress, I also love the fact that each character truly has their purpose as some levels often really need a specific character to complete later on down the line. Not only that but each character holds up very well even late into the game, of course you do end up getting buffed up versions of previous characters but I really enjoy how each skill has a very necessary use. Hope to see more levels come with updates and more characters. I’m hyped the next time I go to an arcade and find an Arkanoid cabinet, I’m gonna show off so much lol.

The first 15 lvls are very easy then after that it’s kinda hit or miss on difficulty and I mean some lvls are really easy and other are extremely difficult and it’s random. The farther you get in the game there is no skill required it’s all about random luck. Some lvls have so few enemies and so many blocks they shoot very little projectiles that gives you almost nothing to bounce back and really slows the pace of the game down making it boring and you have to hope when you kill one enemy it drops something you can use if not you’ll run out of time and have to start over. You can tell whoever developed this game didn’t actually put a lot of thought or time into it. It was just a quick made game to add something new to Apple Arcade. Lastly don’t believe what you see in the video gameplay of this game the footage is sped up and they specifically picked lvls that have more going on to create the illusion of action and fun and fast paced gameplay. Go ahead and play the game and you’ll see just how much of a lie it is lol

Penso di avere un bug. Ad inizio gioco starta la partita con il tempo finito ed il boss di tutorial che va infinitamente veloce e non spara, esce dalla mappa ed ogni tanto rientra. Ho aspettato per un po sperando potesse essere scriptato ma non sembra. Spero sia un bug perché se il gioco inizia così é un problema. Aggiornerò la recensione quando verrà risolto
Not what I thought
The gameplay isn’t what I thought it would be. I like the story, hate the gameplay. You’re just deflecting enemy attacks. What happened to the actual gameplay of Space Invaders?? Rated as I see fit, the story is good, and I like the sounds of the game. Only it falls short for me in terms of gameplay.
Top tier nostalgic fun
It always makes me sad to see when we get a fantastic new game on AA and people hate. Some games might not be for you? Putting that to the side anyone who grew up playing TAITO games or arcade cabs will enjoy this one! Mindless fun! It even has a nostalgic art style to it that makes me feel happy! Cheers devs 🙌

Great game, but I have one suggestion…
The premise of combining these two genres together was awesome and the execution is even more awesome the designs for the original characters this game has is actually well made👍 The levels are memorable, there is a design and story to the locations and even VAs! And every character is different for different circumstances so you might play every character in this game🍷🗿However, my suggestion is to add an English dub to every character, if not, at least the characters made exclusively for this game. I have no idea how you are going to do it with the ongoing strike, but I believe if there’s a will, there’s a way✊ thank you for hearing me out, bye!🌌✨🪐🫡✋

Who would have thought these two games would merge so nicely. I really hope more merged games like this are made. Only one comment which is default the Japanese voice to off. I am really happy the option to turn it off is there. It just keeps repeating and ruins the soundtrack which is good.
