Awesome!
Pros: multi-language support and multi-currency e-wallets. Cons: not too many, just slight adjustments left to make on the user interface. At least, that’s my take
I really wish the iOS version had face ID

Cannot verify account
I downloaded the app to try it out for online gambling. The first step before you can unlock any functionality is to verify your account, which I agree with. However, whenever I attempt to verify my account, I immediately get the following error message: “An error occurred. Please try again.” I have attempted on multiple occasions with the same result. Sadly, the app is unusable.
Not bad
Not bad, considering it’s not a mainstream wallet provider. Also, I see it’s possible to create free virtual IBANs in order to top up the wallet with no fees charged. It’s something that not too many brands offer and should help MiFinity prosper long-term
Bad Service…
Used to work fine, all of a sudden app doesn’t work anymore while I have money in it, cannot withdrawal/Deposit nothing. Customer service saying the same things everytime I ask for help. Now it ask for documents while I cannot upload anything because my account is already fully verified. It’s stuck. Till this since a month I’ve been waiting for some usefull help…

Do not download use or touch this account with a barge pole! They accept you easily enough and you get a uk account number, sort code, so far so good, especially if you struggle to get a high street bank account. You can pay money in, it’s there instantly, what could possibly go wrong? Well, they’ve got your money. Try to withdraw it to anywhere, as you have to because the account doesn’t come with a debit card or a card of any kind, and suddenly it’s a no no! Withdrawal on hold pending more information! Where’s the money from? What’s it for? Prove it’s yours! Ridiculous Currently £250 down and won’t be paying any more in. Please don’t fall for it! The account is useless The account is pointless Customer service is horrendous LEAVE WELL ALONE

Small withdrawals go straight into your bank , anything over they keep on hold and then tell you they take 3-5 business days . Funny how some are instant and bigger withdrawals take 3-5 days , makes no sense.

DO NOT USE!! This is a scam, they have third parties that steal your funds then claim no knowledge. Iv had £1100 taken off me, when contacting customer service they take 3 days to respond then basically say they can’t help! Avoid like the plague this is a complete scam!!!

All in all, the MiFinity app is reliable and trustworthy. Regulation with FCA and MFSA adds an extra layer of confidence. I’d just say don’t be afraid to try the wallet.

Don’t use this app at all. Had withdrawals of small amounts and they have been instant into my bank account. Anything slightly bigger and it keeps hold of your money. No justifiable reason whatsoever.

Lightning Fast by any means
Verification within 10 min done, bank transfer in real time. I am amazed by the service. The UI is a bit special and gives the impression of a mediocre service, but it really isn‘t. Crypto transactions are too costly and they said it takes up to 2 business days. That‘s a bummer.
