Halten über 1000€ fest
Halten seit Wochen über 1000€ von mir fest. Verifizierungsunterlagen wurden geschickt, dann hab ich irgendwann eine email bekommen der Fall ist „closed“ und es geht immer noch nichts. Kein einzahlen, auszahlen oder senden. App ist mit Vorsicht zu genießen! War davor eigentlich echt zufrieden… Schade

Leider funktioniert gar nichts. Auf einmal wird die iban gewechselt die Karte funktioniert nicht mehr und der Support antwortet nicht. Ich habe in meiner Gruppe mehrere den es gleich geht. Ich rate ihnen ab Jeton noch zu nutzen!

Kann ich nur bestätigen…habe über Jahre bei Sportwetten oder Casinos mit Jeton bezahlt,es hat immer alles geklappt und ich habe auch noch zwei drei Voucher die überhaupt nicht einzahlbar sind bei Casinos da man direkt zu Jeton Bank weitergeleitet wird. Man kann nirgendwo den Voucher einzahlen.weder da,noch da,noch da…. Also das das hier so in der Form passiert und der Support mehr wie ein ja vill finden wir eine Lösung ist skandalös. Jeton schmückt sich mit einem nahmen und hat binnen zwei Wochen alles Kredit und Verständnis verspielt was ich hier für über habt. Planung und Umsetzung ungenügend,Support keine Antworten,kann es immer noch nicht fassen!
