Easy app for ordering Taxi in Seranda. Prices before u order the ride
Unreliable taxi
Five times I’ve tried to use the service five times they’ve charged my card every time my taxi gets canceled. The final straw was a taxi picked up another passenger right in front of me and then told me to get another ride. I don’t think he was even using the app. The drivers are the issue.
Vlora gang
passato due settimane a vlora e usata ogni giorno per andare in spiaggia. mai un problema, autisti simpaticissimi. consigliatissima
Needs improvement but satisfactory.
Not awful but by no means up to an “Uber Standard”. You aren’t able to pin drop your location and most Albanian drivers don’t speak English so it causes confusion. If anyone wants to ride please download Google Translate and confirm everything. Also the roads in Tirana are often gridlocked so the drivers can take much longer than estimated. You also must complete your ride when you get out as the driver can’t get his new ride until you’ve completed which seems odd.

Very good and safe taxi app, best one in Albania. Really recomend!
2-3X more expensive than every other app
this app changes insane prices. it’s a tourist trap. speed taxi and vrap on charges 1/3 of the price
redde onze vakantie in albanië
download m echt voordat je gaat. taxi's wilden ons oplichten op het vliegveld en met Clust betaalden we letterlijk een kwart. geregeld 🙌

Helt rått at Albania levere på dette nivået her! Super enkelt 👊👌
Broken app
Does not show the driver arriving properly, does not show own location properly, error when trying to add tip- feel sorry for the driver as we could not tip after all the hassle not finding him. Edit: even worse, the app sucks up all your battery even if not used and in background!! Deleted it now.
Awesome way to travel in Albania
We were lucky enough to meet the creator of the app and he was so nice and kind. He has really done a great job to help improve the transportation options in Albania. He is still working to gain more drivers so rides can sometimes take a bit but the app makes it very easy. Their communication for time is top notch. A+!
freezes and crashes
all the time - deleted iPhone 13 Pro
Awesome & much appreciated taxi service for Albania
I scanned the QR code for this taxi service while walking to my hotel. I’m glad I did. Welcome and much needed service. Consistently less expensive than traditional taxi quotes and much more convenient. Talked with our friendly driver Nentor for a bit. As of now, it is cash only. But credit card payments should be possible soon. Great business acumen and I hope it becomes more and more available throughout Albania. Thank you, Nentor!!
Very bad
Expensive and very buggy keeps crashing and freezing Genuinely the worst taxi app i have ever used actually getting a taxi is close to a miracle and if you do it will be literally tye most expensive taxi of your life

Arnaque appli sans âme
Impossible d’avoir un chauffeur pour un trajet inférieur à 40€, 600m =1460 lek sur une route impraticable à pied pour se rendre à un restaurant !

Super easy app! Help a lot when travelling In Albania!
Nothing works
Literally nothing works, can’t even enter after typing your destination into the box. Forget that, I couldn’t even delete my account it kept asking me to verify and after I verified it just brought me back to the home page 👎
