Too much unnecessary security issue
Recently the app requires too much security issue. Why do i need to provide both of our NID here? I can just simply send it to the host
Cool
They should add an option of searching by the host
Irrational update
It was fine before the update, now if you scroll down and the refresh makes you come back to the top only to scroll down again
Best app
Streamlined and user-friendly, this app makes travel planning a breeze.
Scaming & Worst service
Extremely disappointing experience. The room was nothing like the pictures shown—completely different and very dirty. The host was rude, and when I contacted customer service for a refund, they behaved very badly and offered no help. To make things worse, the app kept crashing, which made the entire process frustrating. Worst service and app I’ve ever used. Definitely not recommended.
Everything is fine except one thing!
Initially, everything was fine. But after some time, every time I try to send a message to the host, it crashes! This is very annoying! You should fix this asap!

Your Go-To Choice for Hassle-Free Hotel Booking!"
Travela App has completely changed the way I book rooms. With its user-friendly interface and extensive selection of accommodations, finding the perfect place to stay has never been easier. I love how I can quickly compare prices and read reviews from other travela before making a decision. Plus, the booking process is seamless, and I always feel confident that my reservation is secure. Whether I'm planning a weekend getaway or a business trip, Travela App is my go-to choice for hassle-free hotel booking. Highly recommended!"
poor helpline system
their helpline system is the worst when you just request the booking they keep calling for payment after booking they have no liability weather the host gave the right room or not will consider 3 times to use this app in future
Better than Airbnb
It is better than Airbnb from Bangladesh's perspective.
service!
Communication service is very bad, it needs to develop more. In other apps I can tell my own needs but here there is no option. Moreover, I will pay the money first, but what is the guarantee? No guarantee!

This app is truly amazing for those who travels or who moves here to there for purpose. If you have this app, no matter wherever you are , you don’t need to worry about where you are gonna stay. Just book any place any where to stay as per your requirements. And most importantly this is very trust worthy. Which I like the most. Thanks travela
