Life saver
Love it. A taxi can come wherever you are.
SCAM WARNING: Double-charging and fake driver reports.
After getting 3 "payment failed" alerts from the app at Tirana airport, I confirmed with the driver and paid the full fare in cash upon arrival. Afterwards, the app processed two unauthorized card charges. I disputed it, but they only issued a partial refund for one charge (keeping a small fee) and refused to refund the second. The app demanded proof, but even after sending timestamped video of the ride, they sided with the driver who claimed I never took the taxi at all. The contradiction: If the app claims I never took the ride, why did they charge my card for it and refuse to return my money? They enable driver fraud, pocket unauthorized charges, and ignore hard proof. Use legitimate local options instead!
Sehr ungenau
Great app to get around Tirana
Great app, easy to use and better pricing than other taxi apps
HORRIBLE ! 😡
Quick and Easy
Good customer service and fast pick up, never any issues
Arrive way later than booking time
The cab drivers seem to come whenever they want to. ordered two times on different dates for a specific time. each time they came way too late.
Wonderful Service, Highly Recomend
We had a very smooth journey from the Airport to Sarande. Great cars as well as extremely kind, Hospitable and polite drivers. Very good prices aswell. If anyone needs a taxi in Albania, VrapOn Taxi is the app to use!
Frustrated
Cannot sign up in the App as it never sends verification code SMS. Also not response in App chat.
Very good
Very good fast and easy service all Drivers are very polite and helpful And prices are very good Thankyou again for you’re service
Best prices and great customer service
Very easy to use app and the best prices on taxis. Been my go to app throughout my stay in Albania. Stivia was very helpful and friendly customer service, replied instantly. Helped prebook a taxi to the airport few days in advance.
They're very expensive, and they don't use the taximeter as stated in the app.
Will never use the service.
Albanian Uber Taxi
This is a great and easy app to use. I visited Albania this summer and used this app to move around Tirana and Vlora. The taxi came pretty fast and the driver was friendly and polite. I will definitely use it again when I go back. I will recommend it to all my friends.
Ceny z kosmosu
Ceny w aplikacji są totalnie z kosmosu. Lokalne taksówki wychodzą za 1\3 ceny. Do niektórych miejsc jak np. Lotniska jeszcze gorzej- aplikacja chciała ponad 200 euro, gdzie lokalna taksówka złapana na mieście zabrała tylko 25.
Great Uber Substitute.
Great app to get around Tirana. Easy to use and fast service. Will be back next year and I will definitely use this app.
Słabe
Nie polecam
Best Taxi service in Tirana, Albania
Very fast service. Book a ride in advance and get to know the price ahead of time. In Albania transportation is very hard and this works as an Uber but Albania version. Please do it on other cities too.
Great application,
I downloaded the application last week, it is very helpful for the turist to find a cab in tirana
