Great site awesome for customer access anytime day or nite thank you for much easier than the other banks we use!!!!
All this app does is spin asking if I’m human, can’t even get into the login.
It appears with updates that IT has broke the app and I cannot get to a login page past a “are you human looped question”. App is useless to me now.
User Friendly
App works efficiently. With the updated app the credit card and LOC payments are not immediate. I'm not sure why that changed. But I don't like that aspect
Mobile App
The Mobil app has been malfunctioning for about two months. Screen just loading not able to log in.
Depends on the situation
It took 6 weeks to get a replacement debit card with other minor issues. Sometimes transactions flow smoothly. New app is better.
Great
I feel secure with Vantage because every time I catch a discrepancy or they catch a discrepancy they call me or I call them. And the easiest thing is I can get a debit card from the bank since I don’t drive that is a plus.
Criminal organization
If you miss a payment, they disable your ability to make a payment. What kind of idiot organization does that???
Traveler
My job requires extensive traveling at certain times of the year, therefore, having access to my Credit Union is exceedingly important.
Slow load
The mobile app moves slower and quick check for accounts is not easy to access
Gift card rewards-cash back
I love that get cash back using gift cards with soo many stores. I don’t need credit card. Saves money and keeps me on budget
App crashes-cannot log in
Just recently, this app keeps crashing on me when I try to open it. I can never get to the log in page. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and it does the same thing.
All great… but one task.
I set up to be able to transfer money to another bank for family ease. With no communications it will not work. I’m frustrated.

Does not work with older iOS
Only works with iOS 15.0. My older iPad is current on updates but won’t or can’t run this Version of the app and older versions of the app no longer work.

Navigation in the VCU app offers easy-to-use options to pay bills, move funds to different accounts, and from my VCU account to my son’s VCU account.
