I love this app.
Not user friendly
When I entered in to the app, it says there is an update in app store and Don't let me browse but here in app store no update available. while selecting route and date of journey it asks about the class of ticket which has no function in the beginning. No idea who has developed this app!!
Force update issue
The app is showing a force update popup even though I’m already using the latest version available on the App Store. Sometimes, after restarting the app, the popup disappears and the app works normally. However, after some time, the force update message appears again, preventing me from using the app. This behavior is inconsistent and seems like a bug in the version check. Please investigate and fix the force update logic so users on the latest version are not blocked unnecessarily.

বারবার আপডেট চায়
ব্যবহার করতে গেলে আপডেট চায়। এরপর App Store এ গিয়ে দেখি আমার আপডেট করাই আছে! তারপরেও নতুন করে ডাউনলোড করে ইন্সটল করি, তারপরেও আপডেট চায়! মাঝে মাঝে এপস ব্যবহারের কিছুক্ষন পর আপডেট চায়। আমি বিরক্ত!

Can’t update
The app keeps showing update popup but when I try to update from AppStore it shows nothing to be updated app opens as usual then won’t let me use the app saying I need to update the app. I uninstalled and installed again the issue is still there. Maybe try growing a brain and a solution to literally update the app when giving a forceful popup to update the app. I don’t know if the developer was high or drunk when he made that popup for update.

কয়দিন পরপর আপডেট করতে বলবে, অ্যাপ স্টোর এ ঢুকলে কোনো আপডেট পাবো না আবার অ্যাপ ও কাজ করবে না। uninstall করে আবার install না করলে কাজ হবে না।

Login Dilemma !
You search for the ticket filling in the Date, Depertature location, Destination then click search.... TADA !!! then it asks for your ID, Password... seriously ? Thats long away from Smartness. Whoever the developer is, Railway authority should look for alternative.
Regarding Update Issues
Doesn’t support in iphone 14, ios 26. It is showed that an update is required but there is no update version in the App Store.
