Super happy with SuperSim
I have used SuperSim a couple of times, and I got instant internet. The second time I had a problem, couldn’t connect and I easily contacted them on WhatsApp and they answered really quick and gave me easy instructions how to connect. I would recommend them 100%. I even got 3GB for free😊

Very disappointing service and complete lack of customer support
My experience with this eSIM has been extremely disappointing. From the start, the eSIM did not have an active ICCID, which made it completely unusable. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, no one responded or provided any technical assistance. What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that they refused to replace the faulty eSIM or issue a refund, even though the problem was clearly on their side. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability toward customers. I do not recommend this service, especially if you expect reliable customer support or fair handling of technical issues.
