What people like
- The design looks clean and nice
- It is easy to use for booking
- Adding flights to your calendar actually works
What they complain about
- Boarding passes don’t save to Apple Wallet
- You can’t add bags or pay online
- The app cuts off parts of the screen
- It crashes or shows errors constantly
Froze after I made payment
After money was taken it showed ‘payment in prpgress’ and only after a couple minutes did i receive the confirmation email. Then app came back showing continue but i received emaiċ confirming flights. Confusing, poor UX and APIs to die for!
Quite easy to use
It looks clean from a design perspective and it quite user friendly.
Trage app
Hele trage app, koffer toegevoegd maar kon niet verwijderd worden, verschillende koffers afgeschreven (4x33,-) zonder deze ooit te hebben betaald.
Buggy!
When first opened it asked me to add a flight but it couldn’t find my flight. If I tap on the Menu icon I find Manage Booking. Click that and I can now add my booking easily. The Manage My Booking page doesn’t fit on my screen, left and right edges are cut off. The times shown for my flight are local to me (California) but should be the times at the departure/arrival airports (LGW/MLA). The “Modify” section says I have no seats selected, but I do. The “Add to calendar” link did work. Haven’t tried checking in yet, hope it works! Update: When we got to the baggage drop, they said they weren’t accepting any on-phone or home-printed boarding passes. We had to get them from the regular check-in desks. So on-line check-in was a waste of time
Poor
The apt doesn’t work properly can’t book tickets
Unable to add booking
App does not accept more than 3 characters while the requested numbers have more. Useless app
Wallet ticket
Why is not possible to add the ticket in iPhone wallet?
Checkin never works
You confirm your name and ack. the tos. Next page you can 'add' a seat and 'continue'. You click on 'add', nothing to choose from. Just empty page. You click on 'continue'. Nothing happens. Button just there for decoration. You go their webpage for checkin. You are being told your booking ref. and ticket no. do not exist. Air Malta got broke due to their incompetence. They restarted as KM Malta and it is all the same again.
Adding the flight
How to add a flight? Not possible to add the reference code!!
Nice start but could be better
The app is nice and easy to use to book and manage a trip. However when it comes to frequent use for frequent traveler even if we have an km rewards account it is not linked and we cannot connect it to make the booking easier and faster that could be a nice update. As well, see how we can use our skybux could be nice. But that’s a nice start for the app.
Simply awful
Can’t update contact details, can’t change seating options, errors all the time. No uk phone number for support. Definitely the worst airline app I have ever used.
Too basic to use
Does not support apple wallet for boarding passes in nov 2024, previous airmalta app had this functionality. Very basic
APPLE WALLET PASS
It would be nice if you have APPLE WALLET PASS option on boarding tickets to display one example picture in your App Store Photos
Boarding pass
I recommend implementing the option to get boarding passes in a format that is easy to add to e-wallets such as an iPhone because the current boarding pass produce after checking in cannot be used electronically at the gate
Needs some work
Definitely in need of further development and bug fixes. Boarding passes are not saved within the app and doesn’t generate calendar entries for booked flights.
Very poor app
You can’t add your details and you can’t check in using the app - even if you eventually add your details and save them they’ve gone next time you hit the landing page. What’s the point sending emails telling you to to check in online then have the app say you have to do it at the airport. EasyJet app is miles better than this one.
Full page not loading
Part of the page is cut off.
Hopeless
Impossible to book seats as they are too low on the screen. Useless
Mrs Lorrain Baker
The App is dreadful , I can not add bags I’m now going to have to pay 10 euros per 1 k at airport . I should have been able to do this on line at a cheaper rate .
Useless app
Complete waste of time. Information. Is not displayed properly and does not support Apple Wallet for boarding passes.
Still locking on privacy policy page.....
three weeks later and no improvement!
