Ok but...
Basically okay, but the first purchase (SIM Top Up) done after it changed from eSIM to Quibity didn't work. The money war charged from my account, but the Top Up showed "expired" immediately. My support request remained unanswered. Could be considered fraud...
Do not buy
Terrible app. Not intuitive. Terrible support. Terrible instructions. I ARCHIVED SIM card and now I cannot use it. Card was not working and was FULL before I accidentally archived it!!!! Now robot is telling me that I have to buy another card!!!!!!
esim not working requested support left hanging
I have purchased product before arriving in USA and it loaded onto my primary number . i have contacted the team 3 times and nothing . Shame because have used product before with no issue.
Good service
Recommend for Pakistan
I can’t get the eSIM to work. How do I get a refund back?
Worst eSIM card I’ve ever used
Recenzja
Pessima copertura
C’è sempre poco campo e il consumo è elevato
Very good when you know how to use it
It took me one day to figure out how to change the settings to make it works - one day of my holiday! Otherwise when it works, it’s okay.
Easy to use eSIM
Easy to use and did the job, no complaints
Scam
Absolute rubbish! Send you a QR code to ya phone. How are you supposed to scan a QR code when your already on ya phone ! Then the manual entry says code no longer valid. ! Scam.
Good
The esim is easy to download. But the service can be choppy at times.
Aktivierung easy, Netz katastrophal
Travelling
Nice and easy to use
Not good enough
Put simply, ever since installing an esim from this app I have had problems with connectivity with my phone. The problem was so bad I disabled the esim after about 4-5 days and bit the bullet by roaming with my existing network provider. Honestly turned out to be a complete waste of money. I’ve used airalo previously and they were brilliant, esim.sm sims were not brilliant. Don’t waste your time or money.
Bon service
Just brilliant!
I was initially very nervous about buying an eSIM for my travel to the UK as I have never used one before. From start to finish eSIM.sm were brilliant. They answered my question within an hour and the online set up instructions are clear and easy. The app is really useful for monitoring how much data has been used/is remaining. Customer service … great! Price … great! Instructions … great! App … great! I will definitely recommend this eSIM company to others 😊
No support
Paid for the unlimited plan and then got throttled after 5Gb of usage to an unusable speed and support never replied.
Highly recommend it.
Was very easy to setup and convenient to use and manage. The only reason I give it only 4 stars is that sometimes video calls and video streams didn’t worked and for some reason for location it was reporting that I was in Poland when it was not the case and it caused trouble with services required my exact location. My banking app required me to prove my ID because of the inconsistent location data. It is also require wifi or 4G to install, so make sure you install the sim before travel. Otherwise it was a positive experience, saved me from tons of trouble and expenses on roaming. Highly recommend it.
Unlimited plans are scam
So unlimited plans are not unlimited. It is only 2gb per day then speed is ridiculously slow (1mbit/s). They call it fair something. So it is useless after 2-3 hrs of usage.
Great e-Sim!
Great app! Used it for the first time for a trip to Albania. Paid only £7.30 for 10GB for 30 days. (there are plenty of additional promo codes on the Internet, look for them) They used the VodafoneAlbania network, which is considered the best. The Internet worked absolutely everywhere throughout the country, except for one tunnel. Competitors had prices for such a package 2 or even 3 times higher. Definitely recommend!
Rubbish
just wasted $7 not working at all
Suggestion - show $ balance and grand total Mb for each transaction entry
6/8/25 Sun - I just started with eSIM.sm this year. So far so good. They botched the charge rate on my first day of use charging so much more than advertised but they corrected it within 24 hrs. Customer service replies promptly. …I like that My Balance shows each transaction entry - date/Mb used/country/cost. It would be better if each transaction entry also showed the account balance (currency) and grand total of data Mb used at the end of EACH transaction instead of just showing the final account balance at the top of the page…..eSIM does not include a phone. Inner which means there’s no voice or SMS service. That’s very clear when you look at the eSIM details so I don’t know why people are dinging them for not providing a phone number. I use Google Voice and Whatsapp for calling and texting people. The eSIM.sm eSIM is just for data which I also use for “WiFi “(not really WiFi since it’s using cellular data, not WiFi data) Calling on my US SIM card
Collegamento lento in Turchia
Egypt
Been a great signal start to finish of holiday!
Be careful
Watch out. This app is so bad and the service of this company is so lousy you may find yourself booking more than one SIM card because the first one doesn't work. And they are not cheap when you are tricked into buying more than one because the first one doesn't work.
Zahlungsmethoden
Paid for 7 days of unlimited data in Tunisia
Stayed in a fairly touristy spot in between Monastir and Sousse (a highway with a strip of many resorts), the data was just not working at all and was on and off even though I had followed all instructions. It would work for the first day then just not work for the next two days.
Reliable & Economical eSIM
I installed esim.sm Global esim on my iPhone while visiting Saint Kitts. Roamless works great here but at $17.45/GB vs $7.61/GB I thought giving esim.sm a try was worth it. Installation was a breeze, it's connected to the FLOW network here and working great. I use Tello as my primary line in the US but it's working great over Wi-Fi calling using the esim.sm data. It's just sipping data because I'm mostly connected to Wi-Fi at the resort but when off property it's been great. Added to my library of eSim for the future use with this global option.
Complete waste of money
They just sell you data with no phone number
Awesome
Best price Very easy to use I love it
Unreliable - Suddenly stopped working
Initially was fine but then eSIM stopped working, regardless of more than 2GB of data still remaining in my package and signal clearly being there as my partner’s eSIM from the same provide was still working fine while mine wasn’t. Last day and half in Morroco I wasn’t able to use the data I paid for. Waste of money!
